I didnt really want to switch back to Boost but the woman working was great and help me with my lack of skills with technology. Ultimately when we were done in had amazing new phone, my pic of cases and a screen protector all around 100 bucks. Cant beat it!! And once again its the employees that make the business great!!
I went in to upgrade my phone. Ive had boost mobile for over 10 years and have always bought a new phone and transferred the phones myself online but since I wanted an upgrade I had to go into a store. Going into the store though they force you to pay an activation fee which is non refundable. They charged me 35 for one and 25 for the other. They didnt even tell me. So they gave me an 80 discount on the phone just to charge me for the activation which I could have done myself as i always have. Then on top of that she said we got a free speaker with the phone awesome right we decided to even pay an extra 10 to get a better speaker for my finances phone and they charged us for them both. She put the reciept in the bag and I didnt realize until getting home and looking at it. That is my fault but she should have notified me of the extra fees and that she didnt give me the speakers free as advertised. Such a mess now I need to go back to the store to get a refund for these speakers they charged me 80 for. What a freaking rip. Should just switch to t-mobile like we discussed..maybe we just will return these phones and do that.. got the receipt showing the only discount was the upgrade ugh. Should have just bought the phones at Walmart would have saved me an extra trip.
When you finally get tired of the abuse that you that you take in the Cincinnati Boost Mobile stores take a quick just tiny little trip just to cross the river to this store and be treated kindly with respect talk to you in a nice manner completely professional and a really nice girl great customer service yeah when you get tired of it just cross the river real quick and go to this store and be treated right.

They are a good company but not enough stores open, I went to the store in cold spring ky to buy new phone and they had closed down.I had to order on line.
Dont know its a Boost Mobile till you look on the right side of the building. In the front it shows a different mobile store. Also the staff dont give you to much information on when you add people to your plan such as do we share data and such. Yes, Im also at fault for not asking but I use to work for Cincinnati Bell Wireless and I always made sure my customers were up to date and knew what they were paying for.

Had a customer come into my store to fix an issue where the rep changes his number added a line charged him $80 then locked the door after he left. What kind of Shady sh*t is going on there???
The young lady who waited on me was extremely helpful and went out of her way to be sure I could get the phone I needed.

There are Boost locations all over, but I always go to this one when I have an issue. The staff has always been helpful, and friendly. A bigger parking lot, and easier exit onto the street would get 5 stars.

I always hate dealing with this company. The staff is helpful, but confined by the edits of the company they work for. I would give zero stars, but as most of you know, thats impossible. They limit everything and overcharge for what they do provide. It kills me as a long time customer there is no way to convert to a program they offer daily on tv to GP..any credits given are put to acct but not taken off bill in auto draw. ..just frustrated and searching for new provider.
Knowledgeable friendly employees. Always have the answers and excellent quick customer service. Would highly recommend.

Well boost Mobile they have phone cases popsockets headphones ext. Kinda cheap for paying for your data but my only complaint is it usually has a very long line and the wait is terrible.
These guys fix me up if I have phone issues.
