Costco was great. We bought a new set of hearings from Cathy Gibson at Costco. She was fabulous. Took her time to make everything was perfect. We also dealt with Bianca and Meta during the pre-purchase diagnosis. Thanks to all of you!

It was great! They are social distancing, and everything was extra clean and sanitized. Mr. Havey, who has helped me from the beginning is patient, kind and very knowledgeable about the. different hearing aids. I highly recommend him, and the Kirkland aids. The new so is going to be so helpful as now you will be able to have them adjusted from home via a teleconference 😉

I recommend Costco hearing aid department to everyone that mentions they need hearing aids. We have worked with Ryan at Costco in Riverdale and I cannot say enough good about him. He is so helpful and accommodating in working with my dad who is paralyzed and in a wheelchair. He takes the extra time needed and goes above and beyond to help us. All of the staff are so helpful every time that we come in.

Great response from Costco. Excellent products and service. They do carry the latest technology in all brands of hearing aids. Wonderful service, I can go to any Costco nationwide, without any insurance copay. I bought my first pair over 7 years ago. Their 180 day return policy still remains the same as when I first purchased my hearing aids. Thanks Costco for letting me save my money and continue to get quality service and products.
