Britane and her staff have always gone beyond customer service for their customers. Any issue that I have had (not many) are resolved right away. They are sensitive to my Senior status and recognize that I have just enough knowledge to get myself into trouble but not enough to get myself out! Today, as I got out of my vehicle, I bumped my elbow and began to bleed (blood thinners) and they fixed me up with a bandage. This is where I will stay for my phone services. Thank you.

The staff is nice in most cases But they are running really really really really low On certain things I have been waiting for almost 2 months on a hundred gig hotspot When I called customer service they said they had plenty in Anderson I dont understand why the staff cant request products from another store when they are out of that said item ????????????????????

It was the most disappointing phone case that Ive made in my 70 years had to go to another store because you didnt have what I wanted and when I got to Indiana I had to deal with an employee to work for 3 weeks who cut my phone off that I just paid the bill for $70 I spent $186 I will not recommend anybody else I wouldnt really appreciate it if I could get more than a $50 credit on my phone bill which is 100 and 5 which I have lost $250 thing to your company

Beware do not go to this store!!!! I do not know what kind of scam this (family) that works in there are doing. They are the only people who you can deal with when purchasing a phone they say you get free cell cases not true they have you set up new Google accounts which is also not needed I have not even made my first payment yet I have been in the store 5 times and called corporate 4 times trying to see what is wrong with my phone corporate saying I have a bad sim card they will not replace a $10 sim card. Now the guy in store saying its the phone I need to call Motorola. He fast talks you trying to get you confused contradicting what he says if you question him. Ive been told several different excuses what is wrong with my phone and he says its absolutely not the sim card but corporate can not troubleshoot it without a new sim card. I cannot get a replacement phone even though they have a 30 day warranty then he proceeds to say 1yr warranty on phone but oh I cant get neither at the moment. I asked about the coverage area before I signed up asked details about the phone (picture quality, memory, etc..) He assured me everything met my needs. Well you have absolute zero coverage in Gaston Indiana. So I go back in and say Im having issues still with my phone he makes up more lies saying he did not tell me that. Plus way more things so my recommendation is to not go there to begin with.

Went in to get a upgrade on my phone a picked a 49.99 phone, employee named dawayne told me with all the fees and taxes total would be 90.00-100.00.The truth is Metro pcs only charges 15.00 to upgrade.Called several other stores and the headquarters they all quoted me the price of 68.00 for the same phone including the upgrade fee & taxes not 90.00-100.00.This guy dawayne at this location is over charging and scamming customers.Ccustomers.Called to speak with the owner and get his name they would mot give me his cintact info and gave me a bogus name.BEWARE and please check around before going here!!!
