I left work to arrive 15min early for the incorrect appt time; I was told the appt was 420p but was really 440p....didnt see doctor until 520p. Plus my childs information was incorrect, and they thought we were just coming in for glasses fitting...so disorganized. Dr. Jenna Rogers was super rude, speaking over me when I was asking questions, very ingenious, short & rushy. This low quality customer service would be fine at a fast food place, wouldve never expected this experience for a doctors appointment...this is my childs eye care! I shouldve just waited until Target Optical had an appointment available!

This office keeps canceling my appointment, they send me messages to reschedule so I do and every time I reschedule my appointment they cancel it. How do they want me to schedule with them if they keep canceling me. So I am not going back to them at all. I schedule so far out and this keeps happening. Thank you for giving my business to another eye doctor! Do not schedule here ther staff is that great either!

Angel was a great help for ALL of my adjustment needs!

I booked an appointment online for my son that took two months for them to tell me when I got there that they dont do appointments at that time. I asked them why did it let me book it then??? They said their online system is messed up and they left me 2 voicemails...LIES!!! I was literally looking at my voicemail log on the days they claim they left me a voicemail/ 3-23 and 4-13. Their staff is incompetent and this is unacceptable especially during this pandemic. I would give negative stars if I could.

They are slow to get your glasses he probably wait for three weeks or a month very slow my staff told you when they’re ready when they’re not called him three times an ack they keep talling in progress what is going on I may not come back to them how slow they are so I’ll give you one star how slow you are

Worst experience ever! I had an eye exam but never was told the results. The prescription was WAY off. I spent nearly $500 for contacts & glasses I cant use. The asst spent all her time talking about her family & the doctor was more interested in my girlfriend than my exam. Avoid this place!Update: I sent an email & filled out a survey - never got a response.

Absolutely wonderful service and staff! Today was my first day visiting Valuvision and I was very pleased with my visit! I was able to get a same day appointment and the entire office staff treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Anguas greeted me with such a smile and energetic personality that I felt like a celebrity. They are the true definition of customer service. What I like best is that the assistant explained my vision benefits in full detail before having me order and check out. Thank you so much and I am definitely looking forward to my next visit and will be referring my friends and family.

I would not recommend this establishment, not very helpful accommodating my needs. employees are not concerned with customer satisfaction. next time I need to get my eyes checked I will definitely find another place. Dont waste your time!!!!

My doctor was very nice and very educated, he was very concerned about my past history. The assistants were so polite, and sanitary. The manager Michael finished off my measurements and helped me add pink tint to my lenses for my dyslexia. Super happy, and my husband cant wait to see them now. It was a busy day and I was in and out within the hour! :)

Have always had a great experience at this location. The doctor and his staff are very friendly. Im having an issue with my new glasses(headaches), so I called today to let them know and they got me in tomorrow to take care of it! How great! (:

Super friendly staff except for the GM. She was rude and acted like she wasn’t happy to be at work. Probably won’t be going back to this location just because when you’re trying to find glasses for the first time and the GM isn’t friendly it doesn’t make for a great experience. Dr H and Bob were great. As well as the young lady that checked me in. I didn’t get her name either.

Amazing people to deal with and a true family atmosphere. I wouldnt trust my families eyes with anyone else. They have amazing people working there and value their hard work and passion for their customers

Fair warning. They will not even talk to you about an appointment unless you can provide all of your insurance information to them prior to making the appointment. This is a huge pain in the butt for anyone trying to visit them as a new patient. Honestly, places like this are a dime-a-dozen, so this requirement is not reasonable. I can provide my insurance information at the first appointment as I have done for every other doctor on the planet that I have ever visited.I called to make an initial appointment and I told them that I had insurance and that I would bring all of the information with me for my first appointment. They told me that I would need to provide them with all of the insurance information prior to the appointment. That means I would need to make a per-appointment visit to give them the paperwork? This is all for something that I have a coupon for 2 pair of glasses and an eye exam for $79???? Seriously, it isnt worth the time to use this provider.I decided to use another provider that doesnt waste my time with silly insurance requirements. Clearly for them it is all about the money not about patient care or the time it takes for a patient to setup an appointment.With SEARS optical, I can setup an appointment online in about 3 minutes and hand my paperwork over on my first visit. I guess that is where I will be going again.

The staff and optometrist were extremely professional with explaining and assisting me with the eye exam and choosing a frame and lenses.

Staff is professional and nice, along with the optometrist. However, when I went to pick up my new glasses, the prescription seemed WAY off. The woman who had me try on and adjust the fitment said I needed to give my eyes a week to adjust, when I complained. I wore them for an hour after getting home and developed a massive headache and my eyes felt strained. When I returned with the glasses, it turned out the prescription was completely off. Someone, somewhere along the process, messed up.

A little pricey, but the doctor Dr. A is good. Staff are friendly and professional and they even adjusted a pair of Warby Parker frames I got. They get super busy so get an early appointment if you can.

I love Dr. Anguas! I would recommend him to everyone. And he has a very friendly staff.

Ive been going here along with my kids for over 10 years. Ive never had anything but positive experiences with Dr Anguas and his entire team. He has seen us after hours for emergencies, and his team makes sure we get all our benefits through insurance and always goes above and beyond to help wether it is broken glasses or an eye infection. I now live over 25 miles away and still wouldnt go anywhere else although there are tons of places closer. They are AWESOME!!!

Mostly was a good experience but was waiting for them to call to let me know glasses were in. Almost two weeks went by no call so I called them. They said called week earlier & left message. They lied because had full VM. I saw 1 missed call when I looked back. They try once and then forget you. No customer service. Also I heard them talk negatively about other customers.

Love Dr Weinstein tgats assigned to my case. Hes always patient and takes time to answer questions.
