Because they are the closest we have to use them for convenience. The service is terrible. A few of their service writer are rude and you get a different story depending on which one you talk to. Your car is never finished as promised and communication is a joke. For this particular issue we were told there was a 2 year warranty for the issue but when we brought the car in that changed and it was only a 1 year. Of course they conveniently found a new issue. Had a 9 am appt., dropped off the night before and did not here from the till 11:15. And then were told they were not sure they could have the car ready by end of day. I will be reporting to GM. They need to investigate this dealer.
Have taken my traverse here for oil changes and an accident repair. Within 7 months of the accident repair I’ve had the exact same issue occur 3x which makes my car not drivable. The service department claims every time they can’t take my car in “because they’re busy” and it’s 2+ weeks before they can is just ridiculous. Don’t waste your time with their service department and go somewhere else.
Long wait time while service is being done. Changed fuel filter ok, truck runs fine.
