Dr. Mack, her clinic staff and Ryan are all phenomenal! They spend time educating and answering any questions you have. Spectacular customer service!!

I have used this location for 3-4 yrs now and each visit has been great. The doctors office and optical staff are always very helpful.

I showed up 15 minutes late. Blanding traffic is a tragedy, you know? And I was coming from out of town. It happens, but I was prepared to be told too bad. They asked me if I wanted to come in later that day, reschedule entirely, or wait and see. They warned me the doctor was booked, that hed take a lunch, that I may not be able to be worked in.30 minutes later, I was in with the nurse. They were incredible. From start to finish, the appointment was maybe 20 minutes, and I was on my way to the sales floor with two copies of my script, complete with the doctors recommendations for the lens treatments that hed explained to me. It was great.The sales rep was quick, knowledgeable, and didnt try to upsell me on anything that I hadnt expressed interest in. I honestly can not wait to get my completed glasses.

I’ve been going to LensCrafters for years, ever since I was little. They are always so welcoming and so quick and efficient. The employees are also always patient whenever I have to bring my kids with me. I’ll always be a customer, as long as I’m blind! Lol

Cindy Mack is AMAZING!!! She is professional and so so SWEET!! She takes care of her patients. Ive been going to her for couple years now and she knows me by name. I dont know about anyone else but it feels great when a doctor remembers you. She is friendly and very patient!! I will always come to Cindy Mack!! Her Staff are very friendly and patient as well!

Came in last week for my eye exam and got a new pair of glasses a week later I decided I wasnt happy with those glasses so came back to pick out a new frame. Very easy task to follow in the new glasses are great!

I need to order new glasses because my prescription changed and my old ones broke. Not only did they order my new ones in a matter of minutes, but they also fixed my old ones so I can SEE until my new ones come in! Excellent job youll! Thank you.

The reason I come is DrMack. I Get frames every other year with my insurance. I find it pathetic that It would cost me$450.00 just for the lenses when I purchased the frames from you yet I can get the exact same lenses in a new frame for $169.00 without insurance! You are a rip off! I am dropping my insurance and going to another eye glass store where I can get 2 pairs for what you charge for one. You should be ashamed

This locations has gone downhill for the past couple of years. The agents that checks you in before you see the doctor are extremely unprofessional . This year, the girl with the bright red hair, was the worst. I am extremely disappointed that Dr Mack would hire someone of her caliber. She is extremely rude and made many obnoxious comments. She was so rude my husband decided not to follow through with his appointment. This last experience will be the last time that we come back to this location which is sad as we have been to this location for the past at least 7 years.

I wasn’t given my PD on my prescription and when I asked for the PD measurement, so that I could buy my glasses from LensCrafters online, the staff told me i could look on YouTube to measure it on my own.

I contacted this facility over a month ago requesting my prescription. The lady that answered the telephone responded apprehensively. To date, I have not received my prescription.

I recieved an eye exam today and had to take my 3yr old with me. The staff was quick, helpful, and understanding when my 3yr old started to turn into a demon. Brady gave him toys to play will while I picked out some glasses and another staff member took it upon herself to color on the floor with my son to keep him busy. My 3yr old was having one of those days that makes you drop everything and RUN out the store embarrassed. Brady and the other staff members were fantastic and went way beyond to help me pick a pair of glasses that I love and keep my child busy.

I just bought three pairs of glasses from them, everything came ahead of schedule, very professional help. I am very satisfied.

Three sets of frames, having my health plan judged and nitpicked instead of receiving customer service, by the manager no less. I would not recommend coming to this location to purchase new glasses. They had issues with the installation of the lenses into the frames not only damaging the brand new frame but also scratching and to the point of cracking my new lenses. The manager opted to look at my health plan and judge even I dont have this good of a health plan instead of offering customer service. He just sat there and judged when I was asking for help with my glasses a second time(at this point one of the clerks had scratched the frame and cracked the lenses because she had jammed them into the frame creating pressure cracks on the lenses) Disrespectful, awful experience. Would never recommend to buy new glasses at this location.

I decided to try to get glasses from another Lens store than my usual. Big mistake. The customer service is incredibly incompetent. They offer no solutions. I purchased frames and lenses from them, and to my surprise the prescription on the lenses were so incorrect that all I saw was blur. Definitely do not recommend.

The Dr’s office staff was nice but the front part of the store is something else Worst customer service I have ever experienced, untrained employees to help customers Robin hmm nasty old lady and racist too to my surprise and an assistant manager Kayla that thinks shes too good to call a customer back. I guess they forgot that without a customer they wont get pay... hmm. I will not recommend anyone to use them go some other places to get your glasses done and avoid this people. It takes more than 4 times for them to make the glasses right!!!

I used to take my mother to this Lenscrafters and they were always very helpful. Now that that I need glasses I have used them and Im impressed with the service and quality.

If Google had zero rating this is what this place deserve... I walked into this store they had about 5 employees and they all ignored me while I was waiting almost 1 hour to be attended. Unprofessional I will take my business elsewhere.

This place is a joke. They wanted over 900 dollars for my husbands glasses and thats with my insurance. She kept saying....thats a great deal! Ha really?

I go there because I usually like their frames best and I think theyre usually not too busy.This past time when I was picking up my glasses, I was made to wait 10 minutes before anyone even greeted me, and when they did it was kinda brisque. So meh.Ive had glasses since was young, so Im an old hat at this, its like buying a car, you just have to go in knowing what you want otherwise theyll talk in circles to try and get you to buy thing you dont need.If youre looking for a good deal with quality, Id say go to target optical. Frames are good here but if you dont have coverage for frames you can find designer ones on ebay too.

I will never go in this store again. The staff wasted a hour of my time and all I was doing is trying to get new lenses for my frames. Had to leave because I had another appointment I had to keep and they had messed up the order in the computer so bad they were going to have to start over. Zero stars!
