I went in to get my tire repaired due to it having a nail in it. They were able to repair it, and had my car ready in no time! Not to mention the pricing was very reasonable in comparison to others. The staff there were extremely nice and friendly. I’ll be doing business here a lot more in the future and recommending them to my family and friends. I needed a tire replaced on a Sunday (10/3/21). I didnt have much time and had called several tire service facilities,with no luck.I called Mavis in Natick,not only did they have my tire,but also said they could put it on my car in about 1 1/2 hours. I brought my car in and explained my situation. They expedited my car and had it ready within an hour.They were very professional and courteous.The work was well done and priced very fairly.I am fortunate that they made this happen on a SundayI highly recommend this garage

I have to say that the guys at Mavis always take good care of my car! The service is always excellent! I had all tires replaced almost a yr ago and they always welcome me back if I see any issues and never charge me. Today I went in to check my car due to engine lights came on… and boy there will be LOT$ to fix! On a lighter side, Tobin diligently found a nail in the tire! He fixed it! He drove around to test the air pressure… unhappy with it and continued to search for more issues. He gave it some time and ended up finding 3 nails in total. He took his time to fix it and made sure all were good with the tires before I leave. And for the time he spent, NO CHARGE! Exceptional service! I’ll always be back because I trust these guys! I had a flat tire where the cause of the problem was unknown. I called in advance and they were able to see me that day. They figured out the cause of my flat tire and took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong. I was in and out way quicker than I had expected. 5 mins after picking up the car we just purchased, the low tire air light came on. We immediately went to a gas station to fill it with air. The next morning it was completely flat. I called the call center very stressed and the gentleman that helped me was calm and helpful. I dropped the car off that night after work and Tobin called me at 10AM the next day to say the tire had a nail in it, so they patched it and it was all set. This was my third visit to this location which is down the street from my home, and they have always been professional and knowledgeable. One happy customer!

I originally brought it to the one in Shrewsbury and they didn’t have the right tires I needed so the employee told me I could go to the Natick location after calling them, where they got me two new tires and an alignment at a fair price. Tobin was helpful and nice with all of it. My car seems to be driving well.

Found out they are open SUNDAY! We were in desperate need to get a tire fixed before a 4 hour road trip. Eddie spoke to us on the phone and told us they could help right away. We drove in and got the car on the lift in minutes. Team there was thorough and fixed the tire issue in about 30 mins. Great customer service!

I bought a set here a few months back. I ended.uo getting a screw stuck in the sidewall so a tire had to be replaced. I had a crazy day and needed.my car right away. They had the tire in stock. The manager rushed my car right in and replaced the tire himself. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Fantastic service. So appreciative of the excellent service. They couldnt have been nicer.

Brought my car in here a few times now. Had brakes (front and back) done, shocks replaced, struts done, wonky tire pressure monitoring system fixed, and my oil changed. They’ve done good work and gotten me in quickly each time. The guy up front also takes his time and gives a lucid and knowledgeable explanation of what’s wrong and why it’s causing the problem and what’s involved in fixing it. And he also took me into the shop and showed me specifically on my car where the damage was and what it looked like while it was lifted on the jack. Would recommend this place.

Went there to fix emergency brakes, charged me about $400, replaced some parts, but didnt fix anything. Dont look like there are any mechanics. Dont go there unless you just need some tires.

Ive had a great experience thus far (theyre working on the car now) with the staff at MT&B. The knowledgeable gentleman, whose name I cant recall, came right out when I arrived and began inspecting the tread on my tires as well as the axel alignment. He kindly addressed the situation and provided several scenarios as potential fixes. He listened and understood what I was looking for in terms of cost/rebates, tires, brakes and multi-point inspection. As I went to look for coupons online via my smart phone he gladly offered to put the best code available in for me and save me time (he always does that apparently - much appreciated.) So its soup to nuts, or should I say tires to breaks service! If youre seeking the Gold experience, come get the Mavis touch!

Mavis Tire has treated me very well throughout various experiences with them. I have gotten multiple oil & filters (always asked if I want a tire alignment for free), & most recently more extensive auto work. The employee at the front was very honest & helped guide me to make smart decisions for my car. The only downfall is that they have been very busy during most of my encounters, so it may take a little time for the employees to reach the front desk. I can live with this! It must mean people keep coming back for more services! They also honor my nursing discount during the pandemic! You guys rock! Thank you!

Had a terrible experience. Got a quote to get brakes done and came in was quoted double the price. After leaving found my items in my car had been moved around. My KN95 mask were removed. I had to go back in to ask for the box back. I called and spoke with the regional his excuse the first time was that he team was looking for my wheel lock. My wheel lock is in the back where was placed by the manufacturer and dealer. Stuff that was in my pocket behind the passenger seat was on my seats. My husband calls and they are like no she is lying we didnt take anything but I am on camera coming back in asking for my stuff. Then I called back after they tried to call me a lair and his new excuse was it fell out the car.How it has been there for a month and it hasnever just fallen out. I took a whole video. Come on now. Do better with your customers. Meanwhile the brakes they tried to quote me for 100 dollars I found for half the price at autozone

Got a nail in the brand new tire I bought a few weeks ago. Came to Mavis Natick today, and since the nail was in the sidewall, they couldnt patch it. I got a new tire. They mounted and balanced it for me, and even put my spare back under the car for me. Then, they even threw in an oil change for my troubles. Recieved excellent service here and would definitely recommend!

