Sandy at the North Myrtle Beach store worked with my phone till the problem was solved. I had been to other AT&T stores and still left with the problem. I’m so happy with how hard she worked and my problem is solved!!
Went here to set up 2 phones and watches for my parents on my account and we were fortunate enough to be helped by Travis. I have been with AT&T for over 15 years and have been helped by many of their representatives but I have never received such expert service before. Travis was personable, knowledgeable and just made sense in how he handled our needs. I will drive from Charleston just to see Travis because of the service he provided. Thanks again Travis!!!
NOT HAPPY!! I am down here for the week on vacation and a little work. I just got here and I am having issues with my perfect condition iPhone. All of a sudden the screen is starting to balloon out of the phone and battery won’t hold a charge. I get ahold of my friend who work for AT&T in PA tells me what’s 99% wrong. So I have the insurance that they sold me and when I go in and try to use it the old lady with the pink nails who works there told me she can’t do anything! She wanted nothing to do with helping me and told me to call customer service. She needs to learn what customer service is or she needs to be terminated. Not pleased with this woman and the way she treats customers. I hope the manager sees this and know what she’s doing to his store. I work in a very similar business and this is ridiculous

I recently visited a AT&T store Sunday in order to buy a line cord for my cell phone and also to talk about the old one I had went bad and I want to know if I could bring it back and replaced it service rep told me yes because my telephone number was in the system and they would know what time I bought the other line core but to make a long story short my rip. was very polite and help me out on what I need to know in a short amount of time.
Katie was the bomb! I lost my phone in the ocean and I was totally stressed out and she made everything work out quickly and efficiently. Liz sold me AT&T TV. Excellent stor excellent team!

The Sales Rep we worked with, Asa, was very knowledgeable and very patient. We had a problem porting a number from another carrier and after 3 hours he had not given up on us. The manager, Liz, was also amazing with assisting us and directing Asa on who to contact to get this issue fixed. Thank you both for getting it done! NMB staff is always very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
I feel very lucky that Katie was available to assist me when I stopped by in need of help with the transfer of the contents of my old phone to a new one. She was absolutely outstanding with regard to her knowledge, patience and interpersonal skills. She saved me so much time and grief and explained the process as we progressed. I know this sounds cliché but if you looked up the definition of customer service, Im pretty sure youd see her picture there along with it.

Travis does an amazing job. Not only does he take the time to answer questions and explain things to you but he is willing to go above and beyond to fix issues. He never hesitated to try and fix the issues with my husbands watch even though we had to keep going back. Turns out the issue was the watch not AT&T. I couldnt be more pleased with North Myrtle Beach AT&T store. 2 1/2 years ago Travis helped me switch from AT&T prepaid to Unlimited service. Well, needless to say it was time to upgrade to a new phone. Much to my surprise, Travis was still an associate at this store. I was so pleased. I scheduled an appointment with him for this past Sunday(also happenedto be MothersDay). He took his time to help me and my daughter with our new selections. We even decided that it would be easier to convert my person account to a business account since I had recently started a new business. I was a very long day, but well worth the time. All the associates at the NMB store are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all that you guys do. I know I appreciate all of you.
There was not a wait even though we arrived earlier for my sisters appointment. The affordable prepaid selection seemed to be small and it felt like a bait and switch scenarios because we saw the nationwide commercial that says new and existing customers get the same deals. However, existing customers actually pay more, at least at this location.

My Husbands phone crashed so I called AT&T in North Myrtle Beach S.C., Travis answered the call and was very helpful. We ended up having Travis as our service &sale rep. Travis was AWSOME! The phone was a loss but we ended up with a lower bill invaluable help and information. Very disappointed, worked with Sandy, went through the whole process and she assured me that my payment would be close to that same that i had been paying, even gave me the work sheet. I would give 0 stars if possible. We drove 45 minutes to this store because it was the closest to where we live. The sale rep. That helped us ended up upping our insurance after repeatedly telling her we didnt want that. (I didnt find out until we got the next bill). THEN, convinced me to buy a screen protector for my new phone, that I found out later had a screen protector pre installed on it, and she proceeded to put a screen protector on top of the other screen protector. Then, told me the bubbles would go away on their own. I was told the store manage would give me a call back about the screen protector ordeal. Surprise, I never received a phone call back. THANKFULLY, customer service help line was able to fix my issues. They were even shocked. Save your money and go anywhere else.

