Asked if my phone was 5g compatible. Was told yes. Bought said phone. NO 5G! Called store where I bought it and was told sorry no exchanges or refunds. So zero stars if I could. Do better Metro!

Went in to help my roommate choose which phone to upgrade to and the employees were friendly and had the phone all set up and us out the door within twenty minutes. Theyve got a good selection of phones and cases, along with a few options for smart devices

I bought a device went to have number changed over in store i was told it was not compatiable even though customer service moved my number over no problem. Used the device from feb to june my bill was paid june 4th on the 14th i woke up to my number being cancelled and spent 5 hr on thw phone with customer service. Was told to go in store bc they couldnt help me (mind you this was speaking to a manager on the customer service line). On store i was told to call customer service. So I am still waiting to figure out the issues and how my phone is no longer compatible and why and how was my number cancelled with out my knowledge. Also my phone is compatible with tmobil but not metro with tmobil...I am now back to using my old broken device...when i have a brand new one that no one will help me with

I had such a great experience with this branch and particularly with Rajan, the employee who helped my mother and sister with their transfer from Verizon to Metro. Rajan moved everything from their old phones to their new ones. When my boyfriend and I upgraded our phones at a different location just 1 week ago, the only thing transferred over was our contacts. Thankfully, I had my old phone with me and Rajan offered to move everything remaining to the new one. He also alerted me to the SD card I had left on my old phone and installed it to my new one- I had completely forgotten about it and would have lost it along with all the data saved to it when I tossed the old phone! Big thank you to Rajan who was very personable, cheerful and patient and made the process so pleasant for me and my family!!

Try have good cell service and good plans, but their people suck. They trick you and lie to you. Go anywhere else.

Signed up for new service with four lines. Keven was always professional and got me what I wanted and returned calls on phone availability. No upselling, misidrection, or throwing phones or accessories in my face. Got my plan activated, working and tested out the door in 40mins for 4 lines.

This was the worst place ever. Scammed my husband and i telling us we got store credit for $60 and the scammer Danielle she is white young loser that has a child so she steals from hard working people like us . Do not go to the Norwich loc on Main st!!!! Go see Joey at crystal mall !!!!! My husband called twice to have her give us a breakdown bc we never got a reciept and she basically said we were to stupid ro understand. So my gusband went back to the store to see what happened and she pretty much said yeah well you cant return anything nor get your money back!!! I know i can live with a clear conscious too bad everyone isnt honest!
