I just wanted to say thank you so much to storage one! I recently moved to the state and had to store my things and just so happened to stumble on storage one. Everyone that works in the office is AMAZING! So helpful and kind, I will definitely be recommending them.

Very unhappy with this place and its car wash. Called and explained to the lady that we paid for a $10 wash Sunday morning. It only washed half of our SUV. She asked did we have a hitch on the back? I said yes what does that matter? She said they have noticed this seems to be causing it to not complete the cycle properly. Suggested we take it off next time I asked will since you have no sign stating this are they going to make it right? She said oh no we cant do that. Not what I wanted to hear. I said well we wont be back. She could have cared less. Not good new business owner.Thank you.Allyson
