Ian was awesome. I was his first, sorry ladies I got him first. Whew, he was great. Even though I was his first you couldnt tell by the way he handled himself. It was a pleasure to meet and have some laughs with all the people in the office. I know Ian wont forget his first. I left a lasting impression, im sure. Great job.

Horrible experience!! So we had a storage space all squared away by phone to store a vehicle for my niece, who is in Italy with her family, as her husband is in the military. We get there only to be told to wait outside because just one person at a time is allowed in the facility. So we waited outside for over 30 minutes, in the heat because it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon on Aug 1st, in Oklahoma, so you can just imagine. No polite fair warning on how long it would take, no suggestion to maybe wait in our car, he just told us to wait outside. All together we waited 45 minutes. I finally asked my sister if we could just park the car at my house. She agreed and we left. As we were leaving, low and behold, he was suddenly done with the lady and actually motioned us to come back. Really? I told him he just lost a customer and he said, “that’s fine”, SMH. I have never been treated as rudely as I did at this storage facility. I I’m sure his supervisor wouldn’t be too happy with how he treated us. I do not recommend anybody storing their things there. I mean unless you enjoying being treated like a third class citizen. I believe he was being purposely rude because we both were irritated and interrupted him to ask just how much longer we were having to wait, by which he replied, 15 min, in a condescending tone. Extremely unprofessional and if they want a successful business they need to treat ALL customers with courtesy just like he was treating that lady. I think that I just experienced white privilege fueled discrimination and I didn’t like it very much. Thank you Simply Safe Storage! I guess we all have to experience it at least once in our lives. So congratulations! You are the first one who did it for me. And you will always be remembered as such. Great job!! Never again.

Kayla and Rose both had great customer service. They helped set me up with everything needed including boxes, tape, wrapping paper, and more! I forgot a lock and was even provided that. The prices are affordable and so many varieties in sizes. You’re always greeted with a smile and eventually feels like family. Highly recommended!

I just rented a unit from Colin. He was very professional and personable. I didn’t realize the unit I reserved was not gated so he took me around and showed me the unit and other options that were available. He went over the rental agreement with me in detail and answered all my questions. I liked the security measures that are in place and I always appreciate when staff members don’t act like they have other things they would rather be doing.

After looking for a facility to accommodate my needs I finally found someone willing to go the “extra mile” to secure me a unique space. The manager, Rose, was very helpful in finding a way to reserve me a spot while I was out of town. When I went in to finish my paperwork both Rose and her assistant, Britney, were extremely pleasant, professional and hospitable. I’m looking forward to a long and enduring business relationship with Simply Self Storage and these two customer centric representatives. Great Customer ServiceWOW !!! what a great experience ! had to move my son and couple of other boys out of frat house after OU closed down. Store Manager Rosemary helped me get the right size unit and set me up remotely to get in when they were closed. Then i had to change the date and time 3 other ties based on frat schedule ! Rosemary was beyond accommodating ! She worked with me each time and we were able to move in when she was working ! what could have been a very difficult process was made super easy by Rosemary ! We couldnt be happier with the unit and the awesome customer service !

Fantastic customer service! Rose & Brittney are super friendly, personable & helpful. Clear & easy instructions from them on every aspect of renting a unit. Their 3 storage sites, the units & office are clean. Clean golf cart to take customers to site of their unit. Convenient location & all sites are located on same street. On my second visit, Brittney greeted me with a smile & was again friendly as she helped me with a late payment. She even asked me about my kids & school starting back up. I’ve used other storage companies in this area. This one is at the top of my list.

It was so clean!!Very impressed. They walk you through everything.The office inside is extremely nice and clean and they have all your moving supplies right there..CHECK THEM OUT!!

Today I went looking to explore the cost of a storage unit and possible to rent one provided, I felt it was reasonable in cost for the size.. After looking at cost in a number of location I decided to stop at the Simply Self Storage location. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by a highly professional person who just happened to be the manager. . Suzanne, the manager greeted me with a very customer minded approach. She was very respectful, courteous, knowledge, and proceeded to guide me to view a number of units that were of different sizes and prices. The tour and the information I received provided me enough data to make a decision about renting a unit at this location. She provided me all the paperwork required and in addition she reviewed each page with me. The effort she provided me gave me the confidence to make the decision that this was the one i should choose to rent.. Glad I had decided to stop and explore this location.

I called at 2:30pm on a Saturday needing something before closing time, and we had the keys to a storage unit and a contract signed in 45 minutes. This place was the 10th storage place we called and they came through with the most convenient arrangement, and the cheapest price. And Callie was an angel, so helpful and kind! I wish I had the experience that all the others had. My storage was for one month and when I went to get my furniture, it was full of spider eggs and spiders. HUGE daddy long legs and other small spiders. It took me hours to clean all the spiderwebs and eggs underneath my dressers, coffee tables, bed, and sofas. I only had it there a month! Then to top it all off brand new washer and dryer both had water damage. The tub in my dryer had water laying in the tub. WATER! My washer had old water smell in it. These machines were brand new! Then the water damage and mold that I got on my paintings. There was just so much damage. I do not recommend this place at all.

Excellent service, part of the family attitude!Although the personnel at the Bart Conner/Norman location are greatthe ownership if going to force me to move out of both my units becauseprices have gone up higher than I can afford and I have been there since2009. It to bad the view is on short term gain and not the long range where people would stay longer and have a more constant income for the facility.

I have had multiple storage units at this facility for 6+ years but recently moved out of town. It has been a struggle coordinating people to help me empty them and get them to my new home. I just want to say that Suzanne has helped me so much. She has told me of things she is able to do to help coordinate charity pick up and timing. Suzanne has given me so much peace of mind.
