Staff is always so friendly and helpful, popped up last night super close to the time the store was supposed to be closing. I was helped out by Amber and she was extremely helpful and caring. You could tell that she actually cares about the customers that shes dealing with on a daily basis, and its super nice to have someone like that in the customer service field. Will forever go to this location!

Its a great place to spend your money. Friendly staff thats extremely helpful. Shout-out to Gabe, made a terrible day a whole lot better when my car broke down just outside of the store on a Friday night. Will be back for any virtual entertainment needs.

Went into the store to buy my grandson a PlayStation card for his birthday. I was pleasently surprised that I didnt have to look for it because I was in a hurry. The cashier asked me what I was looking for and then she found the dollar amount of the card I was looking for. Very fast service. Will definitely go back there again.

Good spot. Like this location due to it being tucked away a bit and not in the heavier populated areas. It seems to have a better collection of used games available with more unique titles. The staff is fantastic and if time permits are more than willing to walk you through their experience and opinion. They are happy to help you find titles if not in their store and there is little pressure to purchase beyond your intent even with pre-orders. Always a good experience.

OUTSTANDING customer service. I called during the Covid 19 shutdown on an item that was nowhere regionally, and wasnt available for shipping. Noah, the manager kind of explained why this time was a difficult for stores because many were closed. He said he would look anyway and we found 3 stores that were closed, and he said he would call to see what he could do. He called me back and said all 3 were a no-go due to this or that, but said hey, I dont have a lot going on and this sounds like something fun - give me some time to see what I can do. I expected bad news, and had written the item off. He called a bunch of stores. Some were closed, some couldnt ship, but found one in freaking California by popping in random zip codes. I said wow like it was the first time I used the word correctly. Thank you Noah. This level of commitment to customer service is unheard of.

Best place to buy video games

My grandchildren and I have spent thousands of dollars here lol. I bought three PS4s about 4 years ago for them and many (maybe) a hundred games since in addition to new controllers several times. The employees are Great, weve never had a bad experience.

Ive been shopping at this locations since its opened. Love going in there and talking to the workers getting their reviews on games, Love how the collectible section has grown over the years. I stop in once a week just to look around see whats new.Even if they dont have the item that youre looking for in stock they will do their best to find what store has one and will call them and have them put it on hold for you. Ive done this multiple times. When trading games in theyre always very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Great place to.purchase new and used games

A few friends and I visited here to look around at games, and had a great time. The staff was very kind in trying to help in any way and the place was very well kept - clean, organized, etc. I come here all the time to shop for games, and Im always pleased. I would recommend this certain location of Game Stop for anyone looking for great selection and service!

Walked in and waited in the front of the store by the Switch display. Watched the clerk finish a sale and turn to somebody else behind the counter and starts talking to them. Two women walk in, walking to the counter. He waits on them. Never once, acknowled me. He let a 300+ dollar sale walk out the door. I was ready to buy a system. I wear a parka style. I could have walked out with a fortune in my pocket. I wont go back, Ill buy on line. Made a special trip to this store to buy this system. I am a handicapped senior.td

It has helpful employees and what youd expect from a GameStop: games. However, I have a hard time finding used games with their smaller selection, so If youre okay buying new then its a fine establishment

They were rearranging the store but still had great service

If I was able to give zero Stars I would. Walked in with 5 PlayStation 4 controllers try to trade them in towards the new PlayStation Pro. Even called ahead. When I got to the store was told I was only able to trade in one mind you I drove 20 miles to this one store. Was never told anything about it over the phone was told to just bring them in. Then when we got there was told that there was a limit just one that we could trade in. So then the guy flips through all the controllers in my bag and tries to take the black and pink one which is the prettiest one there. Said that he wanted to take that one because then you wouldnt have to charge a refurbishing charge. All my controllers had normal wear and tear on them. None of them worse than the other. He kept saying that that was the door policy but when I called the other GameStop in Latonia told me that every GameStop has a limit of 4 controllers if they can take. I would never shop at the store dont ever give them any of your business!!!!!!!!

They usually have the games Im looking for. Like any other gamestop, if you bring in older games youll be lucky if you get $1 for them. Make sure to ask for Battle Toads.

Excellent customer service games at a fair price

The place feels like it could use a little refresh. The inside is starting to show some wear. The staff are helpful whenever they can be and if they dont have an item they are willing to check with other stores to find it.

What a joke! Microsoft posted an OFFICIAL FORUM ON MAY 22nd that stated they are aware of the game “STATE OF DECAY 2” IS a defective game (NOT WORKING ON XBOX 1 PLATFORM). I tried to comment on the official GameStop forum but my post was deleted and I have been blocked. It looks as though they only approve “non negative” reviews.When I went to the store to state this fact I was told that I could only exchange for a new game as it’s been only 6 days after the purchase and I had receipt.GAMESTOP is aware of this issue and nothing has been done to stop the sale of this 50 dollar game (brand new) that is clearly not working for many people (as the manager, Elijah at Newport and Michelle from corporate 7C74379 both stated that it is against policy to return a “brand new” game for a full refund.I have been forced to report this to the BBB, I highly suggest any other victims of this CONTINUED SCAM.please report as something needs to be revised in this current return policy.

Best gamestop location hands down. As soon as I walk in theyre saying hi asking me if I need help finding anything where as Ive been to other locations where no one even acknowledges me.

Every time I go to this Gamestop I end up leaving angry. Simple thing, if you dont have something in stock, PULL THE BOX OFF THE SHELF. Dont tell me you can order it. If I wanted to order it then I would have. I dont know if this is a corporate policy or what, but its awful.

The people are rude and they never have games that are for our system for younger children but they will not look either. And the one hand they did have the last was going to sell it to me when I asked to see it the CD was gauged so bad.
