Ive always had really good visits with them. I originally went through big o in Colorado for tires and got a really good deal, when I moved back they honored a warranty they didnt have to. Theyve been upfront and honest with us every time. And when we stopped in this last time autumn insisted I bring in my fur baby for a treat also, she is incredibly friendly

Big O Tires on Alameda in Norman has helped me several times, once mounting a tractor tire, the other time they fixed a slow leak in a truck tire. They did great work, fixed both right away, but each time they would not accept payment. I really appreciate Big O, will definitely check with them when it’s time for new tires.

I recently had a flat tire in Norman due to a puncture by a nail as I was traveling back home to Minnesota. The AAA guy recommended Big O Tires as the place to go to have it fixed. I had never been to Big O before and needless to say I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and timeliness. They had me in and out in 45 minutes and back on the road without any problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone with tire needs!! They were amazing. Friendly staff, I worked with Autumn and Theo. I went in for a new tire because I got a flat. They got a new one ordered, explained what went wrong, and even gave me a ride home and back while we waited for the tire to come in. Autumn is good at her job and seems very knowledgeable about the products and services they provide. And I overheard her on a call with what seemed to be a rude customer or whatever and she was very patient and understanding.

Autumn was beyond helpful the whole time. She’s a lifesaver, she told me exactly which part I needed (number and everything) and asked if I wanted to do it myself and not be charged for anything. She gave me the how to and stayed after hours to do so. She even gave us her extra donuts as she left. Definitely the place to go!

We were traveling out of state and my tire was losing air. I was not excited about buying new tires in an unfamiliar place, so I stopped in to see what they could find/tell me. Big O was so friendly and helpful and gave great suggestions for me to kill time while they checked on the tire. In such a short time, they repaired the tire, and didn’t charge me a dime. Great job!

I have my reservations on whether or not someone actually changed my oil. But I know for sure that they didn’t check my tire pressure. I drove around the corner to 7/11, put air in my bothersome tire and my light went off.

Needed a same-day repair for a flat. They got us in and were able to get the tire we’d got from Hibden’s repaired instead of asking to have our car for a day. The waiting area was clean, we were able to put on something for the kids and there was coffee if we’d wanted it. I’m honestly pleased and will likely be back again for any future tire needs. Yesterday, I went to Big O Tires in Norman, OK to have a tire replaced after we had a blowout on our trailer. Our tires had a three year warranty that had expired; however, Autumn got us a great deal on a replacement tire -- she was the best service representative Ive dealt with in years.

Very friendly staff. I got new tires with a great warranty and the vehicle diagnostic form they give you after looking at your car is really helpful if you dont know a lot about vehicles.

Went in for a patch and woke up to a flat the next day. Plus they tried to tell me my 1 month old brakes needed replaced. Waited for 2+ hours just for them to not do the job I came in for.

Will never go to this place again. I got new tires and within 30 days one was defective and had a bulge in the side wall and they will not make it right saying I just have to buy a new tire.

Good customer service purchaded 4 new tires on my wifes car and an oil change. They informed me that a serpentine belt was needed. Glad they informed me wouldnt want my wife stranded. Will come back to get serviced again!

I have worked with Theo on many occasions he has done the highest quality of work and had the job done in a timely manner. From tires to suspension and brake service he has always been honest and straight forward. Highly recommend anyone needing work to go see him. This place might be great if you have a brand new car.If your car is used or older they will find any excuse under the sun as to why they cant honor the warranty or replacement.We have used them twice and ran into this problem.

I went to Big O today to get a wheel alignment and to get 4 tires swapped out on my SUV. I have 22 inch rims and first of all I did not get my alignment and then looked at my rims and they have huge gouges in them. Never in life should it take 6 hours to change 4 tires. I would never recommend anyone to go there. They are TRASH......

I needed my brake pads changed and they were going to charge me over $700 for all 4. They said “the rotors had to be changed, with new cars the rotors are meant to be disposable” and that’s not true. When I said I would change them myself I was told, “you will be back, your brakes will squeal very loud.” And that’s not true. So it sounds like the people that work there just try to up-sale their costumers. I’ve been there several times in the past but you guys will never get my business again. Don’t go to this terrible place unless you want to get robbed. It cost $60 for the brake pads/brake fluid/ and brake cleaner. I did the job myself. Y’all are trash

I went to Big O Tires on Alameda in Norman. I walked in the front door and looked around. I saw 4 employees sitting around the customer lounge area talking, laughing, cussing a little bit. No one spoke to me or even acknowledged me. I walked up to the counter and stood there alone. And stood there alone. And stood there alone.Finally I said can someone come over here and help me? A big man maybe in his fifties I dont know his name, came over and got behind the counter. I told him I wanted 2 tires for my RAV4. He looked at the prices and quoted me for four tires. I told him I only wanted 2 tires today.He said he couldnt sell two tires because I might be driving down the road and they would just fall off or some such BS. He said that I had to buy 4 to make everything even. Hmm, a bully? LOL. NOT THIS GAL.Number 1, I didnt believe him.Number 2, I didnt want 4 tires.He refused to sell & mount 2 tires.I laughed. Went somewhere else bought two tires. Next month I will go to that same other store and by two more.I was treated rudely at Big O Tires I will never go back & i will not recommend them.If I wanted to be treated rudely or have someone attempt to bully me, I would go back to teaching middle school. I would recommend no one go there ever. I was treated rudely, bullied and lied to.
