I’ve shopped here before. Everything is really convenient and accessible. Items are always in place and never out of its designated location on it’s shelf. Everything is really clean and dust free. I do have to admit the eating area here is really clean, I never have seen a single piece of trash or a dirty table. The layout and way things look in this Publix should be the same with other publixs’. The employees are always kind and helpful and always make it a pleasant shopping experience.

The managers and staff are friendly, and always go out of their way to accommodate anything you may need. Its plain and simple. Publix, where shopping is a pleasure.

Good place to get some food. But I feel like its a little small inside and it does lack a lot of choices. Where the hell are your cart corral Florida!?

The people are great very helpful and no lines only 1 person at every line. No more Walmart for me its not worth a few bucks to stand in line for a half hour. Please go to any publix its a much better experience.

This supermarket is one of the cleanest, friendliest and most stocked supermarket I have ever shopped. From time to time you will get a long check out line and within a few minutes, another will open. The managers and employees are always walking around willing to assist you. I even had a manager bring me a cart when I realized my hand basket was full and I needed a cart! (You know...because I went there for 1 thing!) Now THAT is amazing customer service.

Why go out to eat in mediocre chain restaurants when there is publix. OMG i live in dc area and this place rocks, lets just say i could spend 2hrs just purusing the bakery. Service is amazing friendly, like they actually want you there!!! great vitamin department. A friend and i had nice conversation with produce guy about prices but overall its not that expensive when you buy on sale. Just beware you might drop some bills in prepared foods section but like i said before, the taste is worth it. I think next time im in naples, i will rent a place with kitchen and just buy publix rather than eat out:)

My usual sandwich was great.The cake slices are dry. I tried 3 different Publix. I inquired to shoulder shrugs from bakery employees. They use to be great.Great stores!!

No enforcement of COVID mask requirements. The other day there must have been a half dozen people with no masks on and some others with the mask on but below their nose. I’m over 70 and at high risk for serious problem from the disease but I need to eat. Maybe Trader Joe’s or Whole foods does a better job of protecting their customers and employees.

I just want to say how pleased I am with the remarkable customer service that was provided from this store. I had a slight problem on 12/11/2020 with a purchase, and Shannon in the deli told me to come in the next day, and she would replace the purchased item, and refund the purchase. However when I came in 2 days later, Shannon was on her lunch break....so Cheyenne took care of me on which what was promised. Not only did she take care of the problem, she actually took the time to personally walk me to customer service to make fully sure that I was taken care of. Thats one of the many reasons I shop at Publix, and will continue to always shop at Publix....They give 5 star service with a smile, everytime I visit the store. So thank you Cheyenne & Shannon for taking the time out of your busy schedule to help me; and thank you to everyone at Publix daily for the 5 star experience I receive!!! :-)

Publix has raised their prices to the point they are unshopable. Bogo is the only thing i will buy.

They told me every Tuesday and Fridays they have onion rings in the deli and they dont.

I came to your store after walking out of Seed to Table yesterday. I shop at your store but was playing golf with my wife in East Naples.Your store is fantastic!! Not only for the quality of food and service but how thoughtfully you have implemented store personnel and patron safety procedures as a result of COVID-19. Both my wife and I felt safe and respected. Great job. I know it isn’t easy but you did it.Thanks so much for caring about all of us.

Extremely poor customer service on all fronts.Walk in tonight with several other customers at 8:55p. As we walk in a manager yells at us that we have one minute cuz they are are closing at 9p. We all say your website says open till 10p; she replies, “I don’t care; you have one minute.”Then they announce on the speaker they are closed. We try and walk out but they locked the doors. Make us go to the other side of the store to get out so we all can walk to the other side again in the heat. No apologies just want us out.Other customers come n we warn them that for some reason they have decided to close. Each of these customers are very annoyed and said they’ll take their business elsewhere from now on. We told them how you treated us. So bravo Publix! You lost my money and several others cuz of your poor customer service. Bravo!

I have been going to this store for years. Very accessable. I use the electric carts allways have them ready an charged. Very clean well stocked an organized. All of the staff are friendly ..very helpful. There is allways a full selection in every department. If you want sushi..fresh baked bakery goods allredy prepared meal items .an sides they have them . they also have a floral dept. A very good wine selection..a complete assortment of greeting cards magazines gift cards pet supplies pharmacy an many other items.. It is allways a pleasure to go to Publix.

The shopping environment is wonderful. The isles are wide and merchandise is displayed elegantly. The place is spotless. The problem is the prices are too dang high. Plus they raise them even more once the tourists arrive.

I shop here year round. I always park in the back 40 lot during season. A couple of cart racks back there would be nice. More convenient for customers and employees who gather carts.

This is hands down the best publix I have ever shopped at. They always have a great selection of everything. I really enjoy their Boars Head Chicken Salad that comes behind the counter. This Publix has a very friendly staff that always welcomes me when I arrive as I am at this Publix so often.

This Publix Is newer and just fabulous. The store is so big and so open in its layout. So clean and bright. This store has a very upscale customer base. Same specials but a much larger selection of higher end items.

Gorgeous grocery store! Along with great shopping experiences, I love all the free recipe cards that are available! We made peach caprese salad from one of their recipes. Clean store and friendly, helpful staff!

Publix deli is amazing

Excellent service at register, wine department, deli when they made delicious Boars Head custom hoagie ( less than $8.00 for Italian mix with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, black olives, and banana peppers on very good chewy roll) and great free samples of Thai shrimp and rice and marinated flank steak with side of cucumbers and melon in the back of the store near the wine section.. They also had a white wine tasting but did not try. Very friendly, clean, eye appealing store with decent prices.

Looking for food to purchase then eat? Its a grocery store so its the place to go.They have a large selection of international foods as well as a hot bar of pre-cooked foods.Just make sure you price check the pre-cut fruit and veggies and they can be up to 3x the price of the regular fruit right beside it. Im looking at you watermelon...

My favorite Publix in the area! Has the best selection of organics. And the nicest people work here! They are always willing to help. Its always clean and well stocked.

If only every grocery store was run like a Publix. The people are exceedingly nice and focussed on the shoppers. There are stores with more exciting merchandise, but this is where you get your daily necessities and leave happy about having been there.

Before Whole Foods and Trader Joes moved in here there was always a Publix. This store has been a part of the North Naples community long before all of the yuppie stores moved in, so I enjoy shopping here. Its just part of my tradition and Im a traditional guy.The spirits store is located on the North side of the building. Remember that the spirits stores in Florida must be stand alone buildings. Why? I honestly dont know nor can I even make an educated guess. I should probably google it for the answer.The staff is really nice here. The staff opens doors for the older people who are using assisted carts because the door is not one of those automatic handicap doors. I asked a staff member if I was going to get my door opened and they told me, Good Luck! I love people with a good sense of humor.Once you leave the liquor store you can head South to the main store. The beer and wine is in here. Confused? Yeah I dont get it either. Maybe the spirits have coodies...The store has all of the basics you need from a grocery store. So write a list and go shopping. They have a small demo kitchen where they make food. Its very cute cause the recipes always have like 5-6 different ingredients available in the store. Thats marketing at its best plus I get s little sample. Its not Costco but itll do.

Great type of Supermarket. Very similar to a wegmans for those of you from the northern east coast of the states. The layout of this particular store is kind of odd with their refrigerator sections all over the place. Also couldnt find a single employee in the dry grocery section ended up having to ask a vendor for help. On the plus side the vendor knew what he was talking about.

This is a really nice Publix with lots of bells and whistles i have yet to see in any other Publix (including and ice cream counter and in-store wine bottle chiller). Wish I lived closer!
