This a great store. If they dont have what you want in the store they will do their best to find it. Great bunch of people, fun, and courteous.

Terrible experience with them NEVER rent furniture from them. They will HARASS you everyday over the smallest payment even though you tell them you want month to month payments! I will never ever do business with them again nor will I recommend. I will gladly stay with Aarons furniture.

They are charging you $2180 for a ps4 that can be purchased used for $100.But they are in business in case your extremely desperate and need to to rent an item for a week.The customer service is good and friendly but they will deni you any deals or delivery!!

Worst rent a center I have ever been to. The guys that work there other than the manager whom is never there very unprofessional crew. We finally paid off our sofa which is great but will never use them ever again, if something breaks they dont help you at all, there rude on the phone. The day your rental payment is due they will call you every min. From when they open till you come in and pay, I actually blocked them finally because they were just annoying. DONT RENT FROM THEM, most of there stuff has bugs but they wont tell you that....

Im not one to complain but somethi g has to give . I brought a new tv from this place they sent a used which was back in may butt took until today to get a new one . The manager is garbage did nuttin to show me he appreciated my business or cared to keep it . I understand things happen but you got to help your customers but if you do have to go their ask for junior best thing that place has to offer . If you can go to a different location

DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS YOU PLAN TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!My hubby and i grew up in Norwich CT, so we know this is not the place to deal with. Aarons is the place to go and they are also on the West side, (Right near family Dollar).Rent-A-Center will give you different prices & it goes up. They act like as if they dont work together & are very unprofessional. They are stupid or play stupid. lol And especially when you correct them (Which customers have a right to do), they are very rude or act clueless asf!!!! SMFDHTOTALLY ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO GO IN NORWICH CT!!!!!

Worst experience ever. The couch I rented smelled like burnt hair and had an infestation of roaches. I didnt know it until it was brought to new apartment. I complained to the rent a center sales associate and he did nothing the first time, asked the sales person to help, he said he would tell his manager, I never received a call back or anything. A few weeks later I called and spoke to the manager he stated that he would have a different set delivered to my house in two weeks, I have now paid off everything I purchased and Im still unable to even sit on the couch or even walk in my living room with out smelling the foul stench that the couch emits.I am still getting calls from the brain dead sales person telling me I can get items at good rates, after I have told the sales person I will never go to them again because I ended up paying full price for the most disgusting putrid furniture in existence. I could have picked up a better living room set at the local dump.Heed my warning ⚠️ Norwich rent a center is a bunch of lying, high pressure sales tactic people who speak big and do little to uphold their side of a sale.You would be wiser to check out Craigslist or facebook then using such quacks like these guys.

Horrible the guy was rude couldnt handle me asking questions caught an attitude and told me he was done then they took my money to tell me oh it was put on a different account and we will call back and never called me back! I wish I could give negative stars on this

Convienent if you need furniture in a hurry......will work with you on payments if you get into a little money trouble.
