I didnt get the news I was hoping for, but rather then just trying to sell me hearing aids, that up until now hadnt helped, the doctor told me I needed cochlear implants. He took the time to explain everything to me. I was very impressed with him and highly recommend Intermountain hearing centers.

The staff is so FANTASTIC. They are very caring and listen to their patients. Every time I go in there I am greeted with a SMILE and asked how are you doing today. They answer my questions and I really enjoy going there. If you are looking for the very best place to go for hearing issues, go to Intermountain Hearing and tell them Sarge sent you. 😊

All the staff at Intermountain Hearing have been so easy to work with. They are always kind and considerate and accommodating. Dr. Roberts has been more than helpful with all the problems with my hearing aid--which I actually purchased through another office. I wholly recommend Intermountain for your hearing center.

All the people I have had contact with have been very cordial and willing to assist me with my concerns. I was having issues with my new hearing aids and was concerned that they were not working properly. Doug was patient with me and checked them out to find they were working properly and just needed to be properly cleaned I received instructions on properly cleaning the instruments and all is well.

They were punctual, very efficient, and friendly staff. I thought they were very thorough in their evaluation as well.I had received the opportunity of a free hearing exam and Im glad I took advantage of this opportunity.

The receptionists were very nice and welcoming. The service I have received has been excellent. Issues with the hearing aids were resolved quickly and completely.

This office is second to none for hearing consulting and hearing aids. They have been so kind to my son over the years and the relationship with him is sincere and honest. They are a great asset to the community.

My grandfather didnt get his hearing aids until he was 85. He missed a lot in the decade before that. I was determined not to let that happen to me. Ive now got a great Starkey hearing aid product and has been seeing Daniel Roberts at the Ogden location for regular maintenance. What a blessing! Daniel is great, attentive to every need and concern. Huge difference in my quality of life and my family no longer has repeat things!

Great office. Very clean..theres a little corner for little ones to play in. They offer snacks and drinks while you wait. Doctor was patient with my 20 month old and tests were quick and easy. And theres a lot of parking.

I felt that Dr. Roberts took the time to genuinely understand my situation so he could taylor a solution based on my individual needs and type of hearing loss.His approach helped me feel like he was concerned about getting me the help I need, rather than just selling a particular product.Highly recommended!

I was gouged badly on the price. I found out later that I could have got the same hearing aid about $600 cheaper anywhere else.

We recently had the opportunity to learn about this practice and it’s owners. My wife and I were extremely impressed with their customer care and cutting edge technology !

Im a younger guy whos had some moderate hearing loss as a result of my profession. Doctor Harward showed me exactly where the problem was and gave me some great options to correct it. Its so much nicer to not have to ask everyone to repeat their name all the time.

I have visited several different hearing places and this is by far the best place to get hearing aids. They dont pressure you to buy their products.

I was highly impressed with the professionalism and the attention to care that was taken for my son, when we went to our appointment at the Intermountain Hearing Center in Ogden, Utah. The staff was helpful, friendly, and explained in detail the proceedures that were to be performed. I would recommend this center to anyone who needs assistance in regards to hearing.

Pretty annoyed with the experience I have had with the billing department. After giving birth to my son at Ogden Regional we had a routine hearing test given at the hospital the day after he was born.Fast forward to a YEAR AND A HALF later and I get a threatening message saying they will send a $113 bill to collections if not paid.First of all, they sent the bill to our insurance but didnt send adequate paperwork so it was denied. It should have been at least partially covered by insurance, but they didnt receive the proper paperwork from the Intermountain Hearing Center. We go ahead an pay the $113 to just get it over with (which we should have waited and worked it out with our insurance yada yada).They have sent us two identical bills, doubled billed us, one which we have paid in full- and then are demanding we pay again?? When I call they have no proof we paid the first- so I forward the proof of payment through our Health Savings Account. WE ALREADY PAID, PROOF IN HAND.So they are lacking in providing necessary paperwork for insurance, they billed us twice, and somehow magically lose our first payment (which we shouldnt have even paid them that much. they should have given our insurance the paperwork they asked for).Very annoyed at the lack of professionalism and rude individuals at the billing department. Now Im on the phone with them and insurance trying to work out a problem that should NOT even be a problem to begin with.If you have other options, I would suggest going elsewhere to avoid such fiascos in the financial/billing department at this facility.

After trying the incredible new Oticon Hearing Aids at Intermountain Hearing Center, Ive found my hearing is much more lifelike, and I can hear better!!!I’ve worked with Stephen Harward for many years and found that he is very systematic, methodical and his efforts and cooperation while we were in the Office leaves no question to his dedication to his work.Stephen Harward is clearly a multi-talented individual who abounds with energy and enthusiasm.