Be sure to make an appointment, even though they wont honor it.Ive been to this location three times over the past five years. Avoid it if you can. They will not honor your appointment claiming to be understaffed. In todays latest and probably my last adventure with NTB of Natick a car battery replacement took five and a half hours followed up by no phone call confirming that the work had been finished.Both check in and check out were excruciatingly slow. No apologies, only bad jokes (that will be two million dollars cash).Pictured: the empty desk where I waited for over five minutes for someone to appear without an acknowledgement that I was kept waiting.Not pictured: persistent smell of pot in the car for a couple of days after the work was done. Maybe thats why no one was in the office for a while.Lesson learned: stick with the Neighborhood Wrench, a couple miles east of here.

Poor communication and service. I live in Natick and drive to Waltham location to avoid the service in Natick.Although I made a 9am appointment, was the second person in the building, car was ready 8 hours after promised.Car was worked on by employees in flip-flops and smoking.I realised the next day that a small cap to my tire was missing. Front desk wouldnt even look around to see if it was in the shop.

NTB hooked my son up with a new set of tires, A/C and a few other bits so he could safely get his ‘new to him’ car to Rochester NY for his second year of college. Mike C was very helpful. I’ll bring my car in for oil changes regularly, much cheaper than Valvoline who constantly tries to sell me extras.

No one wants to have to give a poor rating. I really wanted to leave a higher rating because when this morning started off, it was what I thought was an incredibly honest situation to replace my tires. It wasn’t the extra work that the car needed, I of course wanted to drive a safe car to and from and put my trust into this crew. It was the fact that they went 2.5 hours over the estimate and lights were still going off as warning after it was “fixed”. It was the disrespect and lack of communication when things were obviously not going as planned. I had very high hopes for a fair, transparent experience but the reality was anything but.

Brought my daughters honda crv in for new tires and front end alignment, really good deal on tires, front end still pulls to right, and steering wheel was in same slightly turned to right, over all a good shop, answered any question, just need to call them, hopefully they will recheck the front end before to many miles get driven on new tires

Went to get a lug stud repaired and was told about 2 hours. After 2 hours was told 3 more hours and needed an unnecessary wheel bearing replacement. Took it to a local shop and was done in under 2 hours with no unnecessary repairs.

Came in for oil change and they were able to take me right away. Very convenient, friendly service.

I have been going here for a long time, even with the change of management, still had great service, I had dropped my car off on Wed, needed it by Friday am, but there was a communication mix up there, but they did it quickly, correctly, and even drove the car back to my place, thanks for that!

Brought my car here a few times for many different things. Workers did a great job every-time and I was very pleased. All the workers here are very nice and help you with what you need. Michael Connors helped me out and did an amazing job getting the things I needed done. Would defiantly recommend going here.

Dont waste your time or money with these con-artists. I brought in a dismounted tire/rim to the Natick, MA location with a screw puncture, right in the middle of the tread, which should be no problem to plug/patch for maybe $10-$15. The salesman looks at the mfg date code (4514: 45th week of 2014) and says that the tire couldnt be legally patched because its OVER 5 years old and a DOT Fed Law prohibits him from patching it and the tire can only be replaced. BTW, no such law exists. Using simple math, I countered that it isnt 5 years old yet, but actually 4 1/2 years old. He proceeded to cover the first half of the mfg code to show only the 14 and then said he was only permitted to use the year portion of the code and do the math from that number and stated that he couldnt legally patch the tire that is 5 OR MORE YEARS old. On top of all this, he stated that if the vehicle was All-Wheel Drive (which it is), all 4 tires would need to be replaced because of the potential handling issues and legal requirements. BTW, there are no laws confirming this lie either. So from a simple patch/plug job, all 4 tires which have plenty of tread and are in excellent condition, this racketeering business will insist on you purchasing far more than necessary. Avoid these liars and con-artists. Their corporate policy is obviously to swindle as much $$$ from customers as possible.

Came in for a new battery. Everyone was super friendly. Joe tracked down the slightly obscure battery type I needed and had it delivered 15 minutes later. Fantastic service, will definitely go back next time I need something.

