This is a review for T-Mobile, not this specific store!I have been with them for 1.5 years since then I have too many data and cell service issues. Every time I call or chat with someone I get no where. All I hear is reset this and clear this, not the issue I have an iPhone 11, it’s not the phone it the provider!!?!? Not to mention I live and work in a metropolis area that they claim to have full coverage? Finally decided that it’s a waste of time to even call or chat! Will be going to Verizon! Word to the wise you get what you pay for!!
It was my 1st time being able to take advantage of the Tuesday Thanks promo. Excited and was greeted warmly by Jesse.
I went in to ask if they had the iPhone 7 still available to purchase in the store. (Part of a bet for some co-workers cracking on my phone) The t-mobile staff were so nice and friendly. Mark was great. He brought out 5 boxes. He really got into it! They let me take a picture of the phone and Mark posed for a shot too! I have been a loyal t.mobile customer for over 10 years because of the great service I consistently receive.
Extremely unhappy with the people at this store. We took my husband’s phone (which is in excellent condition) into this store to find out if it was eligible for a trade in. The guy we spoke to inspected the phone (very carelessly... we were afraid he was going to drop it with the way he was so careless with it) and when they checked for water damage, he couldn’t tell if it was damaged. He asked for a second opinion, and they decided together that it had damage. That was news to us because this phone has never been near water and has had absolutely no issues. We decided to do a claim on the insurance to replace it for the trade in because of the value. We received the replacement phone and decided to take his phone to another T-Mobile store after seeing how carelessly they handled his phone originally. At the other store, they did an inspection and informed us that his original phone does NOT have water damage and is 100% eligible for trade in as is. Needless to say, we were livid with the Newport store for giving us incorrect information and costing us $100 to replace a perfectly good phone. Despite the fact that the Newport store is less than 5 minutes from our house, we will continue to drive clear across town to another store to give them our business.
When you get a text to go there from to your carrier to move over to T-Mobile and the special the got going on is false advertising.
This location REFUSES to serve Sprint customers. The staff is very unhelpful and unintered is helping anyone. They would rather play on their phones or watch movies on the TV in there.AVOID THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT BILLING ISSUES.
The people are always friendly and able to accomplish whatever it is I need with efficiency.
This is absolutely the best tmobile store in Kentucky I have been going here for years the guys there are ALWAYS a huge help.
I have done business with T-mobile for nearly 17 years. I can safely say that the service not only gets better every year but has also become more competitive as well! Pick any location and you will find that their products are priced right and the customer service is first rate. Mark was a huge help in not only explaining my phones features but also made a smooth transition from my old phone to my new one so that business can continue seamlessly! If you are having trouble with your current provider then you must stop in! As always, Enjoy!
Worst customer service I have EVER had at any cell phone store in 20 years of having a mobile phone.I live less than a mile from this shop and am more than happy to drive 20 miles away from me just to get some proper service and even an ounce more respect.AVOID THIS STORE!!!

I would just like to say that i had a whole mental breakdown in the middle of this phone store but Garrett (the tmobile guy) was still really helpful the wholeee time, shoutout to him and my boy josh.
The only nearby corporate store in the area, the person who helped me was efficient and knowledgeable. Definitely worth coming to to avoid franchise locations which always seem sketchier to me.
Went in with a handset issue and was met with caring team members that worked swiftly to correct the issue.
Hours on T-Mobile site and even the store window are WRONG. When I talked to an employee (who was actually there!) about this they apparently dont know how to apologize. Two trips and struck out twice. I wanted to buy replacement phones but if employees cant even recognize the aggravation they cause customers by this sort of thing Im not sure Ill bother with them. Now back at home researching a switch.
Good people...good service...no complaints.
I was told two different things by two different employees with no apology and no further attempts to solve my problem. I will be visiting a different location from now on.
Zack Carpenter and Anthony Fambry are top-notch in T-Mobile Customer Service. These guys are fine-tuned in the art of smart phones, friendly as they can be, and they made it seem easy to teach this old dog some new tricks. I upgraded from an 8-year-old Nokia relic to a Samsung Galaxy 4, and somehow Zack and Anthony made it seem easy. Their enthusiasm was so contagious that other customers wanted to help me, too. I walked away confident that I could actually adapt to the dramatic upgrade much quicker than I first thought, thanks to Zack and Anthony.
Worst service ever . No other customers in the place and I literally sat waiting for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me and noone even talked to me. I dropped T-Mobile and moved to Verizon . Besides the service,T-MOBILE IS THE WORST PROVIDER OUT THERE. DO NOT USE THEM .

Thank you Manager Anthony,My cell broke and this Angel was able to get a New Phone and also set up my SyncUp. As an Uber Driver this SyncUp can save my life on the road. My Husband will always be able to tell that Im safe and sound. The New T-Mobile SyncUp is cheaper and more Security than a security system. Thank you so much Anthony & Manuel :)

I was told I was purchasing a 64 GB, But it turned out to a 32 GB. I am attempting to get it rectified, and Im now 2 weeks into the rectification process. IM PISSED!!!
