I have a 2001 Grand Am Se, they did a fast job on diagnosing my car. Trac off, ABS and service vehicle soon lights was on. They had the scanner to check it. It was Hub Assembly!! Very reasonable and family feeling from the owners! Recommended very highly!!!

I have an ‘11 Corolla. Was able to drop off the night before, got a call first thing in the morning to let me know they were diagnosing, got the estimate, fix and all for less than anticipated!10/10 would recommend!Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else!

They went the extra mile to find me a used standard transmission for my f 150 instead of selling me a rebuilt one, which would have cost considerably more. Had an issue with our 2006 Titan trucks transmission. Fearing the worst (cost of a new transmission), our neighbor suggested Hecks. They diagnosed a problem with a ruptured transmission line and gave a quote. They repaired it in 1 day and then charged us less than quoted since they didnt need some of the parts ordered. Honesty is everything. Will be using them again! Great service!

Excellent costumer service, fast and very reliable service!They sure know what they are doing. Took my car in the afternoon almost close time and I got it fixed next day by 10:00am. My car needed plugs and spring coil replacement also the sealers from the motor to be replace.I am very satisfied with their work at a affordable price.

Would definitely recommend taking your cars to Heck’s automotive. They are very friendly and nice. They are also very reasonably priced. Brought my car In there after the dealership said it’d be 4 days to get my car back. They had it done in a day. Even offered to stay open a tad past 5 so I could get there after work to pick my car up. Will be returning with all my automotive needs.

Charged 5k for a new motor and 22000 miles later it’s knocking. I am beyond disbelief because I recommended them so much and my dad was a victim of a used motor that wasn’t even done right. Block vin comes from one truck and what was suppose to be a N vin 5.0 isn’t even what they put in there. And the firing order was way off. And they had it tdc a 180 out. This time I went straight to jegs and got it done my self and and spent a 1/2 of what they charged and did it in 3 days. I WOULDN’T EVEN TAKE MY LAWN MOWER TO THEM!

Wonderful, friendly people, experienced and very honest. Labor costs are low and very fair, especially for the quality of work you get. The best part is they dont try to sell you things you dont actually need. Got a water pump and thermostat installed on a Ford Explorer, in less time than I had expected. Definitely give these guys a call anytime you need work done on your cars.

I had a few estimates done for the brakes on my mini van and my husband decided he would put the pads on himself. Well after a few weeks the brakes started making noises and the wheel was getting hot. Time to get it done professionally right? Ha, I wont name the places that were going to rip me off, but I ended up going to Hecks because a friend recommended the place on college. I couldnt be happier with the quality of workmanship, price, and level of honesty I received at Hecks.. Funny it turns out my friend was recommending a different automotive shop on the same road and I went to the wrong one she was talking about. Turns out that she is no longer happy with the other place anyway. So another win for me and my new repair shop. I have since taken my daughters car there twice and now my sons car. They are amazing. I will not go anywhere else!

I called this morning needed a new alternator put in. They were very quick to answer all my questions and helped me right away. I bought the alternator and brought it in and within two hours my vechile was fixed! They did a wonderful job. They will definitely be my go to mechanic and are definitely honest and reliable. I am so thankful to find them!

I am a single mom and needed my car repaired. I went to two other places first and was told it would take $300-$400 to fix my car and I would have to leave it for a day. There was two parts I would need. I had no other way to work, so I would have to take a day off. Then I called Heck, not only did they help me with my job by fixing it first thing in the morning so I could just go in late and not miss a entire day, they suggested I only replace the one part. I suggested they go ahead and replace both to avoid having to go in late again. They were so concerned that I may be spending another 200 that I didnt need too.I went with their suggestion and did not replace the extra part and they were right. It only cost me 151.00. I still cant get over the fact that they pretty much refused ( they said they would if i insisted))to let me spend more money...who does that these days. I would recommend them to anyone, especially women. Thanks Cindy and all the rest!