I wish I could give zero star for this place, if your business based on first come first serve why do you have the option to book an appointment online, my appointment was at 5:30 PM to get a new tires and when I arrived Ive been informed that they are fully booked for the day so what is the point of the appointment ???!!!!!if you respect your clients you should at least send a cancel notification since you have all the contact information not wait till the customer arrive to the store to tell him that you are fully booked . never ever again there plenty of tire stores in the area who respect our time

(5 Miles away) It was a horrible experience Right from the start.I had to call 5 times before someone answered the phone. When i did finally speak to someone the person acted as if i was bothering him. I had specific tires I needed however since we are selling the vehicle and I only needed Front tires I asked for alternative in stock tires. I was told that they could not install front tires that did not match the rears. I bought the same brand tires and when i went to have them installed I was told They could not install tires on a F350. The time afford and money I spent on two front tires was a complete waste of time and energy. I would drive 100 miles instead of ever doing business with this company again. NTB should remember in a customer satisfaction based society they should train their employees with basic customer service and communication skills

I will try to keep this brief. I have been a long time customer of NTB, over 20 years or so. But in the past two years, I have had to deal with people who do not understand the meaning of customer service or quality service. I have been spoken to as though I have had nerve to interrupt their busy days and have had issues with the actual quality of the service received. Finally I decided that the aggravation and disrespect wasnt worth the loyalty Ive shown to them over the years, so I went down the street to a place that is all about quality service and respect for their customers.

Made an appointment to get ac work done this morning. I previously had NTB diagnose the problem. So I made it a point to tell them on the phone my name and car model( which was already in the system). I showed up and was told too bad we cant get the part for that model car today. The receptionist insists I didnt tell her what kind of car I had. Its about an hour drive here for me so Im sure I made it a point. I ask for the manager and the service manager comes out. The first thing he says is I understand we have a problem. I explain what happened and he says we didnt even know what the problem was with your car until today. I explain again that the problem was diagnosed previously. He then says nothing we can do. No- Im really sorry for the misunderstanding. No- let me see if I can do something. Just nothing we can do.The attitude here was unbelievable- completely dismissive. No more NTB.

Terrible experience. We made an appointment for 11 am, I drove 20 minutes and arrived on time, only to be told that due to the short-staffing it’s now on a first-come first-served basis and the expected wait time is 3-4 hours. My question about not calling me earlier to let me know went unanswered. I can’t believe in our day and age there is such lack of care about customers.Also - we scheduled our appointment not online, but with a live person on premises. I can’t understand how difficult it could be to just call everyone who scheduled for the day and at least inform them about the change, if you can’t honor the appointments.

Only giving a 1 star because I can’t give them 0. They lost my file, won’t give me a refund, and if I want the work they messed up on originally to be fixed again I have to pay for it all over again. Worst customer service.

A previous vehicle 4 tires alignment. Everything great.Yesterday booked an appointment on line for 10:30 am. Got there I was told I should call because the website books the appointment regardless of how busy it is. I was going in for a slow leak but its A work vehicle I drive 150 to 200 miles a day. So I was going to purchase new tires. Well needless to say I will never go back there again! If you dont honor your web appointments why offer the feature.

Yes, and appointment at a particular time. I arrived on time for my appointment, and was told they would need my car for 2 1/2 hours and he asked me was I dropping it off and picking it up later?, I said no I have an appointment. He said they were backed up and would need the car for 2 1/2 hours and that I could wait since there were many people ahead of me. I could understand this if i just walked in with no appointment at a busy time, but.....I wasnt a walk in. They should not make appointments they have no way of keeping. Or at minimum they could have contacted me and informed me of the problems they were having. No attempt was made. So i wasted the better part of an hour NOT getting my oil changed.My problem is not with the guy behind the counter.....he was just he messenger.

Scheduled an online appointment, called to make sure I still had it and was told only after I called that they are not staffed sufficiently to honor it. This has been the case ever since last year when I tried to do the same thing and was told that they were not sufficiently staffed. Either hire more people or disable the online scheduling. Judging by the other reviews this has been an issue for months now. I will not be using ntb in the future.

Terrible experience. In November 2018 I had winter tyres put on and I had wait around for 4 hours. So to avoid a long wait yesterday I called and made an appointment for todays visit, only to be told on my arrival that they are short staff and having an appointments didnt matter and that I would have to wait 3 to 4 hours to get the tyres changed.The manager, Joe, is a very unhelpful person, lacking in empathy and basic human decency. I would highly recommend that you take your business else where.

I went in for new tires and found out I needed a new pressure gauge. So I pay for a new gauge and the tires. Less then a week later I have a problem with the pressure gauge and bring my car back for them to fix it, which they do but they charge me for labor when it is they are the ones who gave me a broken part. Besides that everything else was okay

I made an appointment a day in advance to have my tire replaced. When I showed up for appointment, they said it was store policy that I HAD to buy 4 new tires for my Subaru because it was All Wheel Drive. They would NOT sell me the single tire I needed, for safety sake. What nonsense. Subarus can be switched to front wheel drive by the simple insertion of a fuse, which I had done. And if this is their policy, they should not make appointments with anyone without clarifying their position.

Worst tire buying experience ever! Bought 4 new tires for about $850 and the shop failed to do an alignment. Upon their recommendation, I brought it back a couple days later. The manager promised it would be done by 4:pm. It wasnt. When I went to pick it up and express my dissatisfaction, the gentleman behind the counter couldnt find the keys. They had been misplaced and put in someone elses packet. Then when I got angry (understandably I believe), the service representative stood up, got in my face and basically threatened me!! While I was there, another customer had just bought two new tires and one was already flat. So, DO NOT buy tires at this location, they simply dont have their act together and the products theyre selling have questionable quality!
