My phone service carrier always friendly service, always helpful.

I am extremely happy with the service I received on March 15, 2021. I called the store in the morning and they were happy to check if they had the particular phone I was looking for. They did indeed have the model I was looking for and were happy to hold the phone for me until I could get down to the store that evening. When arriving to the location the store was empty and I was greeted immediately by a gentleman by the name of Quincey. Quincey retrieved the phone that was waiting for me and about 6 other people walked in behind us. I assured Quincey that we were in no rush and to take care of the other people in the store. The other patrons were less than patient in general. I watched Quincey help each of them with professionalism and general respect when some were less than kind to him. When he had gotten all the rest of the patrons taken care of it was our turn. He was so helpful and walked us through the upgrade process. He was never a pushy sales person when we said that we didnt want a case. It took longer than expected to get my phone to update but he laughed and joked with us and the conversation was enjoyable. I left feeling valued as a long term customer. I would give Quincey 10 stars if that were an option on here. This was such a refreshing change after the horrible experience I had at the Brooklyn location.

I switched from METROPCS about 5yrs ago. Due to poor customer service and they just didnt satisfy my needs in service. Since being with CRICKET I feel appreciated as a customer, they feel like a friend each time I have needed assistance and I now after all these years feel like I am with a great company that I tell everyone I know looking for phone service about. I bought a phone case and the holding ring broke off when I got in my car. I went back in the store and they wouldnt give me a refund or exchange. Instead, they sold me a pop out holder for $15. Terrible and irresponsible.

Horrible!! I Believe is the Manager Megan, Doesnt know what shes talking about visited store in July To every Question the Answer is I Think very confusing on top of that she Looks Like A Gerbil She needa go Work at Pet-Co.

I went into the Norwich Cricket retailer today [ 31/Oct/2020 ], to unlock a phone. Christen is the representative I spoke to. He was very helpful, courteous and went out of his way to solve the problem.

Not worth it and the customer service even worst . Think before you go with this companys.

Had to wait for a half hour because there is only one check out register and it was not working properly, then I was told that the phone I was looking at would work with my system. After purchasing the phone I tried to get it to work with my system but it did not, so I returned it 15 minutes after I bought it, they refunded me the money for the phone but would not refund for the case or screen protector that Im sure was put back on the shelf. I will not use this store again and suggest no-one else does either

Extremely disappointed in the Norwich location. I spent 15 minutes waiting for anyone to assist me only to be told their system was down. Why they couldnt tell me in the time I waited in line is beyond me. Then I called 2 hours later to ask if their system was back online (I just wanted to pay my bill) and she hung up on me. Get it together cricket
