Beach Ford Quick Lane diagnosed my Focus brake problem quickly and honestly. The service advisor told me that my brake pads only have wore 1/8. He advised me to be more aggressive on stopping to get rid of the rust on my rotors. I should see and hear a difference after a thousand miles. The car only had 27,000 on the pads and rotors. Thank you for being honest with your diagnosis!!

While searching online for a specific truck that is in very high demand, I found the exact one I’ve been looking for.. the only problem was it was in SC and I was in AZ. I never thought I would go that far for just a truck but after working with Landon Thompson, it was a no-brainer to fly out and pick up the truck. To be frank I’ve always refused to buy from dealerships but could only hope that this would be the exemption to the rule. And it was! No gimmicks and the truck was more than I expected. I have been very fortunate to get a great vehicle as well as working with a great team. I started out with good credit but because of covid everything went downhill. Last yr when it came time to release or buy out my car i decided to buy my car. I put a decent amt of money down but still my credit score was very low. I had an 18 percent loan, then in the beginning of this yr i recieved a call from finance at beach ford, i was told i could get a lower interest rate rate because of the down payment. Again, just a wk ago i recieved another call from beach ford stating the banks are offering lower rates. So in i went to apply for a loan and now i have an interest rate of about 8 percent.My point of this is, if it wasnt for beach ford i would still b paying 18 percent interest rate . They have helped me to lower my interest rates aswellas payment. I am so very happy with my vehicle and the team at beach ford for looking out after me.Thank You!!!

Traded 1 used car for a newer one and they made the process easy!

We recently worked with Zach to purchase a 2021 Ford Explorer XLT. We knew specifically what make, model and options we wanted, as well as those we didn’t, since our specific goal for this purchase was to be able to tow a 20 ft, 4000 lb. travel trailer. After checking the Beach Ford website, the desired vehicle was not in their inventory. We contacted the dealer to indicate what vehicle we wanted, what interior and exterior colors were acceptable and what options were necessary. Within a few hours the dealer had located an out-of-state vehicle that met all of our requirements and asked if we would like to come in to discuss the specifics of the deal. After a test drive of a similar vehicle and negotiations on the trade value and purchase price the deal was closed. While the dealer didn’t fully value our trade as we would have liked, Zach did get us a more favorable deal and we took possession of our new vehicle three days later. We are 100% happy with the new vehicle.

Just purchased a new 2020 Ford Transit 250 Cargo Van for my business. I would like to add that Commercial Salesman, Paul Morris was great to work with. Even prior to dealing with Paul, their internet sales department was very informative and helpful, prior to me even deciding to drive over 2 hours to get to the dealership for an in person review and test drive. I have purchased many vehicles over many years, and I must say that this particular buying experience has to be hands down one of if not “the best and easiest, no hassle buying experience yet”. I highly recommend if your needing a new Ford vehicle, that you check out Beach Ford and ask to meet Paul Morris. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I tried for a while to locate the right 2020 Ford Transit 250 with the options I wanted locally and wasn’t able to find it. Other local dealers were going to try to bring one in for me, but after they showed me a Ford Buy Back vehicle, which they wanted to sell me as if it was new by the price, I decided to look elsewhere. (That van already had a history of problems which were corrected as I’m told, but why in the world would I buy someone else’s problems, especially when I want a brand new one)! Very recently purchased a Toyota Avalon Hybrid from Beach and so far am very satisfied with both the car and the team at Beach. The Toyota was a trade-in my wife and I were allowed to test drive the day after it was advertised...and it hadnt been cleaned up yet. I suspected a diamond in the rough, and after a price drop, we committed to purchasing it the next day.But they insisted on cleaning up the car before letting us drive it away, and BOY did they do a great job! It needed new tires and just after Id spent some time researching the best tires recommended by Avalon owners...Courtney let us know there was a delay due to a wait for new tires to arrive. She said the service manager Luke had already ordered the tires and I asked if I could speak to him about this.Luke contacted my moments later and said hed ordered the recommended Goodyear tires. I asked if the was any way to change this to the preferred Pirelli Cinturato P7s...and he very quickly did just that! Im sure the Goodyears wouldve been OK, but the car was super-quiet with the new Pirellis when driving home...even on the notoriously noisy highway 31.Courtney was great to work with...very patient and quick to answer any questions. Communication was also excellent, and a shout-out to Luke for getting those tires!

