Went in to upgrade my phone. I was there over 2 hours, had to start over 3 times, very busy & after all that they didnt have any phones in stock. So now we must go back next week to get phones and transfer everything from old phone to the new one. Prices are crazy as well. Hope your experience was better than mine! Maybe AT&T is the better way to go?

The woman helping me went out of her way to help. However when she call Verizon customer service they sucked.

Noah was very helpful as well as his coworker. Noah went above and beyond, stayed after hours, and was so patient with the old belligerent customer behind me. Great job Noah.

AVOID THIS STORE!!!I purchased a phone for a prepaid plan. The phone had me install the same security update four times in the first 48 hours of having it. The phone despite having full service, was freezing, dropping, and not connecting to video calls and internet services. I go to return it and get told to essentially eat it despite the 14 day return policy on both Verizon and wireless zone websites. Lying rep tells me its because of it being prepaid, which is covered under both return policies. Then the rep has the ordasity to admit I was charged over double the price the store buys them for. I ask to have them help call my previous provider to unlock my old phone that is better. I get lied to and told it would be over an hour wait on hold, despite within the last few days, it only took an average of three minutes to reach straight talk customer service. Ask to speak with a manager and get a goose hunt. This store is horribly missmanged and could care less about the customers. Go to any other store you can to save yourself the trouble

They used to have some really good here a long time ago now all they seem to have is revolving help. All they care about are there commissions. Seriously thinking about changing cell phone providers just because of this store. And Ive been with Verizon since my old bag phone

This review is tricky. What I wanted was not in stock, however I did order it yesterday. It shipped yesterday as well. So I thought that was pretty neat. Hope to have it by Thursday perhaps. They are always very busy, as there are normally only two people working. Wait times for help may vary.

The phone that we got recently are perfect, it has awesome features compare to what we used to have. The service representatives makes us feel very welcome and they are so helpful with everything that we need to know about the products that we purchased. Definitely Verizon products and services is way better than our old mobile carrier.
