I had a lovely experience with Hearing Life. They got me in within days and the attention to detail was wonderful. Joel, the audiologist, is the most upbeat person Ive met in a long time and made me feel like my hearing was the most important thingin his life. He did the most thorough hearing test Ive ever had, and Ive had plenty. The new hearing aids are wonderful and when I had a concern he handled it quickly. I probably wont have to go there often because everything went so smoothly but if I do I know they will take good care of me and my concerns.Below is a picture of my wonderful new hearing aids next to my glasses for scale.

They are really friendly and seem to really care to make sure you are taken care of. They are always willing to clean my hearing aids since I have had trouble doing it on my own. I strongly recommend anyone to get their hearing aids from Hearing Life.

I was not happy to know Id be wearing hearing aids but I am glad that I visited the kind people at HearingLife in Ogden..They were great and very kind.. They explained everything and answered all my questions and I had the opportunity to choose the color that I wanted.. I chose pink and of course that made me excited about receiving them and I so yea I would definitely recommend this office to the Young or Old and Everyone in between!!

It was a wonderful experience. The Audiologist was extremely knowledgeable in all the details of his profession and when I left his place of business, I felt very comfortable that all my concerns had been addressed to my satisfaction.

We did an adjustment using the Oticon Remote Care App, which worked very well and saved a trip from North Ogden to South Ogden. Im really enjoying the way the hearing aids are working right now.

A professional audiologist performed all required tests prior to the fitting of the hearing aids. All procedures were carefully followed at a superior technological level. The outcome became a wonderful experience of hearing in a new world.

The staff really cares and wants to help with any issue. I have had several different hearing aids over the years these are the best. I guess what makes them the best is the helpful staff. I give them 5 stars and I don’t do that lightly they have to earn my 5 stars

There are a few businesses in Ogden where customer service still matters Hearing Life is one of those. The team is welcoming and knowledge in their examination and their recommendations. Joel Barrow, Hearing Instrument Specialists is a genuinely kind individual. Every time I visited he made me feel important. I could tell he cared about me and the outcome. I actually looked forward to my appointments. The clarity of the hearing aids that he recommended for me have made a huge difference in my hearing. my old hearing aids were sufficient but I missed a lot. Im really happy that I went there.

Joel was fantastic to work with. My mother passed away and decided to try her hearing aid to see if they’d work for me. Joel spent total a couple of hours and I was not charged anything!! I highly recommend them the customer service is the best!!

My experience in working with both Joel and Chuck can only be described in the use of superlatives. They have provided the best service, demonstrated a high level of medical and technical adeptness and have done so in ways that are personable and understandable for any layman. I have only worked with them for 2 weeks and as of yet have not chosen a hearing aid suited to my needs but, I have no doubt that I will be as happy with the hearing aids because both of these gentlemen will see to it that I am happy about my choice in protheses. People may have given me other recommendations as to which company to work with but, after doing my research I know choosing Hearing Life Center in Ogden, Utah was the best choice. He was very patient and helpful through the whole process of getting my new hearing aids. Since I rely mostly on reading lips to communicate, I really appreciated him using his transparent face covering while he worked with me. Overall, it was a good experience and I would highly recommend this facility!

I was very pleased with the cleanest of the office. The doctor was great I had a hearing test and he explained everything as we went. Afterward he explained the hearing aids and how they work it was a great visit. I will recommend them to friends and family.

I was apprehensive about getting hearing aids, but Charles was amazing. He explained everything as we went along and made me feel very comfortable. There wasnt any pressure put on me to buy any certain hearing aid, many options were presented. The office was clean and organized. The receptionist was friendly and made sure my order was placed as quickly as possible. The service was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

Charles Dunford and his staff went above and beyond in working with my insurance company to get me new hearing aids through the EPIC program. They provided me with quality, professional care.
