I went here on 10/16/2021 looking for a transmission for my 1995 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD and was sold one by this company. They told me that it was a complete transmission, sitting on their shelf since 2014 and I trusted them in that knowledge since I dont have a lot of knowledge of cars. I walked out excited to get my car working again.When I got home, my mechanic and I took a look over the part and he said it was weird that it was rattling. He opened it up and it was missing half the parts inside, metal shavings were rolling around in the pan, the valve body is missing, the electronics looked like theyd been picked out, the screen that goes on top was missing, etc. They had sold me an incomplete transmission. I thought maybe it was a mistake and brought it back a week later to return it since it was useless to me and I had a guarantee on it.The two men I talked to refused to give me my money back, accused me of stealing the parts I needed and trying to return it. I was upset and hurt by the accusation and had trusted these people to do the right thing by me. I paid $600 for what I was told was a complete transmission and had been ripped off.Now I have a car that wont drive and a transmission that wont work even if I had it put in. Would not recommend or buy salvage parts from ever again.

This shop sells you incomplete parts, then when you find out its missing half its internals when you get home. Deny their own return policy to steal as much money as they can.

Used their eBay store front to buy used HVAC control. Item listed for free shipping. Two weeks later after I’ve sent two emails inquiring about where the item is with no response, I finally look up their phone number and call them in Florida. Man on the other end of the phone extremely rude, tells me they don’t ship to Alaska, even though free shipping without exception is listed on the auction.I asked them to refund my money based on their claim they don’t ship to Alaska. They cancel my order with EBay by using “customer request cancellation“ which is not factual….I asked for a refund because they refused to ship the item free as they advertised. Very deceptive I see the pattern on other reviews.My recommendation would be a buyer beware scenario when dealing with these people.

Terrible customer service. Will yell at employees in front of you. Awful telephone courtesy. Offers a 30 day warranty, but will blame the customer if an engine needs to be returned. Was sold a motor with a rod knock and upon returning it was told that we must have been “doing something crazy in it” and that the owner “knew he should not have sold it to us”. He searched for a heat stamp for about 25 minutes in an attempt to void the return of our $400. After not finding it on the motor, searched for photos and could not find any. After showing him our photos of the motors sale ad, he realized they had never even put one on and we were finally refunded our money. PSA: after installation the motor was not even driven 50 miles. my husband is a dealership technician and installs motors for a living.Drove four hours round trip to pick up the motor and spent the same amount of time to return it.Save your time and money. Avoid this place and you’ll avoid buying crappy parts from a terrible “business owner”

I called about a starter for my truck I was assured they had the right one I drove 40 minutes to pick up the starter when I got there it was the wrong starter completely. All they had to say was Im sorry it is the wrong starter

Had my ford in for a 100,000 mile tune up. They did a great job, the car runs smoothly and has great pick up. These guys have the best service around and their prices for the work being are good.

Offered to sell me a vehicle for 1000 dollars but said give him a week to find the title and not to pay until then . waited a week to call then was told his mechanic had offered him 1500 for this same vehicle and he would sell it to the highest offer. Vehicle wasnt even marked for sale until I asked about it and had I known they would conduct business this way I would have paid for it the first day. Be careful about dealing with these people!!!!!!

The reason for the 2 rating because Ive only been there once they parked their supposed to have for me was not the part I needed someone had put the wrong tag on it anybody can make a mistakejust a lot of gas to come from one side of town to the other side just to leave

Definitely wont be going back as a customer that normally shops there for everything as Im a mechanic for a living 13 plus years, I bought a part and found it didnt work went to get my money back and they charged me a restocking fee for a bad part, I told the employee why are you putting a bad part back out and charging me, I told them they could check it out at the part store or do they have a spot to check if parts work etc, Im a father of 5 with an autisc son every penny counts as my wife is disabled,

I wouldnt do business with these guys they are crooks. I had a 2006 Volkswagen passat and it had all kinds of issues. ( bad front bushings on boh sides, dry rotted tires, when you refuel it does not restart right away, some kind of oil leak somewhere, and the 12v and cig ports are dead.) They were informed of all issues and never repaired them. Now they want to repo cause they say I owe 2 payments when I have been paying them. This wasnt even the car I had originally wanted from them. The car I was supposed to be in was a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta that two girls ended up dying in a wreck on 75, that car also had issues that were supposed to be Repaired i dont know if they ever fixed it before reselling. Beware of these guys Im sure they will have this passat back up for resale after they take it back from me.

Called to ask if they wanted to purchase a scrap car. The guy was very brusque, bordering on rude. I understand that they werent interested, which is just fine. No need to be rude if Im just asking, though.

Called ahead for an used part for my car. Older Guy says he has definetely FEW of them ready on the shelf, told him cool im omw. I get there soon after and took him 20 min to tell me there is none in the shelf and the only one they got still on a car and has to be taken off... Hmmm how convenient. Then another guy tells me if I gotta leave a deposit and come back tomorrow because hes not sure if it has time to do it today. So not only he made drive over there to tell me he aint got it ready but also tries to trick me into paying him ahead. Aint falling for your games dude i never heard an apology even for wasting my time in the first place, that just proves hes not a guy that I can trust with my money.

Called to sell my truck and the guy answering the phones lowballed me and was very rude when i asked for the same rate every other auto salvage in town is offering. Very bad customer service and lack of communication skills.

Very Friendly. Needed a rim for car && had to travel quite a ways on a spare tire but they took care of us.

Windsor sold me a starter that was bad, then had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee...I guess that means that they will try to sell it to someone else...not only did I lose out on the whole amount being refunded but I also lost out on the gas it took to bring that bad starter back...that is really bad business, in my opinion!!!!!

They lied about fixing a part on my car, they never did fix it and I paid for it, also I had 15 dollars stolen outta my car from here .
