I cant believe its gone! The absolute BEST store ever! Sometimes I would take my kids just to loom around! They loved it! I hate the fact that Wal-Mart started selling toys that used to be exclusively TOYS R US! I really feel bad about the fact that senior employees didnt get any kind of compensation! That REALLY ticks me off!

Always came here to get cool or unique gifts that the big box stores just didnt carry. As a kid I thought the prices were too high but now as a parent I think they are actually pretty reasonable especially when they do their sales. Im so sad to see this place go but I hope they return one day since I dont see bigger stores changing what they carry.

I absolutely love this place. They have a store guide that you can carry with you as you shop which is super cool. I dont think theres any other place to find such a variety in age, price, and product. Super friendly staff, easy check out process... Its a great shopping experience!

Jeff at this store was incredibly rude and condescending. Our kid had a $50 gift card from Christmas so we took her to use it. She picked out a Barbie item which the sticker on the bottom shelf, behind a basket of wrapping paper, and covered by those strips of small items, said was like $34.99-$39.99 (I was mad and honestly dont remember the exact shelf price). At the register, it rang up $99.99. We explained that it, along with a shelf full more behind the front-most item, were marked at the lower price and while there others in a different location, they were not marked at all. An employee named Jeff stepped in and he said that he WOULD NOT honor that price because it was too great a difference. I walked Jeff back there and he pulled the shelf tag from under all that crap and told me that the tag was for a Barbie store item that was no where to be found on that shelf. I explained that I didnt get down on the floor and inspect the tag, especially since there were many more on the shelf behind the one we grabbed (full to the back it ends up). Jeff said that I should have. I said that it was fine, wed just get cash for the gift card and he agreed.When we walked up to the customer service register he asked us, Whats the issue? My husband replied, You know what the issues is, and went on to explain that we wanted our money back for the gift card we had. Jeff asked my husband how we came to get the card, and he explained that it was a gift for our daughter. Jeff said that he would not give us money for the gift card.At this point I called customer service and began to receive sarcastic and rude comments from Jeff, which I pointed out to customer service while they were occurring. He told me that if I could show him how the Barbie item wed selected was a Barbie store item that hed match it. He was taking pictures, telling me that I needed to tell customer service the item number for both products when they only ever requested one item number, treating me like an idiot by insinuating that I was incapable of providing customer service with an adequate item number for them to look it up.As a small business owner, its amazing to see such terrible customer service. It was not our fault that a shelf full of these items were not correctly priced. How often do you look at what the item description is on the price tag, especially when theres a shelf full of them? The price portion is in bold for a reason! In my opinion, Jeff needs to go work somewhere where mistreating people is acceptable and that Toy R Us needs to get it together and get their items properly labeled so that others dont have to be treated like criminals and so their kids dont select an item that costs over double what it was labeled.

Long line. Forty minutes to check out, but to be expected today. Was fast paying and had help loading car with big toy and a big sack too. Was helped locating Big toy. Very good service.Thanks

I received wonderful assistance from several employees. I never had to go look for assistance, they would ask if I needed help when passing by and if I said yes they gladly helped me. The cashier was also very nice and helpful.

Toys r us is such a fun place to go. The location is decent but a bit hard to get into unless you map it, its close to a mall, also hobby lobby, doller tree and a kids hair cut place is close. The issue i had is that when i ask an employee where something is or if they have it.. they take me around the whole store.. i could have done that on my own. They need to stay up today on item locations.

This place always has a large selection of toys for a good price. The customer service is on point as well! Lines are quick and store is in order. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars, was due to the condition of the womens restroom. It was not as clean as I expected and had no paper towels, otherwise, it was a great experience!

The store is big and offers a large selection. The American Girl doll selection is enormous! Employees are very easy to find and are generally very helpful! Lines can get long, but usually move quickly.

Ive always been toys are us kid.I took my granddaughter had a great time. This location is a bit run down. But still does the job.

