I ordered a telephone which was clearly opened before getting to my home. When I called the customer service number the guy that picked up cut me off and didnt want to hear the reason for the return and just told me to pay to mail it back. I had to ask for the return address as well instead of it being provided. For people who are considering ordering from here save your time and go through a bigger business.
