I went into store a couple days ago and I just want to say I had a great experience overall very clean and organized very professional the new manager Robert Rodriguez very active and great skills with his employees helped us port over from Verizon amazing experience recommending this store to everybody i know

I have to say I was very impressed with Robert the manager at the store he help me very very much with everything I needed and did not lie to me like the other store I went to up in Uncasville Robert definitely shows the true leader ship of a great manager if it wasn’t for Robert I would’ve left AT&T and went with a different carrier just because of the experience I had with The Manager that lied to me at the Uncasville store

So Im giving this store a 1 star rating for the following experience:I decided to switch carriers after my previous carriers bill kept increasing. Initially, I wanted to go on my husbands plan. Since he has First Net, it wasnt allowed. No big deal, my employer offers a discount for at&t services.The employee who was in (Joshua L) greeted us, I informed him that I wanted to move from iPhone back to android. He pointed out the S20 FE, and informed me it would be free with my trade in. AWESOME! I didnt think my 6s plus was worth that much, as I ran quotes on the website but I figured he may know more about local promotions.So I signed up for the samsung s20 fe. I am happy with the phone. Im not happy at the fact that I had mentioned to Joshua that my employer offered the discount as he insisted my account needed to be set up first. What I was hoping to be a smooth experience turned into a nightmare. I added my husband as an authorized user, and for whatever reason- couldnt port my phone number over. After being locked out of my previous carriers account, I was not allowed to use the store computer to reset my password. My old phone already had a factory reset.Long story short, Im stuck with a phone number I didnt want, had my old phone number for 14 years that my entire life is tied to, and Ill have to pay a fee to change my phone number in 30 days from when my account was opened. Also, my new phone wasnt free. I learned that after a visit to the Lisbon store.I do not recommend this location!01/05/2021 EDIT: So I took AT&T up on their offer to send an email and I received a call from the District Manager for the Northeast within 2 hours of sending the email. He invited me back to the store and I was taken care of!! He changed my number back free of charge, made sure my employer was on my account, and I had to go in store (security purposes) to add my husband as an authorized party. My main concerns were handled in a professional way. I was even more impressed when after my visit the district manager called me to make sure my visit was satisfactory. Although my initial experience was poor, Im very satisfied with how the leadership took control and rectified my concerns. I am a very happy customer now!

New review… because 6 weeks later a $170 additional charge showed up on my bill. I was led to believe that my bill would increase just $20 Per month… I was never informed that there would be $170 in hidden fees! Completely disgusted! During this pandemic, its very hard for all of us to make ends meet, this $170 extra fee was Extremely painful to my monthly budget! I am going to Walmart to inquire about the $40 a month card with unlimited everything, And it will be saying good bye to AT&T. Seeing as how both of my phones are paid for, I will save $70 per month. Thanks for nothing AT&T.The manager was very helpful. I had purchased a brand new phone this day, and upgraded my plan.

Employees were friendly and gladly to answer any questions. The store was well cleaned. Called store in Groton and was just rude, called here and was instantly greeted with eager to help. Friendliness goes a long way and they excited it.

Went there at 10:04 locked up. lights on TV on. Two guys sitting in a car watching TV in it. I tried calling many times. As I was leaving they set out and unlock the door. I said whats going on? Their response was we are just the i.t guys waiting for them to open up. RIGHT

Excellent customer service even though I am not a AT&T customer I am a long time in longstanding T-Mobile customer I was treated with really good customer service and honorable treatment even offered me a 15% discount for waiting.

Bought a brand new Samsung S10 on a Friday noticed a bubble and tear on the phones screen protector on Saturday called Monday to let them know I wasnt happy and wanted a replacement that wasnt defective and was told I could not get a replacement nor a fix for this problem. I would have to deal with Samsung or come in and cancel my plan and be charged a 45 dollar restocking fee. Talk about good customer service. Less than 24 hrs and and basically was told politely to piss off! Really nice #Norwichat&gotyourmoneywedontcare!

Representative David Quinones from Norwich, CT office was very helpful, knowledgeable. Our company Werth, Inc needed and upgrade and a new line. David came to our office with the new phones and processing went smoothly. He answered all our questions and was very patient in helping us with our new phones and very curtious. Explained our options and was not a pushy salesman. Said if we had any problems or questions we could contact him directly. He gave us his contact information.

I have been waiting here for hours to get a simple thing taken care of. They take their sweet time. They dont even ask the customers to be patient while they take another customer. They disreguard the customers in queue. Horrible service. I had a choice i wouldnt even give a star. If you need to go to a att store go somewhere else to get something quick taken of.

Where do I begin? First I would like to address Elizabeth Moore. Elizabeth you are entitled to your own opinion as my sister and I are entitled to our opinion. If you read the review she clearly wrote, there was not a name mentioned called Erica. Lets actually read because the only names that were mentioned were Patric Saad and Christina Cherng.Furthermore, I would like to say that anyone in Norwich who has AT&T, please go to the one in Uncasville passed Mohegan Sun. Im going to keep this short and sweet. The customer service provided in this store was appalling that I decided to take it upon myself and went on consumercomplaints.fcc.gov to write a complaint. We got in touch with this woman named Rose M Gonzalez who has above status than Patric Saad and Christina Cherng. Eventually, we got store credit around $400 due to the false information and overcharging that Patric Saad provided to my sister and how Christina continued to bill us the iPad early termination leave contract that we did not know, but Rose picked up on it. Therefore, anyone who wants to get mistreated and given false information to, go ahead and go to the AT&T store in Norwich. Like the employees at Uncasville said, they do not know what they are doing and its not the first. Overall, we got out money back even though it was in store credit.P.S. We have proof of pictures, let us know and we shall deliver.
