Never can get help at this location. And you forget buying a console from them in store as they dont bother. They do online only where all the bots and scalpers buy them all up. Their TVs look nice but hopefully you dont have any questions about them because no help from staff and the info displayed on the price tag is very limited.Amazon is more helpful with their product info, why bother with this dying Franchise? They are on a Blockbuster Video vibe. Going Going Gone!

Picked up my new phone, that went fine, had an appointment for them to help transfer data and set up the phone, that went absolutely terrible, they didnt have anyone to help me, the person that was trying their best didnt know how to help me and finally I insisted on them getting someone who knew what they were doing but it took to long so I just left after waiting around for half an hour and not getting anything done.
Amazing!!! My husband and I were looking at the TVs, not sure what we needed. A salesman named Nick introduced himself and asked if we needed help. My husband and I quickly said yes! He asked us alot of questions and explained everything in detail. We have have never had such knowledgeable and helpful help on anything before!
Best Buy and geek squad provide absolutely horrible customer service. I paid (in full) for a surround sound system to be installed almost 2 months ago. So far I’ve been no-showed for 2 different install appointments. On the one occasion they did bother to show up, they only installed part of the system. That was weeks ago and they still haven’t finished it. I’m currently on a 35 plus minute hold time which totals up to over an hour today total. Instead of answering my questions or concerns, they just stuck me on hold. If someone at Best Buy offers to do an “in home” evaluation DONT DO IT. I could have purchased this system online or Amazon and had it installed in a few hours. I’m absolutely disgusted in this entire situation.

Like many Best Buy locations there were plenty of employees available. At the time that I went, around lunch time, it wasnt very busy at all. So there were a lot of employees just walking around chasing amongst themselves. It took at least 5 minutes for me to be approached after I basically made a bee line to look at a new phone. Then I was passed off but the lady that did end up helping me was very nice and assisted me with what I needed to know. The store looked clean and tidy.
I have never seen such a tiny Best Buy. Therefore, it has fewer option and less in stock. There were fewer employees working and not one associate asked if they could help. So, I was not impressed and had to go elsewhere.

Went shopping for after prom gifts and prizes. The manager found us a helpful knowledgeable young man named Justice. He helped us find every item we needed and explained everything we needed to know, applied discounts, figured out how to generate multiple gift receipts, apply our tax number and all while maintaining a great attitude! We very much appreciate all they did to make the money the kids generated go the farthest it could. The kids will be ecstatic at what we got. All I can say is we should support a retailer like this because they support our communities!

I have had 3 bad experiences back to back. I’m not sure what has changed between now and a year or so ago but they used to try to assist you every 5 minutes but the last 3 times that I have gone (all visits were in a month), I have to hunt someone down to help me and even that is a challenge. I always walk in knowing exactly what I want so no need for browsing. This last time was ridiculous. I found a certain laptop online and I knew it wasn’t in stock but wanted to go to the store to order it. It’s a Minecraft edition laptop but the employee tried to say that it isn’t capable of running Minecraft and that I need to be looking at laptops that are $500-$700 which doesn’t make any sense since the laptop I was looking at came with Minecraft already installed. I understand that they work off of commission but lying to me to get more money is insane. Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything and will order elsewhere.
This store needs to improve their customer service. I looked at the TVs two times, about 10 minutes apart and no employee ever came to speak with me, despite there being two employees at the nearby sales desk.

I had some electronics to recycle but I wasnt sure if Best Buy would limit the number of items I could bring in. The gentleman who assisted me said they wouldnt take monitors. But they happily took the scanner, two laptops, IPad, kindle and electronic photo frame. They get to help save the planet and I got to clean out my house a little bit more.

Went to test a specific model of phone. I dont mind that they sold out and took it off display. But train your reps to not try and sell a model 2 levels down from it as just as good simply for being the same brand? No OLED, no 5G, 60hz refresh is definitely not just as good.

