These guys are amazing! They’re so friendly and helpful. I was feeling really nervous going in to get my hearing tested and they made me feel so so comfortable. And They made sure I felt better about needing hearing aids, i was a little hard on myself knowing I was as young as I am. The hearing center is very personal, extremely knowledgeable and will work with you to get your hearing as good as possible, they are fast and professional to get you on your way, they can repair most hearing aids in the center, the prices are outstanding and the quality is number one. These guys are great. I am a musician and needed custom fit in ears and Jesse was great to work with. After picking up my in ears I fed them thru my mp3 player and started to yell as loud as possible in my car. I could not hear myself. Maybe others did. Anyhow the sound isolation is exactly what I wanted. The fit was perfect and comfortable

This is the ONLY factory authorized repair center in Utah. He can repair and reprogram most hearing aids right in his shop. He is extremely knowledgeable about all models of hearing aids. He can custom build you hearing aids right in the store. His primary focus is to help you obtain the best hearing system for your situation. He can tell you which system your insurance will cover and how much it will cost. I never felt like just a customer. I feel like I have a trusted friend who has my best interest at heart.

Jesse customized my Bluetooth headphones so they fit perfectly in my ears. Headphones have always been uncomfortable for me and would often leave sore spots. I can wear these for several hours at a time without any irritation or discomfort.

Ive always been deaf in my left ear and have had difficulty hearing in my right ear in recent years, so I began wearing a hearing aid in my good ear. I went to see Jesse Western and he now has me wearing a bi-cross meaning I wear a hearing aid in my deaf ear and it is wirelessly connected to the hearing aid in my right ear, so now anyone can acctually whisper in my deaf ear and I can hear it in my good ear! No more lip reading and asking ppl to repeat themselves when they are speaking to me on my wrong side! Jesse is absolutely awesome!!! I cant thank you enough for your expertise and professionalism!
