If your phone breaks bring it here first before you run out to buy a new one!. They ran a diagnostic test on my device for a small fee. I ended up getting the battery replaced and a new charging port, after that my old phone was good as new. Same day service in a few hours time. Very happy with their service.

I am posting this on my broken phone. After paying $100 to have the screen replaced a month ago, the screen just started having distortions in it with no damage to the screen, it only began this morning when I powered the phone on.I was told its probably internal damage and that its not their problem. You know, the people who were just inside my phone replacing the screen that they purchased. Save your money and simply replace your phone or youre going to end up paying for it twice.

I had an issue with my Iphone 7 battery and within the hour they were able to replace it. They made sure that the issue was with the battery and if there were any other issues. They made sure I understood their plan and was content with it. Upon receiving the phone they made sure I was happy with the repair and that the phone was working to my satisfaction. Excellent people to work with and very reasonable rates. If I have any other issues Ill call them first!

Absolutely the BEST customer service I have ever experienced! My six year old iPhone 6s needed service. The original battery was at 75% and would only hold a full charge for a couple hours. They tested all of the functions of the phone, cleaned it, and replaced the battery. My iPhone is like brand new and will hold a charge all day. I cracked my iPhone 7 yesterday. Brought my phone in, got my screen fixed in less than half an hour and even got a screen and hard case for my phone for WAYYYYY less than what I would have payed at the mall or for a new phone at the store. They are awesome, nice and good pricing. Recommend 10/10.

I dropped my 5th Gen iPad and was scared I would have to buy a new one! They fixed an iPad that could not be fixed elsewhere. If your iPad is unresponsive (black screen) and reset (home and pwr button) doesnt wake it, take it to them! Saved all the data on it. So thankful!

The best service I ever had.

I needed my iPhone XR screen to be replaced due to a fumble on my part. I normally do these things myself but didn’t really feel like doing the micro-surgery and I believe they did a better job than I could with all of their experience. They were able to replace it the same day, actually in less than an hour. My iPhone is like new again. They did an excellent job and I’m glad I went here to get it done! I would highly recommend these guys!

My iPhone screen was shattered really bad & had minor water damage. soon as I walked in I was greeted nicely! (Name was Andy ) Before he even took on saying he will fix my screen he went threw my phone with me as in making sure everything worked to both of our knowledge! As in if there was a speaker that was low we both were aware & so on and so. Long story short he fixed my screen perfectly within 30mins dried my speaker out for me. Great experience & everything is fixed perfectly & a great price!! I recommend going here!

Just want to say this is the #1 place of u need a phone fixed! This is my 3 rd time here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had a issue with my screen and got a replacement iPhone, asurion and apple said they couldn’t fix my screen because the back was also cracked and I have insurance through Verizon. Most of my pictures were not backed up and I thought I was gonna lose them. Luckily Andy took care of me and replaced the screen and backed all my photos and apps to the new phone. Keep in mind I got there around 5 and they close at 6, he stayed to finish until about 9 pm! I will recommend them to anybody also the prices are unbeatable. If your looking for honest and straight forward people this is it!

My iPhone 7 needed the screen replaced, it was bent (so I needed a new frame),and screws in the inside of my phone had all popped out and were rattling around on the inside. I told the gentleman in there about my issues. In about 45 minutes he had all of that finished and my phone has never worked better. It was really cheap and I am super satisfied with my experience there. I definitely will be recommending this store to others I know. I definitely will come back to this store if I have anymore phone issue!