I went in today 3/19/21 to get an iPad Pro! Walked up to the Apple area knowing exactly what I wanted and waited for over 15 minutes for someone to assist in my purchase. I also needed a headset so I figured I would look for one and come back to be helped for the iPad I wanted. The shelves were a mess as if I natural disaster was about to happen. And still didn’t see anyone. I found the headset I wanted and went back to apple area to see if someone was there. Still no one. After 10 minutes walked around and found a group of employees bunched up together having a good time laughing and joking. It’s cool but if you have customers at least see too them if they need assistance. After I interrupted there hang out time. The gentleman that helped me out, you could tell was upset that interrupted his time with his other employees. Made rude comments and seemed to know less about the device than I did... Best Buy is definitely a go to place for me. I am never going too recommend this Best Buy again. The one in quail springs would walk circles around this place. People are so friendly and jump too help you and very knowledgeable about the devices in the store.

I recently purchased a new phone and need a protective case the young woman who waited on me was very polite and helpful, the store was very clean and everyone wore a mask,I will trade at this best buy store when I need something they have and I need it.
I cant express how much I absolutely hate this location. The staff in wireless service are rude and degrading. The managers are weak to address terrible customer service. Getting things fixed or returned is a nightmare. I will never be back and hope you make a drive to the Moore location that is much better.

Curbside pick up bait and switch!I purchased a NEW flatscreen TV today, paid online, and went to pick up curbside. When I got there they brought the item out and put it in the back of my truck. I should have been looking closer! When I got home and got it inside I noticed the box had already been opened. When I opened it up the 50 inch TV had clearly been opened and taken out of the box and put back in with damage done to the box and packing materials. I. paid full price. I did not buy an Open Box Buy. I called and sat on hold for 15 minutes the fist time and then 20 minutes after that. No human ever came to the phone. If this is how they treat people with taking their money and then bringing out used equipment to pass off as new, this will not instill much confidence in curbside pick up, especially in time for the CV19 holiday season. Shame on you Norman Best Buy. Ive bought a lot of stuff from you (appliances, TVs, electronics, etc), but will never do so again unless this is rectified.
Edit:after speaking to a shift manager on Monday and getting in touch with to store manager they have set this right. The supervisor was trying to do the correct thing by the company. This is completely understandable and I appreciate that this store made things right and allowed the purchase of the television we intended to purchase.We bought a television, with the price that was marked on the paper displayed on top of the television. We asked several times if this was the correct price for the television. We were told it was. We paid for it. While waiting on the truck that we were using to transport it. The Supervisor Justin stated they sold the wrong television for the wrong price and wanted to have us pay the difference or go to Moore to get the correct television. This was handled incorrectly. When they made the mistake not us the customer. When advised they had already sold us the tv. Justin stated we could go to Moore and get the tv for the price we paid or get a refund. I will be contacting the manager, general manager and corporate about this. This was horrible customer customer service
Don’t go here. You’ve been warned.I woke up ready to purchase an 27” iMac computer for $1799. I had my eye on it for a while. I knew they had one in stock. I arrived shortly after they opened. The sales associate in the Apple area was busy, though he never acknowledged my presence. I stood next to the computer for 25 minutes without acknowledgement. At this point another associate helping his customer came to the Apple area and saw how uncomfortable and I helped we were. He called for help for us and acknowledged me. I waited 5 more minutes and no other associate came to help. As I walked out I saw the first associate hiding from customers on his phone. Call and complain? I did. The manager on duty said, “thank you good bye.”I’ve worked and managed in retail. There is no excuse for this kind of customer treatment.I went to the Best Buy in Moore. I was asked from the moment I walked in the door if I needed assistance. I was directed to the Apple area and the associate met me there. They didn’t have the $1799 computer in stock so he gave me $100 off the upgraded model.Learn from my mistake. Don’t go to Norman Best Buy. You’ll regret it.
The peeps here are real cool. Most are helpful and are really nice. There is usually at least one person in every department who is a specialist so product knowledge is high and the best part is the sales associates are not on commission so they are not pushing sale sale sale on you the whole time.The manager at this time is Richie. Super chill and easy to talk to.The Samsung experts are super helpful... as long as your not an apple customer (just kidding even then Ive seen them above and beyond just to help a customer). Def recommend visiting them first before going to a carrier store.Good deals on open box items and yes they do price match.
An average best buy. The layout is a little hard to follow, but I think its just a smaller building. Staff were all friendly and available to help.

