I called this store to see if they had any washing machines that was not very much. I told him that mine stopped working last night and it was going to cost 472.00dollars to fix. He ask me to take down his number and send him a picture of my washer and he might could walk me through fixing it and he fixed it over the phone. What a great person. My fridge went out during the most recent winter storm and I was quickly able to find one within budget here! Employees were very nice and made sure I had everything I needed to go with the fridge, they helped get it loaded into the truck and it was a quick and convenient process. ALL SALES FINAL. This is a problem. 70+ year-old parents bought a washing machine from this place. Salesperson claimed that the machine was new. Broke 2 months after they bought it; however, it was making a strange sound when they bought it, sounding like a loose piece of metal moving around. Dent and Ding claimed that all sales were final. Sounds like my parents were sold a broken washing machine as new. Called a repairman suggested by Whirlpool. Then they needed to order the part. Been 6 weeks with no part. Though that is a Whirlpool issue, be wary of new appliances and the all sales final provision. They were sold a lemon. YES, during the pandemic it is tough to sent out technicians. I understand. But here we have 2 people 75 years old with some health issues. Step up and do the right thing.

Found the same refrigerator that Lowe’s was selling. It was $1000 cheaper with a tiny dent in the back! Lowe’s did not have the refrigerator in stock which means my huge family would have to wait even longer for a functioning kitchen. Dent and Ding said they’d bring it out the next day! Shelby and her mom both helped me with a million questions. They were patient even though I took a really long time making my final decision. I’m thankful for this company and plan to purchase my future appliances from them.

Best they can do for you is order the parts that you can order for yourself. Save yourself some time. We cant help you if you dont have a part number. Didnt want to listen to what was actually going on or what was even wrong with the part.

Great place!! The people super sweet and helpful. I went in for a sale on a certain washer/dryer and bought a different set for a little more. I knew this was a big was purchase. Knowing I was in desperate need of a washer/dryer I didnt want to settle. The people spent a bit a time with me telling me the good and bad of both. I was never pressured into buying. And I definitely put them to the test. The day I brought the washer/dryer home I was washing everything LOL. I mean everything every blanket I own all the clothes clean and dirty I was up till 3 a.m. and I bought them at 2 p.m. the day before. I really recommend giving them a chance and Hope they continued their excellent customer service.

Very small business but they do seem to have good deals. They offer blemished and non blemished appliances. The blemished appliances could save you about 50% according to them. I have not confirmed that but I do believe theres some savings to be had!

Got a Great Fridge at an Amazing Price. We shopped for days and the prices were outrageous so glad to have found Dent and Ding. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Our washing machine went out and we were told by the big-box store it was on backorder and wed have to wait two months. We were able to go to dent and ding and found the exact model that matched our dryer and for a better price!

These guys are under new management, and the new management has pretty much instantly ruined the place.I went in to buy a replacement washing machine. First up their price flexibility has dropped off significantly.Secondly they now have a policy (in their defense supposedly for insurance reasons) that requires new water lines when they install, and the install was quoted at 45$ with the lines being a further $20. I said that was fine and that Id just install it myself. Their price for just dropping it off was... $45.So theyre basically forcing me to pay for an installation that I wont be using if I decide to buy from them.I talked with one of the new managers (not the owner, unfortunately), and she said normally I charge $65 or $70 for just delivery, so youre really getting a better deal with herI responded Thats great and all, but the quote I got was $45 for delivery and installation. I dont need the installation, so the cost should go down.They wouldnt budge, so I left. Dont support these guys anymore.

I shopped around for a month before finding Dent and Ding in Norman. I just happened to see it driving by and decided to stop in. There prices and service were so much better than anywhere else I had looked. I got a brand new washer and dryer for a great price and couldnt be happier. I highly recommend this store if you are in the market for any new or used appliances.

Purchased a Whirlpool Double oven from Dent and Ding in Norman for over half of the price I would of paid at any other store. There were no scratches on the front of the oven. There was a scratch on the outside of the back of the oven where it fits in the wall and no one will ever see it. The people who work there are very nice and they know their products!!!! I will be buying a new refrigerator in the next few months and it will be purchased at Dent and Ding. Do your self a favor and go to this store I promise you will not be sorry!!!!!

Id already looked at a couple of other appliance places with no luck and unimpressed with the sad selection and prices Id found so far. I wasnt even picky about the outward appearance of the appliances, or if they matched; I was mainly concerned with getting something at a price I could afford, that wouldnt break down right after I bought it, and I needed affordable delivery, also hard to find. After reading online reviews, I was skeptical after seeing the one particularly bad review for Appliance Guys, but I considered that most of the reviews were excellent, and the OWNER had taken his time to respond to the bad review I saw here, which I thought was impressive, and showed that he cares about his company and reputation, so I took a chance. Appliance Guys is a small, but clean place, and they had a good selection of what I wanted. They guaranteed the appliances for 30 days, and after that, if I ever needed a tech to come out, the service call would be a fair price, nothing outrageous. The appliances were clean, and the delivery price was very fair, even though Im upstairs. Knowing absolutely nothing about what to look for, other than to make sure there were no worn out hoses, I asked the tech, if I was your mother, which one would you point me to? We made a deal on the ones he pointed out, and they delivered the appliances on time, with no complaint about the stairs or the tight space they had to go into. They took the time to show me how to level the appliances if they should ever need it, and explained how to operate them to keep them in great condition. So far, so excellent! Ive had these since the first of March, and no issues. Not a squeak, no leaks, no bangs, or weird noises. Both are very quiet and efficient, and I am extremely pleased so far. I told these guys if they screwed me over, Id leave a bad review on here, but they did me right, so it is my pleasure to highly recommend them! I found them all to be very helpful, and I had a great experience buying my used washer and dryer from them.
