Another 5 star review for Kathy and the team! Great experience overall! I had to leave my truck over the weekend (my fault) and they were happy to allow me to pick it up the following Monday. From purchasing the vehicle 3 years ago to getting maintenance performed everything Ive done through Bob Baker has been awesome.

The service was excellent. Kathy at the front desk was awesome, she answered every question I had and was very informative and welcoming. Best service I ever had anywhere hands down.

Jimmy at the Service shop was really great to work with. We were having transmission problems while on vacation and he took a good look and shot us straight answers which I really appreciate.

Kind of far from the dealership but Kathy makes the drive worth it. Shes very helpful and knowledgeable. Shes a welcome change from past experiences.

More expensive than other service providers for the same work. After keeping my truck for a week to fix a leaking oil seal and paying out of pocket for a rental, it took months to be PARTIALLY REIMBURSED. After numerous emails and phone calls with the run around, I was told to call Chrysler.... End state, customer service is lacking and poor attention to detail.

Pretty good facility to get pil changed or vehicle serviced.
