My phones screen went black today and was stuck on a restart! I went in not knowing if my phone was doomed or not! Kenny knew exactly what to do and fixed my phone in 1 minute! Hes very sarcastic and humerus but knows what he is doing! Thanks Kenny!

I got my iPhone SE here from a girl named Rachel she was extremely nice and well trained. Knew her product and showed great customer service. The owner also happened to be there and showed nothing but respect and care for the business. Will definitely be back to get all my upgrades!!!!

Rachel went out of her way to help us. She fixed my daughters phone like new and her kindness won’t be forgotten. We will be returning soon. I also will add how clean and tidy the store was as in these times this is a very important thing. And it is nice to see how all employees follow protocol with wearing masks as well. I recently had some phone issues with my iPhone, and was frustrated with my current mobile carrier. So I decided to pop into cricket and see what they offered. I was instantly greeted by Rachel, who’s personality and customer service took up the entire room. I immediately knew I made a good decision. She answered all my questions. Kept it real with me. We even had some laughs. Anyways, I got a new phone, and a new plan (bought some accessories as well) and it ended up being less expensive than previous carrier. I’ve been signed up for two weeks now and have had zero issues. Cricket was the right choice for me, and I would pay double considering the service I got. Lastly, Rachel is hot af. Stop in. Trust me.

I went in looking for an android galaxy but the girl working behind the counter, I think her name was Rachel? She explained the difference between the types of phones and i ended up getting the new iPhone. She is great at customer service and is very well educated on cell phones. I definitely recommend her and send all my friends to see her when they are looking for phones

Omg Rachel at Cricket Newport, Ky location was amazing. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was able to keep my number. Wasnt sure what phone i wanted so she asked me what i needed n wanted in a phone n that was it. She did everything!!! It was great. I didnt have to make a decision at all she did it all. I am so so happy with my phone which was free still have my number she linked everything from my old one to my new one and made me feel so special. I have since contacted her to thank her n she made me feel like i was her only customer in the world again. If cricket wasnt a great cell service to begin with i would stay just for the exceptional customer service i get from rachel. Thank you rachel. You are the best. The young dark headed gal.is very rude.I bought a phone there and the charger that came with it was defective so I took it back and was given another one.The 2nd charger didnt charge my phone the cord was really loose and wiggling while plugged it.I stopped there today to pick up another one and was told Id have to buy it.Really? I dont have a charger at all.I left furious. I called the store and ask for the manager and same gal told me she was the manager, nope your rude and need to speak to someone above her. This trick hung up on me.So I called cricket customer service and s not satisfied.All I wanted was a charger for this phone. Bought a phone with NO charger.If you decide to visit cricket stay away From the Newport location

The staff were friendly and helped with my new phone.. Im not very savvy with new technology and the two young ladies there were so kind and patient with me not only did they set up my phone for me they gave me a quick tutorial outstanding customer service!
