2nd experience, both Awful... Tried to give sales person benefit of the doubt, was new the first time and the manager corrected all her errors. Turns out, shes the same. Dishonest and no integrity, gives misinformation just to make the sale. Do yourself a favor, Call the billing department at Verizon Corporate when you are in the store to make sure all the deals you are being sold are actually valid. DO NOT RECOMMEND this store

The customer service is awesome. I doubt the manager whom I dealt with cares about customers. Very nice customer service voice, but not willing to help the customer out. I had to leave the store and call Verizon so they could send me to a Verizon down the street that helped me instantly.( The other 2 people in there were amazing though.)

I went to Verizon on West Main Street and was greeted by Stephanie. I am so glad I got her. She was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. She knew every aspect of my phone. I had the best experience that I have ever had buying a cell phone. I had gone to two other Verizon stores in the area to see if they had any special offers going on because I was ready for an upgrade and they said no Black Friday was the only one. I happened to go into this particular Verizon store to see if I could get a car charger and an associate named Stephanie greeted me as I walked in the door. One thing lead to another and I walked out with the phone I wanted along with all the accessories I needed for an awesome price. I even saved money on my bill. Stephanie is awesome. She gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and get my new phone ready to use. I would highly recommend this Verizon Wireless retail store to anyone. All the associates were friendly and ready to assist their customers.

The staff is excellent. Ive been with Verizon for a long time. The companys treatment is poor. The staff does provide great service within the parameters they have to work with. After some hassle with Verizon office personal and a threat of an 18 year customer leaving my situation was handled satisfactory. Once again the local store has the most helpful staff possible dont hesitate to stop by.