Im not very impressed with this Toys R Us. The cashier and the manager were too busy talking and totally messed up our transaction. Stop talking and do your job! Cashier number 2261341. She refused to listen as to how we needed our transaction done. She then proceeded to talk to the manager and ignore our request. EIGHT times in a row!!!! The manager obviously doesnt need her job because she cant stop standing and talking so much.

So, this going out of business sale is a sham, even with discounted prices, Amazon is cheaper. The stores are a mess, and the staff are poorly trained. And you wonder why places like this are going out of business.

I was just browsing around the store, and the service was fine. It was nice and tidy. However I saw the manager being very touchy with one of the sales assistants and she was visibly uncomfortable. She didn’t say anything however I do think this is something that should be looked into with greater detail.

I stayed in the car while the teens were inside for Legos. Folks leaving werent carrying many purchases. (If little kids were with them, there were more purchases.) There is only a 5% discount now on this so-called big bankruptcy sale. My two teens bought nothing, said the store was a mess, items already picked over. Understanding that a limited staff remains, I hope theyre being paid more during this time, pulling all-nighter stocking and cleaning.

Very good deals everything in the store was 40% off, a lot of stuff was 50 and 60% off. I went to get a baby doll and all of the baby dolls was 50% off, overall I think I got a very good deal and with what I saved, I was able to get a lot of accessories for the doll, such as a diaper bag and a playpen for the doll to go in, my granddaughter is going to be very happy with her birthday gifts.

I will always remember how walking into this store as a child, was like walking into Willy Wonkas factory, just full of magic and life. This is a store I will miss.As an adult, I wont miss their prices.

I had placed an online order and scheduled for pickup in store. The person working the customer service desk didnt act like they knew what they were doing. He hollered my name to another guy across the store who came over and got a bag and said here you go. They didnt verify who I was or anything.

Supposed to be having a going out of business sale, but when I arrived they had a sign on the door that said it was postponed. The store was already picked over. I understand why they are going out of business. Too bad, I used to really love that store. I hate to see it go.

I doubt Toys R Us will ever have the wonder as it when I was a child. I sometimes stop by just to see what they have it stock. It feels on the edge of starting to feel run-down and I fear that within the next decades this magical place will be gone. :(

Love this store. Best Toys R Us in OKC. Huge selection and great staff. They have an entire section devoted to American Girl dolls.

Used to be an awesome store! Been going downhill for years, not a surprise that it is closing. Now that they are having store closing sales, most items are only 10% off, making most things still more expensive than Walmart, Target, or Academy. Not worth the extra trip for the amazing sales.

I really havent ever been happy about my shopping experience here. The store is dirty and disorganized. The staff always seems annoyed that youre there. I only go here if I need a toy I cant get it anywhere else

Just okay. Staff is not very motivated, and it can be hard to find what youre looking for. Prices are not as good as they could be.Bought a bike for my daughter today, it was obviously used then thrown back in the box with pieces missing. They had put it back on the shelf like that and sold it to me as if it was new.

Went in looking for a 12-16 inch bike with training wheels for my grandson, and was immediately upset after seeing the lowest price for a 12 inch bike with training wheels was 89.99, and that was on sale. Think Ill stick with good ole Wal-Mart.

The customer service is horrible, they really need to improve. I dont know why the customer service here and the BabiesRus in Penn Square is ALWAYS horrible. I dont know if they are underpaid or they just dont like to do their job. Customer service is very important in retail, thats why people are switching to shopping online so they dont have to go through bad experiences with bad employees.

I ask, did you check for real?Well, we have a bunch of palettes still wrapped.So you didnt actually check?Check back in a week or two. For that item that they get 2 of per store nationwide over a six month period.I went to Wichita, and the dude went to the back, came back with the item 10 minutes later AND gave me a discount because he said he was embarrassed that his company would do they did here.

This place is like visiting a third world country. Its awful, depressing decor and terribly disorganized. The staff was friendly but they cant find anything either.

Nothing is ever priced and hard to find a price scanner items are scattered around usually limited check-out stations.

No liquidation sale going on. Items have been marked up and then discounted to give the notion that they are actually discounted. Store is a complete mess.

I went to buy my nephews birthday parties and walked out with tons of saving and put my business up for the community.
