My Hearing Center in North Ogden is awesome to work with. They happily explained the different kinds of hearing aids, found what fitmy budget and/or what my insurance would cover. They patiently showed me how to insert the hearing aids and had me practice til I felt comfortable putting them in. They were professional yet personable. Im confident my ability to continue hearing the best I can is their goal also. Thanks for being such a caring company! Doug and Lisa are both great to work with.

My hearing was tested and found enough decline in one ear, so a great Hearing Aid was ordered. I came nack to get it and was taught how to put it on and take it off and how it charged and the cleasning process. Doug Christensen was very kind and competant.

Approximately two years before using the services of My Hearing Centers, I purchased a set of hearing aids. The hearing aids were fitted and I was sent on my way. I teach school and one day a female student was speaking to me and I couldnt hear her. I felt like the hearing aids were plugging my ears. I removed the hearing aids, put them in a drawer, and I thought well, hearing aids simply dont work for me. I kept seeing hearing aid advertisement, but ignored them. Finally, I decided to visit My Hearing Center in Ogden and met Doug Christensen. I was there with my wife and was given a hearing test Ive never had before. He tested me with word sounds. I failed miserably. Doug shared different types of hearing aids I could afford and helped me select a set that would improve my hearing. He didnt just send me on my way, but every week, I would return to his office for adjustments and to ask questions. After fine tuning, I would return every month for a cleaning etc. My next visit will be for a new hearing test. My new hearing aids have really improved my hearing and I wear them everyday. I have been very impressed with the exceptional service Ive received as a client of My Hearing Centers.

My experience with My Hearing Centers in Ogden, Ut was excellent. I attended one of their seminars and made my appointment the next day. In addition to learning about my hearing loss I also got a free meal out of it, you cant beat that. They treated me like a patient should be treated and helped me find the hearing aids that would help me and my wallet most. I appreciate everything they did for me and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I found out I needed hearing aids 12 years ago when I was 26 years old. For the first few years I denied I needed them because I thought I was too young. When I started trying out hearing aids 7 years ago I hated them. They made everything to loud and annoying. Things were louder but I still couldnt make out what people were saying. I tried about 10 different types of hearing aids from 6 different hearing aid stores. I had given up and just decided hearing aids were not for me. When my wife passed away I didnt have a choice. I had to get hearing aids so I could hear my children more clearly because my wife wasnt around to tell me what they were trying to say. My Hearing Centers was referred to me by a friend so I decided to give them a try. I have to say my experience was completely different than any other I had before. I explained my complaints with other hearing aids and why I would get just get frustrated and take them out. Doug started with lower settings and then worked my volume levels up gradually so it wasnt such a shock to my senses. Even though I loved the first pair I tried he had me try a few different types of hearing aids to make sure I was getting the best pair for me. Finally having hearing aids I can enjoy that really work right for me has made all the difference in the world for my and my young family. I have 8 kids ages 1 to 17 and as a single father there is no way I could do it without being able to hear my kids. I was so blessed to find Mr. Christensen and My Hearing Centers they took care of my hearing needs like I never expected.

Lisa and Doug have exceptional people skills. I havent been in in about 9 months. Doug remembered every little idiocincrasy i have. Including a longer tube on my aid with a lock preventing it from coming out.I would recommend my hearing center to everyone

Very friendly and will listen

I went to see Doug Christensen at My Hearing Centers because I began to notice somewhat diminished hearing. I felt as though I wasnt hearing clearly what people were saying to me, and I had been asking people to repeat themselves more often. The first thing Doug did was to look in my ears. He found my ears to be filled with wax. After the wax had been removed Mr. Christensen performed a very thorough hearing test and determined that I had no hearing loss and that the difficulties I had been experiencing was simply due to the wax the had plugged up my ear canals. I felt that he was very honest with me, and if I do eventually lose hearing to where I need hearing aids I will return to see Doug at My Hearing Centers.

I took in a pair of hearing aids to see if they could be programmed for me. I now have a hearing specialist (Doug) that exceeds any expectations I had going in. He and Lisa are great.
