The storage units are affordable... however the entrance gate locks at 10pm and apparently the exit gate does as well. Theres not a person on site to call if this happens, and it states no where in the 4 pg contract of this. The emergency contact number on the gate is useless and we had to call the norman police dept (as advised on the posted sign) and he was unable to reach anyone so offered to take us home. Thank you officer for attempted to assist in getting the gate open! However he was unable to reach anyone and we had to lock up both vehicles and leave them inside the facility over night. That being said-i contacted the 800# on the website this morning and she informed me for an additional $25/mo I could get 24hr access. This was never mentioned to me or in the contract. So after sitting at the gate for over an hour thinking I entered my codes wrong... (for the 2nd time this week) still trying to reach someone to let us out or at least inform us what was going on so this wouldnt be a re-occuring event- ive decided to take my business elsewhere.... well as soon as I can get the money to move both 10x15 storages to a more accessible facility. If I wouldve been notified of the exit gates locking me in after 10pm- i wouldve paid the $25 for one month until I found a more suitable facility that would allow me to at least LEAVE the facility after 3 hours of unloading my belonging in the units I already paid for. Me, my partners and the awesome npd officer were all appalled by this and didnt appreciate the fact we were dealing with all this in the pouring rain. Convenient and quiet area. No problems so far at all. Both people that work there are very very nice and do a great job!Glad I found this place!

I had mixed experience. Sometimes communication want clear. People were very nice. Then they raised my rent without notice.

It took an hour just to rent a towing trailer. The staff that helped me didnt know what he was doing. I rented the same trailer a week before and was in and out in less than 15 minutes (different staff). All staff should have the same training and when they saw he was taking so long they should have taken over or tried to train him.

I forgot to pay the rent.I was six or seven days late, which is completely my responsibility. Vicky( dark lady in the Norman office) called and woke me up was and was very rude and darn near bragging about charging me a late fee, I was trying to collect my thoughts. so I decided to call back about 45 mins later when I was more alert, she didnt answer my call so it forwarded my call to the call center(bc she was out of line and didnt wanna deal with the mess she created).She also lied to the call center, about what happened, So I set my account on autopay so I hopefully never have to deal with her again. With her personality she should not allowed to work with plants. much less be running the office. As others stated the rent goes up periodically.

Great facility and amazing staff. Definitely would recommend!
