Cant says enough how Layton made buying a phone here such a great experience. He was patient, thorough. knowledgeable, polite and met all our needs he went over and above the call of duty. The store had everything we needed we left with two new phones all setup. No stress here! THANK YOU LAYTON

Layton at the TCC a Verizon Authorized Retailer was outstanding in helping my elderly mother. She was charged for something she didnt understand or believe she owed. She called numerous days to the Verizon customer service number and was always put on hold - for hours. She was never able to speak with a person. So we drove to TCC and Layton greeted us and proceeded to help. He worked with us around an hour until it was fully resolved. He could easily have sent us on our way with instructions to continue calling the customer service number, but he called for us and as we all waited on hold, we enjoyed talking with him. He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. It was a pleasure spending that time with him and we greatly appreciated his help. Of course, he resolved the entire issue. Thank you Layton!

I have been a long time customer of them. Would never go anywhere else. Super service, even after the sale. I upgraded from a LG G6 to Samsung S21 Ultra in mid June . Jacob was excellent in helping me upgrading .

I needed a new phone, upgrade from Galaxy S9 to S20. The gentleman running the store was incredibly helpful, and I had an excellent, speedy experience. We were done in about half an hour!

They took care of me and my need of a better phone. And did a great job of it. Better than all the rest that I have experienced. In very little time. The place to go If you want a phone and taken care of as the other people that was there. Buying a there phone been to other stores of the same but not the same as the people there. Try to compare this store to the other Verizon store in town, there is no comparison. My father & I went to the the other location to purchase new phones & got the run around & told to go home and order onlineWe went to TCC & got taken care of right away. We spoke to Jacob on the phone prior & he knew exactly what we were looking for, his coworker was very friendly as well! They even took the time to set up my new phone for me so I wouldnt have to mess with it.Recommend this store over all!

My wife and i stopped in today to upgrade our phones. Geoffrey was awesome! He helped us immediately inside the door and was super awesome through the whole experience. He got us upgraded into the new Samsung S21 Ultra. He even let us leave my phone with him while it transferred everything from my old phone while we went and grabbed a bite to eat. I have dealt with TCC for over 20 years and this was one of my best experiences yet.

Layton helped me as much as he could and was nice and respectful to me the whole time I was in the store.

My wife and I stopped by yesterday to upgrade our phones. The staff was incredible and took the time to install the screen protectors and got everything transferred from the old phones before we left. This was our first time doing business with this store and we will continue to use them going forward.

Cannot believe this location has good reviews. Walked in with my boyfriend and no employee said a single thing. Touched a phone and the alarm started going crazy and it took them 2 minutes to turn off. Ended up leaving with not a single word said to us.

Went to get my fiancé a new phone and new plan and Layton was an absolute help the entire time. Was very thorough to make sure everything was working before we left! Highly recommend going through verizon and coming to this store ! Wonderful staff !

Great place to go if you want to browse all the latest and greatest phones currently available on the market . Lee the salesman was working when I went in. He was super nice and friendly. Lee asked me a few questions and was quickly able to narrow the number of phones to look at down to three. Lee then went through the pros and cons of each of three phone models. What really impressed me was Lees extensive knowledge of all the different features that each phone his Verizon store had to offer. He was a huge help! Lee knew all the factory specs like picture quality and storage space and little features that made each phone stand out. It was a very easy and effortless no haggle buying experience. I ended up buying a LG V60 which came with a free second screen because of all the multiple applications I like to have open and run at the same time. I will choose Lee and TCC off McGalliard Rd over the main Verizon corporate store any day especially since it is curbside only and you have to setup an appointment that may be days away and then remember all your info and passwords on a phone you bought two years ago. Thanks again Lee for all your help! I will be back!

Just upgraded to my new iPhone 12 this morning and had excellent service from Geoff. He was friendly, helpful, and unfazed during challenges in the process. It took the least amount of time of any phone upgrade I’ve ever done, and everything went well!

Super awesome service! Was having a terrible time with the sprint merger. Came in and Greg fixed everything. Ported my numbers over and out the door with 2 new phones in 45 minutes! Came back today to add the kids to the plan and had another wonderful experience! Highly recommended!!

Amazing experience with Hannah! After spending weeks trying to backup and update Hannah was able to quickly recover my files. Transferred files from old phone to new phone and set my sync up in the car. Thank you Hannah and TCC Verizon for such a great experience.

Very professional while friendly and humourous simultaneously.Very time costly visit. Not necessarily due to the Verizon CSR, but maybe d/t the amount of information required. Either way, it would in Verizons best interest, to update or improve the process the CSR must go through to complete a sale!Several times during my 50 minute visit, the to heck with this....it doesnt take this long to buy a house, thought entered my mind.

The only Verizon store I didn’t despise by the time I left. Hannah was so friendly and helpful and helped me get the best deal with my new iPhone. Definitely recommend this Verizon store over any I’ve ever been to!!!