AT&T is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. No respect for An Active Duty Military family account. Delivered 2 blacklisted previously stolen phones and can’t figure out how to fix it. Spoke with 18 different people and no one will escalate or take responsibility to fix. Don’t bother to call headquarters that’s just another number in queue. Had to transfer numbers back to my old phones. Sent back their defective equipment.
The customer service I received yesterday by Travis was exceptional. I dont remember the last time I had someone work so hard for my benefit. I walked in with a broken phone and walked out with a new phone and a much better plan for less money. I plan to go back later this week and upgrade 2 more phones on my plan.

I recently upgraded my iphone and encountered some inconsistencies in service that I desperately needed addressed asap. Over the next 4 weeks I spent in excess of 10 hours on the phone with a half dozen technical support representatives. Ultimately they could never figure out what the issue was and the steps they walked me through resulted in me having no service at all. So I headed to the closest AT&T store which was this particlar store in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Heather G. greeted me and I recounted the sequence of events that led me to their door. She patiently listed to me, apologized for the frustrating and unsuccessful attempts made by AT&T phone support. She then proceeded to figure out exactly what the problem was... in less than 5 minutes! She explained what she thought must have happened and it sounded like a reasonable explanation... and yet for me she made it clear that it wasn’t anything that I had done that caused it... I was unfortunately a victim of incredibly poor technical support. She once again apologized on behalf of AT&T. I was thrilled that she was able to quickly solve what had seemed to be a complex and unsolvable problem by the technical support team. I have been with AT&T for over 12+ years... but this experience had pushed me to the limits of my patience with AT&T. So I came into the store with my mind made up that if they could not quickly and effectively solve this problem, then I was going to leave the phone with them, demand a refund, and then quickly go to a competitor and get my service set up with them. As it turned out, I was so impressed with Heather’s service, personality and professionalism, that I ended up adding additional services and devices before I left the store. I thanked Heather, asked for her card as I was leaving because I knew I was going to write a glowing review and share my experience of how she turned my experience from repeated frustrating failures... into success and ultimatelly renewed faith in my choice of a service provider.The next day I was having dinner with my daughter and I told her my story. When I explained that I visited this particular store and had the best experience with the AT&T representative who quickly solved my problem... she asked me was her name Heather... I said Yes! It was! How did you know? She went on to tell me of a simiar experience she had earlier in the summer... and she came away equally impressed with this young lady named Heather. So for anyone considering visiting this store... I can guarantee you that if you have had a frustrating experience with AT&T... ask for Heather G.... because although there is no guarantee she can solve all problems with the same level of success my daughter and I experienced... I can guarantee that you will be in very capable hands and your chances of success will have just increased dramatically.Thank You once again Miss Heather G.! You are a superstar and I hope your management recognizes that fact! Katie literally saved me from switching from AT&T to Verizon after 3 bad experiences on the phone with corporate. In person is best they actually care about their customers.
Katie was a lifesaver after a harrowing experience I had earlier in the day with my phone being rendered inoperable after someone tried to replace my screen. She gave me all options available and was super sweet in the process. An honest salesperson is very rare, Katie rocks!!! Unfortunately I didn’t get the same feeling from the manager, who in the middle of my transaction with Katie chastised her in front of us for not up selling me on a totally unnecessary item. It was extremely unprofessional for a manager to do this. Katie is a gem.

Ordered phone online for in store pickup. Went to store to pickup phones and they hustled us and didn’t give us the deal we went through online. Ended up cancelling order because they were just trying to sell us phones there. Now we went to order the devices online again and we can’t even port our number over again and get the online deal we were promised. Thanks don’t go to this store. Ever.
When I went there, there was about 8 other people. We only had to wait about 10-15 minutes before being helped. The employee was very friendly and helpful! She helped us get what was best for us without spending a lot of money. I got a new phone and they helped me set it up. They were willing to help us after the store was supposed to close. I got my new phone and so far, I have no problems!
Confusing terms, We walked away! Also if New customers can get a free phone, why do current long time customers GET NOTHING?