Terrible customer service first I called to ask questions was on hold for 30 minutes and it hung up on me so I went to ask questions the next day about a remote start for my car was basically ignored in the store when someone finally helped me he didnt know about the product and had me follow him to somebody that would have known but he was busy with somebody else and told him to find somebody else basically Long story short I left because I didnt have time to follow the kid around to find somebody that might know answers to my questions. And was also told if I even bought it theres a 3-month wait to get it installed..... I get its a holiday but I feel like thats a bit ridiculous
Best buy is the only video game store that carries Limited Run video games for Nintendo switch and PlayStation 4.

This store seems understaffed. I have been in there twice throughout the holiday period and the 1st time, I waited for 30 minutes for someone to help me, which never showed up. The second time, I was helped within 10 minutes, only because I tracked down an employee myself. Once you finally get an employees attention, customer service is great. Its just getting to that point that is difficult.
The staff member who assisted me tried to find what I was looking for and made several laps around the store. He was happy to keep looking, but I thanked him for his time and effort, and paid for the other items I was there to purchase. Excellent experience today.

I absolutely love this Best Buy! Very neat, clean, and organized. The staff are very friendly as well. During the pandemic I came here at least twice a week for curbside service and never once had an issue! Everyone practiced safe social distancing and got me back on the road within a few minutes! I highly recommend to all A++
A Best Buy. Make sure you know what you want or if they have it, then ask the staff for help. They will happily point you in the right direction.
If you NEED an electronic item, go somewhere else. You can ask to see if an item is carried by the company or even see if another store has the item for their salespeople are quite friendly. Sadly however, 9/10 visits have shown this locations inventory to be lacking.
For a bestbuy, this location is rather small with limited selection. However that said, it somehow always has exactly what I need. Which is impressive considering the shipping issues with covid happening. This clearly speaks to the high level of good management practices happening here.

Went to pick up a curbside order last night. The store closes at 8 but the curbside stays open till 9. I pulled up right at 8 and checked in and at 830 there was still no sign of anyone coming out. So I left and at 845 I got a call asking where I was parked well by then I was already home and not turning around. So now I have to make another trip to the store to get what I ordered because they don’t want to do there job. I could understand if they were busy but I was the only one there in the curbside picking up and the inside part was closed so they were far from busy. I’ll never shop at Best Buy again

Looking for an adapter for my android to HDMI. Answer, we dont have those. No other solutions or help offered. Got back on his phone talking and texting.
Came in to pick up a package and the gentleman behind the counter pick up that theyre talking to another gentleman for going on well over 20 minutes the customer service lady who offered to help me acted like she was just so infused that she had to actually do her job it was ridiculous I dont know how business is even function like that anymore young kids dont know how to work
Went in with a product I needed replaced, they my issue very fast. This took place on Black Friday, with a problem not related to Black Friday but it was honestly a great experience. Not a long wait, fast service, social distancing, all of that jazz. 10/10 will always choose this Best Buy.
The associates were friendly and helpful but they did not have the item I needed in the store. In my opinion if youre going to sell a high end item you should have the main accessories for it in stock as well.

I picked up a mini-fridge for myself with my stimulus money. Best Buy is currently taking COVID-19 very seriously, and are allowing people into the store by appointment. The best way to use the current limitations of the current environment, is to treat them like an instant gratification version of Amazon with lockers everywhere there is a Best Buy - shop their site through their phone app or on the desktop, do your comparison shopping and research, then order it, schedule a pickup time, and swing by the store within a few hours and get your stuff. I may be wrong about some of the details on this, so you should carefully read over the stuff at their website to see exactly what the procedure is. You just cant go by there on a whim unless you take care of business on the phone beforehand.

Dozen employees standing around no one asked if they can help me they just stared at me standing and waiting so I walked out and bought several hundred dollars worth of stereo equipment from a different store I will never be back. Besides they were all laughing and have a good time. Sure glad your making all the money in the world at this time.
