Great from start to finish.Was looking for a storage place near Vanderbilt for my daughter to store things over the summer. Close to campus. Clean. Easy to access. And their process was easy and straight up from the initial sign up through the move out. Far better than other storage areas Ive used.

Fantastic facility and fantastic staff! During our move we started off with 1 unit, then to 2, and now were at 3. We cant thank these guys enough for working with us to make sure we had a safe place for our stuff while were finishing our new home. They have been great and so accommodating when it came to what we needed and when we needed it by. And that meant a lot when were moving and its all of sudden man, we need more storage! This business is locally owned and operated. Taylor, the owner, actually lives in our neighborhood, no more than 1/2 mile from the storage facility. We like to support local business, especially if theyre a neighbor. Highly recommended storage facility!

The facility is top notch and only surpassed by the friendly and efficient staff! (They did not even snicker when I couldnt remember my lock combination and I had to have them assist me with bolt cutters.) They continue to extend major courtesies to me. So, if youre looking to stick your stuff somewhere for either a short or long time, this is the place!

Seriously the BEST staff here. They have gone above and beyond for me since the day I called for rates. They treat you like humans should treat other humans, with respect and compassion- Not just a price tag. I would recommend this place 100 stars if I could. The world could absolutely use more helpful, kind, and respectful people like everyone at Melrose storage.

Overall a very good experience. After some confusion about rates and discounts, the staff was very helpful and made sure that we had a smooth delivery and access, despite the limitations of COVID-19, and our own uncertainty about how much space we needed. Thank you very much!

Literally the worse storage unit I have ever had to deal with. Everything started off great. The property manager seemed a little off at first when I first purchased the storage unit but she was nice to me the very first time. Once I finally came to move out that’s when issues began. I came out to move my stuff to out of storage and I had 2 professional movers come help me move. We were all minding our business the one guy was smoking a cigarette outside. She runs out and immediately says “where are you going to flick ur cigarette” accusing him of potentially throwing the cigarette on the ground which is not what he has going to do and he even told her that. She then gets irate and starts belittling the movers saying that they are uneducated and bragging about how she has a college degree for whatever reason she’s yelling and basically harassing us. I finally was able to calm everything down and then she goes back inside. We continue to move. Once we are all finished moving me and the movers go inside my car so that I can look over the contract and pay them as it was raining and extremely cold. While in the car she comes out again harassing us asking what we are doing and says “I have everything on video” we all are looking confused because we weren’t doing anything wrong except looking over contracts and I was signing paperwork. I then go to call the police because at this point this is her second time harassing me and my movers when we did absolutely nothing wrong. She then goes to disable my access to get in to my own storage unit, which she has no right being that I was already paid for the entire month. Once the police got there her whole attitude changed and she pretended like nothing happened and tried giving me access again. I called the regional manger on her the next day to let him know how his property manager treated me inappropriately. When I originally moved there I had 2 white movers help me and I didn’t have any issues when I moved in, but this time I had 2 black movers helping me move out and it caused a huge issue. One I ended my contract it gives you a copy of ur bill and any notes on the account and I saw how she completely lied and placed false notes on my account making me to be a problem tenent which wasn’t the case at all. I have everything on video. STAY AWAY from this storage facility because the property manager is just not mentally stable AT ALL and it was nothing but issues when she’s there. I believe her name is Delani she has curly hair heavy set kind of lady. When asked to get her business card and information she refused to give it to me. She’s just very very ill and odd and lacks professionalism.
