The customer service agent Josie was outstanding. She was professional, efficient, and friendly. She was thorough and got us exactly what we needed. The site is clean, sound, and secure. Completely exceeded my expectations. I would certainly recommend them for any storage needs.

Helped a friend move stuff in and out of storage at this location. Prices are reasonable and security gate. Issues: the are people living in various units. Smelled like urine in and around unit. Let management know and they did nothing to resolve the issue.

It was a Sunday when I rented my storage unit. Honestly, I had gone to two other storage facilities that indicated they were open on a Sunday yet were not. When I called to verify this facilities hours to be sure not to waste my energy a third time, I talked to Josi. She suggested a particular size unit after assessing my needs snd she was spot on. If I would have rented at one of the other facilities..my unit would have been too small. She physically showed me my unit and gave me a free lock.The next afternoon, I was back at the facility moving things into my storage unit. I had brought a load with my own truck but asked if I could borrow the box truck Morningstar offers for free when you first rent. It was short notice and available. Caleb, the manager, arranged for me to have use of the moving truck immediately. I parked my personal truck and left with the Morningstar truck. Caleb even had cold bottled water ready for me and my kids on this very hot day. I also got to use the dolly for free. The stress and expense of moving was reduced by use of the dolly, truck, and good customer service.I highly recommend this place!!!

These guys are the best!!! We recently moved to Norman, and were looking for a storage unit to keep our things while we remodeled our house. We came to Morningstar because they were close to where we moved too, but we’ve stayed with them because of the unbelievable service and facilities!! Everyone greets you with a smile and kind word. The units are safe and clean. In fact, it has to be one of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve ever seen!!! The units have plenty of room, and when we needed to downsize to a smaller unit, they went out of their way to make sure we found the right sized unit, and even supplied the equipment we needed to move some of the larger items!!! I love that the facility is gated and that they go the extra mile to make sure our items are safe and secure. Whether you’re moving your family, or just moving a student to Norman, I’d highly recommend using Morningstar!!! The people are friendly. The facility is spotless and secure. And, the prices on the units are fantastic!!! Morningstar checks off all the boxes!!!! Great place!!!!

I cannot recommend Morningstar Storage enough. Steve knows his customers by name and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers individual needs. I needed to move a bunch of stuff and he recommended that I use their moving van for free instead of taking many, many small trips in my car. He saved me hours of work. I also really like that there is 24 hour access to storage units. Being able to access my stuff whenever I need to vs having to think about when it is open is a big plus. Thank you, Morningstar!

We stored valuables for 2+ years with no issues. Secure, neat and clean. Staff was always courteous and helpful. Plus, as I was clearing out my unit for an out-of-state move, manager Steve showed genuine concern for me working in the afternoon heat of a dangerously hot day. He came by to check on me several times and went above and beyond to make sure I was hydrated. Id definitely store here again. Great place, great people.

Morningstar storage is a great place. The owner was very friendly and nice. Everytime I went they gave exceptional customer service. The owner knew my name and always greeted me with a friendly smile. I saved money alone by them letting use the truck. I will advise if you are looking for a great safe storage place Morningstar is the best one in Norman.

The units are clean and dry, the security is top of the line, and Steve the manager is as good a guy as you’ll ever meet. He was great to deal with from the day we signed up until the day we moved out. I recommend several people to him and he always treated them like they were his one and only priority. Moving is always stressful, but Steve made the move so much easier for our daughter. We live close by and moving her belongings there is quite convenient. When we realized we needed a bigger unit, Steve was so accommodating in getting us into a larger space. Our move took three days and Steve was always available if I needed to ask questions.There is no other place I would recommend than Morningstar Storage. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a great place to store your stuff. The staff is very friendly and they went above and beyond to help me in a time if desperate need! I had not rented a storage in a few years, so I will say that the prices seem to have gone up and are a little pricey, however, other than that, everything was wonderful!

The people in the office there are extremely kind and make you feel like a part of the family. Steve was kind enough to give me a chance when I was down on my luck so that I wouldnt loose my belongings. I can never thank him enough for his generosity and trust in me. If I could give them 10 stars...I WOULD. Luvem to death!!! AND HIPPIE IS COOL TOO.

They start at 70 and by the second year you are in the 100 currently its $132 for the unit. Steve is reallyNice but I wouldnt recommend this storage. Try other storage facilities. Just that its not worth the price. It isnt cost effective. Businesses that only responds to those who give good reviews says alot about a company. Think about what would happen and how you would feel, if you are dissatisfied with a company that only responds if you are happy with their services.

Steve, the manager at the Norman location went above and beyond. I am a disabled veteran, and I wear leg braces to help me walk as I was paralyzed from the knees down for 3 years. Steve not only gave me a ride from the office to my new storage room, he helped me move some boxes out of my hotel and then when we were done, his wife gave me a ride all the way across town. Oh and the free gourmet coffee was the icing on the cake. Upon my return the following day his assistant helped me print off a form I desperately needed for housing for my wife my son and I. Thanks just isnt enough

I am posting on behalf of my sister, who does not have Google +. She writes:I hadnt read the one other review of this place before I went in. I needed a storage unit quickly because of a problem in my apartment with bed bugs. I only need it for about 3 weeks. I was quoted just under $45 a month for non-climate-controled 5x5 unit (the smallest they offer). The lady at the desk was friendly enough, but waited till AFTER Id filled out all the paperwork to tell me Id really need to pay around $85 (that does include my purchase of a $5 lock) because they charge prorated for the current month (12 days) and pre-charge for the next month. Then, unless Im out before October 1, I cant get ANY amount back that Id paid for the whole month of October. When I rented at U-HAUL I was much happier and they even worked with me and gave me a discount. The no-prorated-money-back policy is incredibly stupid and Im sorry I fell for their stupid ploy of waiting till the paperwork was all signed. They dont offer any kind of insurance, either, so BEWARE. After this experience, I guarantee I will not be returning.