6/18 I ordered a Samsung phone. It was expensive so I decided to ordera LGE 6/30 with plans to switched out the phone. A sales person accidently didnt realized that she had given my sons phone number as my number. Never received any messages. Friends were concerned because they couldnt contact me. I waited weeks for my new phone. It was lost via transit to store A salesperson said my phone was in but when I got to the store it wasnt there. . Travis spent two visits trying to resolve this problem. He spent over 5 hours and he was the one that figured out the switching of numbers. and corrected the error! Liz, the store manager and I spoke numerous times via phone. She was very pleasant to work with. I can say that I got to know Mike, Adela, Travis, and Liz very well. I made numerous trips to the store. (31 miles round trip!) I was well known too Finally received my corrected phone on 7/8. It was very frustrating but they did a terrific job getting this matter resolved.

Att rep set up our netgear cellular hotspot with SIM card very quickly and recommended a few tips about our account to streamline our services. Very efficient and quick.And COVID... ATT really did a nice job making us feel safe. Each table had a shield with sanitizer and everyone wore a mask. There was easily 6 feet between folks. VERY HAPPY with the safety inside the store.

I had an issue with my phone and agent tried to help restart it.. I dropped it a couple days earlier and it wouldn’t restart.. she helped me in choosing a new phone and finally got the old phone to download all info onto the new phone.. she was very knowledgeable of the product she helped me with as well as patient with forgotten passwords.. she worked around all of it and I was out in about 1/2 an hour total.. awesome!!

The NMB,SC ATT &T store has a staff that is WONDERFUL to get assistance for all your cellular needs or questions. Mr Costanzo was ESPECIALLY helpful and VERY patient with me- and I had a particularly difficult problem which he was able to solve! All AT&T stores should have a staff that is this excellent!!

Well me and my aunt went in to see about getting a new phone and we stood around for 15 minutes not even one of three employees acknowledge that we was standing there waiting or didnt even say I be right with you..so we left dont think I wanna phone with them now.. terrible customer service empolyess..
I have never had such a deplorable experience as I had in this store with an employee named Sandy. Sandy didnt seem interested in solving my problem let alone in hearing what it was. She kept looking all over the store instead at me the customer. She even started walking away twice. I know Im not some tech savvy young person, but Im not stupid either. I should get the respect a customer deserves when they enter this establishment with a problem, as I gave her as an employee. She was rude and gave the impression that she couldnt wait till I was gone. I hope the rest of the staff in this store are more respectful. I will try another store in the area, and if no help is there, I will be going to another carrier.I gave this store one star and if I could have given less, I would have done so.

Service was okay but we had James who gave me one of the worst customer experiences in my life. He was so nonchalant about everything and didn’t seem like he really wanted to help. We also switched over and he told us to come get the phones on Friday and lied to us. The other ladies this morning though did a good job
The customer service here has to be the worst I have ever experienced. I have been in here a few times only because it is the only one closest. I have encountered one helpful employee since Reggie left. The new manager waited on me today and I have never felt so rushed in my life. I bought a case and he didnt even offer me a bag or ask if I would like him to put it on my phone.

Poor customer service!! Wanted to buy a phone full retail (have an AT&T account for 12 years) manager said she cannot sell phone outright without Next program it is corporate policy. I call corporate get them on the phone with her and they tell her IT IS NOT corporate policy and she STILL REFUSES to sell me the phone!Maybe T-Mobile will appreciate my business and have better control of the people running the corporate stores!! AT&T all I want to know is who is in control here? This is how you lose business with a blatant disregard for good customer service.

I hate Cell Phone Companies. I walk into the AT&T store therein NMB to file my insurance claim. I am informed that the phone will be mailed and I should receive it within 24 to 48 hours. Me... without a phone for that long cant happen. I cant buy a new phone using my plan because it will cancel my insurance claim. I was not a happy girl. Then my new hero came to my rescue. Crystal Scruggs the AT&T representative working with me gave me an incredibly great deal on a low-end google based android phone. I am a happy girl again due to this great customer service. If you are headed to the local AT&T store please thank her for me and if you are going to get a new phone please buy it from Crystal Scruggs. We need to encourage individuals to treat customers this way. It makes the world a happier place for all. Now, I got to figure out how to work this new phone.

Upon entry, no one greeted us. It was as if they could care less we were there. The manager is rude and impersonal. He interrupted his sales person as she discussed options for our plan. He never even tried to apologize. He seemed to be bothered by our presence.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst customer service experience ever in an AT&T store. The lady who helped us had no idea what she was doing. Took a payment twice and then told us she couldnt void the second one.
