Zero to negative stars for wd these days especially wd in op they do not know how to order, keep top selling products, changing out good products for their inferior seg stuff, forcing u to buy it, we drive 3 miles to publix this store dying a slow death! 👎👎👎👎👎 five thumbs down

Look at these absolutely beautiful and unique Forever Roses. I am honeslty not sure if it will last Forever. Thought I would share these unique Roses with all of you. We bought two today to give as a Christmas gift. $16.99 Per Rose. Found them at Winn Dixie off of Park Ave. I would assume all Winn Dixies are carrying them 🤗

I always enjoy my community Winn-Dixie. The cashier at checkout and the customer service cashier were very professional and delivered excellent customer service!

No where is perfect but this location isn’t bad, my son found a hair in either his chicken or the container, one time. But otherwise grocery shopping isn’t bad at all, things are pretty easy to find. But there are some things you’re better off going to Walmart for.

Always a pleasure to shop there. Like everyone else I go in for a couple of items and $150 later Im out the store!

Have a great hot bar for lunch. And employees are awesome

Produce dept.did not look good. Had to search for plastic bags,as many of the rolls were empty. No bagged lettuce ( shredded) out. Also,please tell your young female checkout girls (Hailie),to be nice to everyone,not just the cute boys,that pass through their line.Lots of fawning & flirting,but super slow.Only 2 lines open at dinner time.Winn Dixie,you can do better than that! It took way too long to checkout!

Very dated but has good selection. Checkout was very slow with 3 cashiers and few customers.

They had everything I needed, especially this most most amazing and delicious ice cream thats almost impossible to find. Its New Orleans Ice Cream in flavors Creole Cream Cheese and Bananas Foster. Its to die for yall!

Jen, The short lady that works opening shift has never neen anything othher than unpleasant. Always in a bad mood and slamming her scanner. The store is worth 4.5 stars when shes not here so good job everybody else 🙂

2 employees very rude. I asked one employee if there was anyone in the meat department. His answer was I dont know. He stomped back to meat department. Then got on me telephone and paged somebody. A person came out of the back room and asked what I wanted. As he turned around he just a rack of meat that went all over the floor. I asked for for thicker steaks. Who did that asked me how thick or how I wanted them. Come back and thrust them at me andtold me to have a good day. Very abrupt. This was on for 9 at approximately 6:45 p.m.

Quick and convenient and have all the groceries my family needs, including the fish! Lol

Cullum is the greatest cashier. He is always so pleasant and conversational. He needs a raise and a promotion! I always pick his lane when checking out. 😊

I get my meds here, best price on meds compared to other stores. They also have an awesome fruit and veggie section and the meat looks top grade for BBQing

Asked a stock guy working where to find velveeta. He literally sighs rolls his eyes and says “by the cheese” (some places don’t keep it there). He was so annoyed to be asked a question. Also not wearing a mask while stocking shelves. Disgusting. There’s another Winn Dixie 10 mins away on 220. I’ll just go there instead from now on

Nice and clean store! Great selections. There is no pharmacy at this location, but CVS is next door so thats understandable. I knocked off a star because the couple of staff I dealt with treated the customer in front of me and I like they really did us a favor by helping us. Customer service? Im not that hard to please!

Other than people driving crazy in the parking lot. It was quick & harmless.

****First of all I have to say this store is ALWAYS so clean and well stocked.This is my second 5 star review for this store... If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would. I am so very Thankful to have such a wonderful grocery store in my neighborhood. The store manager George, Coy in the Deli and the nice young lady working in the bakery have really been a blessing to my day!!

Every since they remodeled this store its my go to for groceries and I have 4 other grocery stores within the same mile radius. The employes are super great!! The store is very clean!

Short on cashiers for evening/after work rush.

The meat was awful. Ground Beef was sour with traces of brown throughout. Winn Dixie used to have good meat.

The best Winn Dixie in Orange Park and Middleburg.

Super clean everytime i have gone even with no outbreak. Always greeted when i walk through the door even if its a simple hello. Never have an issue finding anything

Friendly service and clean store

I’ve been shopping at this Winn Dixie for the last 20 years. Primarily, I buy their wide selection of meats.The reason I don’t buy other products in the store is because the pricing is way above items at Publix and Walmart. Allowing for exceptions, you may find a “Two for One” deal occasionally. In conclusion, I buy very little from Winn Dixie except for meats, comparing other items and prices at Walmart which are 40% cheaper.

Watch your receipts, you dont always get the sale price and sometimes the meat is sketchy.

Store was not crowded and pretty well stocked. Plenty of great 2 for 1 deals. Most people were wearing mask and practicing safe distancing.

There has been the same expired bottles of Welches Kiwi strawberry juice on the shelf for 2 months the juice should be pink it’s almost brown I literally took all 7 bottles off the shelf and placed on the floor dec 5th and those bottles are right back on the shelf

Very high on grocery prices. The good thing about it is downloading the app and getting free items. Otherwise I shop elsewhere

Came by this store this week a bit late but still open with helpful employees. The store was very clean and well organized. As I wandered the isles the employees responded as I passed them and when ready to go I was checked out quickly. Got a deal and what I needed!

Too expensive, crowded with things, too many people, boring atmosphere. Gave me a bad headache in here :(

Quick and easy! Found what I went in the store for, no line at the register, and back outside fast. Very well laid out and cashier was very professional. A VERY Good experience.

Store is just outdated and the product selection along with organization needs to be improved. The staff needs to be a little more friendly and knowledgeable about the store and the items sold there. Building really needs am upgrade with some detailed cleaning

Management is always friendly and the customer service is great . The staff know my family well, we always feel like a part of the community when we are here.I dont know her name but the woman with the northern accent in the bakery, or as my daughter calls her the cookie lady has really won my daughter heart . The over all experience makes shopping easy for a busy mom !

It was magnificent. I was in and out. I got to the line and one of the associates went out of her way to take me right away and her scanner was broken yet she still lifted up my water bottles and scanned them so I didnt have to. This Winn-dixies customer service is that of a Publix.

Generally very clean, stocked, and good service. They just redid a few areas, so thats taking me time to relearn, or at least they moved things since I last shopped there a few months back, aha. Overall, not the most.convenient location for my travel but very much a good store.

Love the way this store looks now. And the produce department is very well kept. Much, much better than some other locations. We really enjoy shopping here.
