S/o to Natalie who helped us switch from Sprint to Boost. We were having a hard time switching over with customer service but she stepped right up & helped us switch over with no problems. She was so helpful & didn’t trip that we were walking in 15mins before closing. She was glad to help out even though I’m sure she was ready to go home after a long day. I’m so appreciative of her because we’ve been going back & forth with customer service for two days now. I’ve been with boost for years now & switching my parents phone plan over was easy thanks to Natalie. I’ve dealt with some rude employees before at different locations but I’m glad to say that this experience especially dealing with customer service was the easiest. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Natalie! S/o to you girl! We appreciate you!!!

Staff was uneducated on their phones in stock. The employee had no clue what I was talking about when I asked for a moto G Power.

Went to this store to switch and guy told me I had to pay first month and last payment never 😠 heard that before and I have had boost Mobile before ....I ask when did Boost Mobile start doing this he replied about 3 months ...so went home and call Boost Mobile and call a couple of other stores around was told they never have done ....this man getting over on customers... NOT RIGHT AT ALL😠😡😠😡

Wow !! Excellent service and very knowledgeable assistance !Thought I just needed to get my old phone activated and be on my way, but phone professional Nataly quickly made a few adjustments, and my phone is running like new again. Very happy !!! Also learned to not load up my phone with cleaning apps. . I will reccomend this Boost store to my friends !!

I love boost Mobile. I mean come on. You get what you pay for. But All I do is Buy the phone in full ( IPhone ) and you get the $35 deal plan. ( If you have wifi at home ) And then boom. Saving mo money.