I picked up my brand new Ford Explorer from Beach Ford yesterday. Its my third lease with them and I am always happy with the service and help they give me in finding what I need. Clay Purifoy and Dallas in the Business Dept. have made my life over the past six years a little easier. As a single mom with three children it is important I have a stable reliable car to chauffer around my children and they have never failed to put me in a new model explorer and stay in my budget!!! The purchase of my 2020 Ford Edge was wonderful. I had been looking at various dealerships for approximately a month. I was treated better here than any place else. Tamika Scott treated me like I was her only customer all day ( and I know she had others). She took time to go over all the features on my new car and assured me she would be available anytime I might have a question. Dallas Maxwell made financing my new car great. He treated me like I had lots of money (and I do not) and like it was truly his pleasure to assist me. He explained different financing options and even assisted me with a great interest rate! Treated me so different than I had been recently treated at other local dealerships.

Purchased a used 2019 full-size truck. Pleasant initial buying experience, followed by very poor customer service and follow-up regarding final delivery of my purchased truck. My deal was completed at the dealership and I was to pick-up my vehicle two days later after getting a new spray-in bed-liner installed. I drove from almost an hour away to meet for the final exchange of vehicles (exchange of trade-in for new truck). I was forced to wait almost 2 additional hours beyond our scheduled meet-up time to finally take possession of my vehicle. I was promised several times that it would only be a few more minutes only to wait almost an additional hour. I was given false information several times during my wait. My scheduled appointment with the salesman was for 4:30 pm, I did not take ownership until almost 6:30 pm. Salesman was unapologetic and offered nothing to help rectify the situation. Sales manager was only willing to offer a car wash and a full tank of gas as repayment for my troubles. I would not recommend this dealership as they cared nothing for the customer after money was exchanged, and did not offer any reasonable compensation to fairly rectify the situation. Had to go all the way to the General Manager of the dealership to get any type of sincere apology.

The gentleman here are very helpful. After receiving an estimate I was extremely high at the dealership, I came here for a second opinion. Did a good job repairing my Caddy (body shop, thanks Casey!)... HOWEVER. the person who took the payment up front was extremely rude to my wife and questioned her to the point of inferring she was lying. She is very lucky I wasnt present or they would have not gotten paid. You guys need to fix that. Attitude counts and I will remember that when I shop for my next vehicle.

I purchased my first Lincoln, a 2019 MKC. It was due for its regular maintenance last week. The experience was excellent from, start to finish.Pick-up and delivery was on time, all services were completed, vehicle was washed. My last 7 vehicles were Cadillacs, I am very pleased with my purchase and Beach Lincoln.

I was first contacted on the lot by Dez at which time I told him I was coming back later that evening with my wife and I would contact him upon arrival. When we returned Dez was in the middle of helping another client, so he personally handed us over to Matt. Matt was great! Matt wasnt pushy and was very informative. BEACH FORD IS A FANTASTIC SHOP TO GET BODY WORK DONE ON YOUR CAR, THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL...

Excellent salesman; was sold a used vehicle and learned a week later that the vehicle was eaten up with rust so traded it in two weeks later for a new Ford Ranger loosing about $3,000 on the used vehicle within a two week span. Used the windshield washer on new Ford Ranger one time and had low fluid light to come on so had to fill up tank myself. Tires on new Ford Ranger were not properly inflated so had to fix that myself. Had only 700 miles on new Ford Ranger and someone from Beach Ford called to schedule an oil change!!! Voiced concern to General Manager about used vehicle but he never made the effort to speak to me in person when I traded the used vehicle in for a new Ford Ranger. Wrote owner of Beach Ford to voice concern about used vehicle but never received a response.

