Dr Braunberger is amazing. I was having problems connecting my hearing aids to my phone and he spent 1.5 hrs with me trying to get it figured out. He called customer support while I was there, to have them help, Meanwhile his patients were backing up but he didnt mind at all! He said I was his first priority and he wanted to make sure I was taken care of before I left his office. He is very attentive and shows true concern for his patients. So far every visit Ive had with him has been absolutely amazing.

I have been my hearing care from EarTech for about 10 years. When I first went, the offices were on Harrison Blvd near the Weber State campus. I have always been treated with respect and have received excellent care. I am on my second set of hearing aids. Good hearing aids are not cheap, especially if they can be adjusted for the patients special hearing needs. However, the warranty on my Oticon units has been great and I had one unit replaced free at about the end of the second year of ownership. When I was on an LDS mission with my wife on the Navajo reservation, they repaired my hearing aid and returned it in record time. I am a customer for life.

Dr. Terry Clawson and Dr. Kerry Braunberger have been taking care of me for 30 years. I used to refuse to wear hearing aids in my early years. Let’s face it, those of you who are hard of hearing understand how difficult it is to adjust to a life where digital sound is amplified. I encourage anyone to trust in the process with two specialists who take pride in increasing the quality of your life. They certainly have changed mine.
