All the people Ive met at this dealership are the best of the best. They wont just sell you a car just to sell a car. They truly care about there customers. And go out of there way to make sure you get what you need even after the sell.There service department is A+. Ive purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and I am a customer for life. They have a Phenomenal service center! Worked on my car quickly, making sure to find every warranty and recall to make my total cost be as low as possible. My service advisor Tim Ostwalt was incredibly helpful with all my questions and concern. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to Fowler Toyota three times to service vehicles I didn’t even but there, twice without an appointment. I have to say, I’m beyond impressed with their service department. Quick, efficient, trustworthy—and not too pushy. I last saw Jacob, who was extremely professional as he described everything I needed to hear regarding my appointment. Not your average dealership, I would recommend to my friends and family members.

Been having a RAV4 service here since 2013 and they do good honest work. Your service advisor is important to get the right one. If you have a conflict just ask and they will get you another advisor. I did that after my very first trip because I could see where that was going, upsell upsell upsell! But since I switched I havent had that problem.

I would rate finance less than a one star, but my salesman would get five stars. The finance employee that I had was named Conner, and he did not go over details regarding my loan contract. I had to ask what my interest rate was and he did not even tell me how long of a contract I was getting regarding months he just had me sign paperwork and tried to hide why the amount of the car was so much higher because of the additional packages he added on and would not tell me how much they cost. I also had my infant daughter with me and my husband just got deployed a few days before. After I got home I looked at the paperwork completely and the finance department did not even give me the price for the car that we agreed upon, because they did not give me the military discount that we agreed upon with my salesman and is why I agreed to the deal. It is sad how I had to go back to the finance employee two times when I was about to walk to the new car I took a little time to read the contract and he just kept trying to give me a bad deal and talk me out of what I knew I wanted. In addition, I had no idea nor did I agree to a package that he added on my loan and when I called to see if I could change it they said it was too late and that they cannot take it off even though the finance employee never asked me if I wanted it nor if I agreed to it he just told me to sign a bunch of papers. It was a horrible experience, and after I went back to him the second time he seemed annoyed even though he had plenty of time because there were maybe five people total in the car dealership and I was the only one buying a vehicle. This is not what I expected out of a Toyota dealership. My other experiences with other dealerships were nothing like that they went over EVERY detail and asked if I agree to the package they didn’t add it on without telling me then ask me to sign a bunch of papers. I would recommend not to go to this dealership, because if they try to rip off a mother alone with her infant they will try to rip off anyone. Plus they do not follow through with the price you both agree upon.

Servicing was okay but even when they had several offers/coupons to customers, the agent was not that much ready to apply those discount/coupon. I had to ask him several times and he was keep on saying I will check but at the end he applied the least possible. When I went home, I saw they had better coupons on the same location. Really disappointed!

$956.00 to fix a horn. They said I had to replace a wiring harness on a 2014 4runner to fix the horn! They had it all day, the new harness was bad, but now the horn works, but other options now dont work now. Come back in two days for another try! This is the LAST ICE car for me and going all BEV electric like a Tesla or Ford electric pick up.

Horrible service. The man who helped me was very rude and condescending. When I asked if they had a specific part for my vehicle in stock, I was told that the closest one was in Texas and that if I drove there I would have what I needed by tomorrow.