Ok so we have now bought our second vehicle from beach ford first was my 2016 f150 second was just a few days ago it is a 2020 escape clay purifoy was our salesman and will be from now on when I purchase from beach ford we first looked at a expedition and 2nd was an explorer mind you this is for my wife to drive so then we found a escape witch she fell in love with and clay never once seemed frustrated showing us numerous vehicles he even showed me several trucks like I had well the escape won and to be honest so far we really enjoy the vehicle and more so enjoyed the service we received and clay was awesome to work with I highly recommend him if you go to beach ford and well if you go anywhere else leave there and go see clay 😀 thanks clay for your efforts and patience

Edit for your records search: first name in your system Phillip.Disappointed. I simply stopped in for their non-condtional advertised price and it wasnt mentioned as being available in any of their 3 offers to me. In my opinion theyre a typical bait and switch dealership. A sales manager (Chris maybe?...bald head, slick suit) seems to believe he is the only option in the area. He works hard to use chaos math in the dealerships favor. Maybe those are his marching orders from his principal. A fair and honest deal is hard to come by here. Conway Ford is a better option and is honest with pricing.

Joe and Mike, the salesmen involved in my purchase, were both professional and forthcoming with accurate detailed information. Cliff, the sales manager, was extremely helpful in closing the deal. Although I bought the truck ‘as is’, they readily fixed a problem that was found after I brought the truck home. The service advisors, Vernon and Crystal, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and had the problem fixed at no cost me. One auto purchase and two pickup trucks from Mr. Young at this dealership. Why three?Because I was the person that made the deals. I researched the vehicle I wanted on Car Gurus, Auto trader, Edmunds and several other online sites. Beach Automotive was not always the lowest price so I found some exact matches on the same make, model and optional equipment within 50 miles with lower prices. I printed the advertisement and took it to Beach.During every visit a deal was negotiated with a comparitive price and close to the monthly payment I budgeted and I went home in my new vehicle the same day.No need to drive the extra 100 miles.I am a Ford Pickup diehard and a favorite of Lincolns, soooo.....Beach Automotive is where I will shop.The only con is; I spent over $46,000 and I did not get a FORD hat.Thanks Mr. YoungDennis

So I have always been a Toyota/Nissan man because of their dependability. I had a Tacoma that I loved but my two kids were outgrowing the back seat, especially on long trips. I started my search with the Tundra but quickly realized that it nor Nissan was no where near the ratings and reviews of the F150. The gas mileage and technology surprisingly was not up to the F150. I went to the Ford dealership and Paul Morris showed me exactly what I asked to see was very knowledgeable and zero pressure to buy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me very comfortable with the entire process. I left with a great deal on a new F150. The wife and kids love it. I honestly have never been in a Toyota that felt this comfortable and well built. Only time will tell if this Ford holds up to the reviews. I hope it does because I love it. I have bought numerous cars over the last 10 years and I have to say that this was the overall best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I drove almost 600 miles just to buy the 2016 Corvette they had for sale and even though the drive was horrible, everything about the transaction made up for it. My sales person Aaron Baunchalk who I had worked with over the phone before coming, came in on his day off to make the sale. I have sat around in dealerships for half the day just to buy a car, but it was not more than a couple hours of arrival was I driving away back home. I traded in the car I drove there and received an acceptable offer. Horrible customer service with false advertising on their ads. I have A plus credit and specifically told them not to pull my credit more than once and they ended up sending my deal to multiple lenders.Beware of dealers like this that have no regards for customer service and strictly rely I’m doing business for profit and volume of vehicle sold.

Bad experience

Lincoln service always courteous, competent and pretty quick.The only issue I have ever had was as part of my service visit they gave my car a free wash and the finish on my wheels was damaged. Still trying to resolve that issue. The wash is done by an independent contractor, twice have tried to meet, both times something comes up. Frustrating, its been six months of dragging this out .

James Brown was the man. The team was efficient and did exactly what I wanted from them. I did go a little higher than I wanted to but got a really great deal and got back to ford financing which sealed the deal.We will be back and cant wait to see the new focus SUV and Bronco
