Great for easily getting rid of the pile of games, comics, Legos, consoles, and other electronics cluttering your moms old house. Made the process much faster and more financially bearable.

Staff was very knowledgeable about video games(and cars for some reason).Games were priced about average, but they have cool posters, figures, and board games to spare.

One of the few remaining game places that will buy and sell all types of systems and games. They diversified since I was last in to wider selection of geek entertainment like gachapon, Nerf toys, action figures, various electronics, movies, and comics.

I have been going there for years and have always had a positive experience.

These guys know their products in my opinion as a veteran gamer, i have never purchased a refurbished console prior to dealing with them and as of now, Ive bought two. I traded the first one back in and the manager gave me almost $100 toward another console which was a Limited Edition, they even saved a matching controller for me upon my next visit and offered me some redeemable codes for free games...Freakin awesome service thus far, trade ins at this place are by far better in comparison to GameStop 4 Real, and the dude KEITH who runs the locale in Norwich is very accommodating...Keep Up The Good Work😁

Used to be a fun game store with like minded employees, Now glorified pawn shop when u walk in...Was a continuous customer and always spoke highly. Today customer service was horrible. Talked down to and heavy set older gentleman was rude beyond belief. His attitude is deplorable. I will NEVER shop here or recommend this place to another person.

Love going here to buy and sell any older game and new games and the staff are very helpful! Except for the last few times speaking to one of the guys there. The employee has been very rude certain times and tries to rush you. Any otherwise, a great store!

Such good deals, workers are nice and will support any form of the hobby you have. The really cheap games are thrown in bins together. So take a good hour or so if you really wanna browse the whole store and pick out some goodies. The deals on the consoles are hard to pass up. Very reasonable.

I love the prices! They have almost every movie you can think of there. Ive yet to buy a DVD that didnt play well either.

I rarely give a five star but I love this place. Great for used games and tech. All pops are 7.99 even if they have exclusives. And the staff is always alot of fun. Reminds me of walking into an EB Exchange way back when. Also has retro games and dvds

They have a lot of older games which is great, and also just found out they carry gundams. Wide selection for being relatively small, has DVDs and Blu Rays etc nice used gaming store.

Today was my first time at Games Exchange and it was a great experience. Taylor was super helpful and nice. They price-matched an online GameStop ad and got us a great deal on the DVDs and games we brought in to trade. Ill definitely be doing business there again.

The best game store in the area. Short on switch games but thats to be expected. Employees seem rough around the edges but they arent, theyre kidding around, lean into it and they are awesome. Give it a chance. Awesome place all around.

Changed policies so you can only trade in TEN dvds a day... Literally not even worth the gas. The guy wouldnt even let me do 10 and my friend do their own 10. Said it was by group. Never going here again. Horrible customer service and nothing anywhere tells you about their policy change until youre there talking to them. Awful awful awful. Also tried to pay me less for my PS4 than their own sign in their store stated. Had to point it out to get my full trades worth! Seriously - dont go here.

I would rate this 3 stars, because the place was kinda gross. But lately people have been cleaning up and taking care of the place. Games are inexpemsive (save for the Nintendo ones) and the workers treat me like a friend. This place is much better than GameStop and I highly recommend coming here. Plus they now have plushies and japanese drinks and snacks. Whats not to love about this place!?

Accidentally gave me the wrong wire, but were really cool about it and switched it with no fuss. They also had _Battle Tanx_ (n64), bought it immediately.

Cool mom and pop shop where you can buy games controllers and systems. They have better prices than game stop for sure.

This place sucks. Nothing ever updated and older games are not inspected prior to them buying. Games are not accepted in good condition, and its a crapshoot if your games will work once you get them home.

This place is good, if you want games from the 90s and early 2000s, for a used iPod(6th gen) with no accessories would set you back about 160, at the time of this post, Walmart and Target is selling the same, new for 175

Great customer service! I came to get an Xbox 360 guitar hero guitar and a guitar hero game for my Dad. I also came to get LOTR BFME. The employ named Alex there looked thoroughly through the guitars for me. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. He then helped me look up the LOTR game I was looking for and instructed me where to find it. Good prices and good service would return again!

Its a great place, they usually have what Im looking for, the people are easy going and helpful, and the prices are definitely better than GameStop. Since Ive started buying my games from here I couldnt see myself shopping for them at the mall, WalMart, or BestBuy. They even have classics in stock. Literally whoever gives this place a bad review is an idiot.

Definitely the go to place to find older video games that GameStop doesnt handle any longer, and typically prices here are competitive to those at GameStop as well. If you have older games and consoles to hand in, Id recommend you head here BEFORE GameStop, typically these guys will offer you a much better deal. But please, beware - check the value of selling your items online on sites like eBay before handing them in here. GameXChange is still a retail store that needs to make a profit on what you hand in - so they will still likely pay you less than eBay could offer you. Shop smart!

They dont have the greatest selection of games, but they do get some good ones in. I generally stop by when Im waiting for food at LIttle Ceasars. I dont think Ive left here empty handed yet. Always a new game to find. :)
