Back in service! Thanks to Kevin at Go Wireless in New London! He hooked me up and did what several other Verizon stores and Best Buy could not make happen until Thanksgiving...then got me an upgrade! All with a sense of humor and top notch customer service!

We had an automobile charger end get wet during a rainstorm and it had set off a warning. Me being that guy decided I could fix it. Not only did I not fix it I created an array of problems. Then I went to Verizon Store in New London NH. Were were so lucky to have a wonderful person named Tessa who was such a pleasure to work with. She was able to take care of all the issues I had unknowingly caused. Your store is lucky to have such a wonderfully pleasent and knowledgeable member on your staff. Be very very careful when buying from this store. i purchased three phones two years ago. after listening to complaints about how the bill was, I finally took over the bill. Come to find out that they put the insurance on all the phones without permission. for two years I have been paying for this, so the sales person gets the commission.

I just had my second positive experience at this Verizon Store. Andrew is a laid back person who knows his stuff. He talked me through the steps he was taking to solve my problem. Ultimately, he presented me with another option that worked out for me and was affordable. Ask for Andrew and you will be treated fairly with straightforward answers.

This store is one of the worst Verizon stores in the country. The service is terrible, and the management is worse. I purchased a Google Pixel 3 here and the whole event took over four hours (and days to resolve the issues they created). The retail associate messed up the transaction and the setup so it had to be completely started over. They also tried to scam me out of $400 off the phone. They made me purchase the phone for full price without telling me about the deal, and when I went back in to get the deal applied to my account, the manager told me that it would be fraud for me to get the promotion applied. The reason that he gave was because of the way that THEY had set up the new phone for me. After hours on the phone with customer service representatives, the issue was resolved and I got the $400 off my Pixel. In the process of resolving this issue, customer service made a three-way call with myself and the associate who sold me the phone. The associate got frustrated and hung up on us.I have heard and experienced nothing but terrible service at the New London Verizon store. I am glad to have my issues resolved now, but I strongly recommend you go to the next closest outlet for anything you could possibly need.

I went into the store today knowing that I was going to have a different experience then normal due to covid-19. I also went in knowing which phone I wanted and was going to pay full price for the phone. The gentleman that helped me didnt ask if I wanted a protection plan, he didnt tell me how much the phone was, he did ask if I wanted a case, but there werent any I liked in store. He didnt ask about a trade in, which I assume was because of covid, but none of this was explained to me at all. After scanning stuff on the computer he hands me the new phone and tries to shoo me away. I had to ask how I would transfer my apps, photos and contacts. I also asked if I had to pay him, he said no it will be added to the monthly bill but gave no amount that iId be paying. I told him I had wanted to pay retail price and he said, we are beyond that point but you can pay it off in 30 days from your account. Thankfully he did write down the app I would have to download to transfer my information. I wanted to write a good review and I know things are hard but you still have to be respectful of your customers. Im sad to say that I am very disappointed by this experience.

Ken helped us, and he was terrific. Hes extremely knowledgeable (in our case about I-Phones), superb at answering questions, and more than willing to spend time helping with the set up of the phone and the transfer of data from the old one to the new one. Hes also an all-round nice guy. Verizon is lucky to have an employee like him.

Visiting NH and got the most wonderful service from a girl named Carmen. Have been having problems with my phone for some time now and she was awsome. She took the time to take care of everything. I was very impressed with the customer service. One of the issues I had she finally fixed and called the other associate over to show him which I thought was very commendable.

Dominique the assistant manager povided me with excellent service getting my phone going for me again. Very polite, didnt mind that I came in with a problem just a short while before they were closing. He had a good handshake too, which we can all agree is dying out nowadays. My man at the Verizon store, doing his thing. Much appreciated sir, I was close to having an aneurysm when my phone screwed up like it did lol.

I just want to say thank you to 2 customer service reps at the new london,NH go wireless location . Dominique and Jessie saved my Day by staying at the store to 7pm to help me with phone issues I had. My wife and are are heading out of the country saturday on vacation and I needed our phones which werent working. I give them a solid 10 for there expertise and going the extra mile to fix my phones.

Mary is a freaking ROCK STAR! A couple of weeks ago my wife and I went to the store to upgrade her phone. We also learned that some entries got messed up when transferring my phone from my work to my personal account when I retired. We were being way overcharged and Mary fixed all that and got us into the proper plan. She helped my wife find the proper phone that was right for what she needed to do and the biggest sale and profit.Mary found appropriate deals and opportunities and we ended up leaving with all sorts of extras and add ons, as well as a tablet, all at very minimal cost. She even stayed well past closing time to transfer files, get things set up and explain the equipment to us. We dont have any teens in the house anymore and we offered to adopt her just for her personality and professionalism... but she apparently still likes her parents and declined.Great Job Mary!

This location need a whole new staff, one of the sales person name Dominique was trying to have me put 150$ down and that included accessories for the new phone. When in reality I don’t need to put no money down and walk away with a new phone, that’s what device payment is. I found out when I went to a Corporate store in Massachusetts. I don’t recommend this store. Get your phone online or at a corporate store.

Worst experience I have ever had! trevor and Dominique are slimmy and will say anything to make you buy a phone. I have been dealing with a billing problem for over 2 months now and still it keeps being an issue. Authorized Retail sellers for Verizon Wireless are not legit and are just trying to get a deal. Drive the extra 30 minutes to concord or Lebanon to get real service and no problems.

I’ve been with Verizon a few years now, and this particular store is rude, not helpful, and lack of veriety. I was in and they both just sit there talking to themselves. About after 3 minutes of me looking at them, “oh can we help you?” Like I disturbed their conversation. Rude looks unhelpful, then proceeded to point me in the direction of a $50 dollar phone charger. Unbelievable. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Verizon store EVER.
