This was my first time going to EyeLab. I havent had my eyes looked at in over 10 years and I was a little apprehensive about it. I decided to try out this location due to their high rating on Google.I scheduled my appointment online, which was an easy, straitforward process. When I arrived for my appointment everyone was super friendly. I was seen fairly quickly and everything was sanitized right before I used it.The eye doctor actually saw me via video chat, though all of the equipment was in the room with me. Once I was done, I was helped by Angel. She was absolutely amazing! My prescription needs did not meet the guidelines for the offer I wanted but she really helped me out with discounts and was very patient and polite explaining my options.I was able to get two pair of glasses which will take about 2 weeks to arrive. I look forward to continuing to receive care for my eyes here in the future, I highly recommend them!

Great experience for the second time at My Eye Lab. Kezia and Paul took wonderful care of me and helped me get the best deal on exactly what I needed. Really cute frames and lots of options available too! Even with my mask on, this location smells so clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I have been going to Eye Lab for about 4 years now, and always had a good experience. I just had another appointment on Wednesday at 12 oclock and walked in 10 minutes early and was taken care of right away. I was greeted by Kezia. She was very pleasant, friendly and professional. After my Eye exam, she explained my options I had to choose from when buying my glasses, and she even helped me choose my frames and was very patient with me in doing so. She was awesome. Made my appointment another great experience there.. You all have a customer for life.

The technician who waited on us her name isKezia. She had all the attributes of an excellent customer service individual, she was polite she was friendly she was a good listener she did not interrupt she would have a way to give us her best price so I think it was an excellent experience excellent service this is the third time we have come to this particular eye lab on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park and this was the best experience out of all three. The other two were very good experiences but this young lady was top notch we say thank you.

Recently got back from serving overseas and needed a whole new eye exam with frames, lenses and contacts and the staff there were hands down super helpful and very patient. Angel in particular was heaven sent and was able to get the best deals and bang for my buck! As we all know eye exams along with frames and lenses (and let’s not forget to add taxes) sure can get pricey, but with EyeLabs great sales and deals I was able to pay next to nothing for designer frames. I even joined there monthly subscription which lets you exchange out frames for new ones so you can always have something fresh and hip to wear! Thank you again Angel for all your hospitality and professionalism!:)

I have never been talked to so poorly before by someone in customer service. Kamille was helping me originally and was so rude she almost had me in tears, telling me I was disrespectful for calling her girl (in a friendly manner I will add) and that she’s over 40 years older then me. Also correcting me when I was spelling my street name, interrupting me to tell that everyone knows how to spell my street name and making me feel completely embarrassed. I almost left immediately after talking with her. I can’t believe she chooses customer service as a career. It would be a shame for this establishment to lose business due to her lack of people skills. What kept me was the amazing service from angel. She was so sweet to me and even helped me choose glasses since this was my first time in an eye glass store and I now need reading glasses. Please keep angel because she is hands down the best. She loves what she does and it shows! Thanks angel for the amazing service!!

I just wanted to share my experience for todays visit. Mr. Thomas, (the g.m) was here today and he was extremely helpful and friendly!! He really explained things to me about my glasses (that I was having a issue with) as well as gave me some info about my contacts.. I would recommend this place but hopefully you will get Mr. Thomas because he was the most helpful here.

Me and my sibling called into this place a day in advance and they wanted to take us in that same day, though we opted for the following day. The staff was very kind and helpful, Angel and the other lady were extremely caring and humorous. They got both of us into our appointments very quickly, overall the experience was very nice. Will definitely be visiting again the next time we need glasses!

Great experience! This was my first time visiting my eyelab in Orange Park and it was great, 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Paul was very friendly and fixed my glasses for me (other optometry offices Ive visited havent done what Ive asked them to) so it was really great that he could do that for me. Kezia was very sweet during my exam and explained everything she was doing throughout the process. I dont go to Orange Park very often but will definitely go out of my way to return to this location. Everyone was friendly and professional and I felt welcomed throughout my experience. Everything was going good until a woman with braids decided she wanted to be rude and open her mouth and say all The cheap 59.99 glasses over there. Other than that everything else is OVER $99. We also DONT accept MEDICAID...! But little does she know we had already been there 5 minutes prior and talked to a young lady and Paul who said they had certain plans for people on Medicare. But she was so rude! I cant believe after all the negative reviews about this one particular older lady, they still keep her around! Me and my fiance will not come back!

My mom and I came in today because we were long overdue to get new glasses. From the time we walked in we were taken care of. The staff was professional and friendly but the reason I’m giving three stars instead of five is the fact there is not an optometrist on site. I’ve always discussed the health of my eyes with a doctor and this is the first eye exam that focused on the vision portion and not the health. I cannot return for this reason for an exam but I might return to purchase glasses and or contacts.

I must say I was concerned,because there was not an eye doctor on sight.Angel helped me pick my frames out and helped me figure out what type of lenses I needed.Angel really was a huge help and made my appointment and experience wonderful.I highly recommend this eye glass company.I will be returning for more glasses in the future.
