The man was simply the best rep I’ve ever come in contact with. Being that we are a Verizon family, both parents and grandma are all retired Verizon workers here in the NYC area and we’re all in agreement that Mike should be somewhere higher up in your company. 10 out of 10. Al was very helpful in setting up our four lines. He assisted us in phone selection, cases and screen protectors. He then transferred all our data from the old phones to the new ones perfectly. All was professional and timely with our activation. Visit went perfectly.

Easy to drop off cable box no longer needed. Just remember to unplug power chord from cable box as they dont want it. Also you can keep the remote. It was fast and easy drop off.

Went in for 21s ultra case & tempered glass. They didnt have & he gave me suggestions where to try. He just got the same phone & was showing me different things how to use. Very courteous & helpful.

Dan was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He ordered our phones (both my husband and myself wanted phones that weren’t in stock due to popularity) and he called me as soon as they arrived at the store so we could pick them up. He went through step by step to get our phones set up accurately, handled taking back our old phones to trade in, discussed our new monthly bill and made sure we were all good before we left the store. This is our second time working with Dan at Verizon and would return to work with him every time!

Been getting my phones from ZOOM forever…always a great experience

I’ve been here a couple of times to either pickup or return equipment. The workers always seem to be too busy and never greet you upon entering the store. I understand when they’re with other customers but at least say, hello someone will be with you in a minute. When they finally do work with you, they are attentive and friendly.

We went to pick up our phones this afternoon and again were taken care of by Brandon who sold us the phones a few weeks ago.I have to say that he was amazing in every step of the entire activation and porting issue. He made sure that we left the store totally content. I saw two other reps there and it seems that they all, went a step above and beyond.It is a pleasure to deal with customer conscious people like this even when the store was busy.
