I walked in for a screw for my glasses and they just fixed it in 2mins. Really nice people. Would go here for any future needs for my glasses or new glasses

I can tell Dr Jones loves his job, and that makes him a great eye doctor in my book. His enthusiastic explanations of how the eye works and what he’s looking for are very detailed yet easy to understand. The kids like him too, he puts them at ease with his sense of humor. I’ve been seeing him for years and recommended him to many of my family and friends.

Dr Jordan is incredibly funny and helpful and kind!!! He is also very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. The whole staff was very nice and patient. They have tons of glasses to choose from, and even the cheapest price frames (which I got) look very cute. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, especially if you need to have a vision exam done.

Dr Jones is the most knowledgeable and patient doctor i have ever been to. I have been visiting eye doctors for the past 24 years and have never had a doctor who genuinely cares and is thorough in his exams as well as taking the time to explain everything to the patient.Everyone needs to quit going wherever you are currently going and come here!!!

I cant express enough, how great this Doctor is. My wife has been with him for years but I never had much need for an eye doctor, I just got my eye exam & glasses from one of those national chains. But recently I had a scary issue that I felt needed the attention of a Eye Dr that could maybe go more in depth and that has all the necessary medical equipment. So this was the place based on what my wife told me. And I couldnt of been more satisfied with Dr.Jordan Jones. I was thoroughly impressed with the procedures done and the careful explaining he did for me. He made 100% sure I understood everything clearly and why the...how, what, when, why, was happening to me. When I was done with my visit I felt like I had a complete optical education tailored for my learning ability. Hes referring me to a specialist now and of course he walked me through that process of what to expect from them and what they will probably do for me. Dr. Jones is just one of those human beings that has a really good energy about him.

Shopping here is a great experience. Both Greg and Dr Jordan are extremely helpful and professional. I rely on them for eye exams, glasses & contacts. They are always thorough and they make sure that Im aware of all the new products that are available.Getting an appointment is fast and easy and receiving the glasses or contacts is also extremely fast. Very satisfied and Ive been going there for years.

Dr Jones is the best eye doctor our family has ever had! He is friendly, extremely thorough, and takes the time to explain ANY questions you may have. He also knows how to connect on a personal level with people. We have an autistic son and he shows a tremendous amount of patience and kindness in dealing with him. We never want to see any other eye doctor for our needs!

I absolutely love this office. I never have had such a great eye exam and Dr. Jonesis wonderful and explains everything. Once I started going here I havent gone anywhere else. Greg is great at listening to what type of glasses you want and shows you what would look good on you.Before, I was always returning to the optical place to have them fix the glasses (like screws falling out etc) and here I never do. They are really top of the line.

Dr. Jordan is Amazing truly Amazing. the Owner on the other hand at this location is umm. How could i put this. His characterar defects are spilling out all over the place. I would say rude, ignorant and belittles his customers

I am not blessed with the best eyes. In my 2 years of seeing Dr. Jones I have learned more from him than I have my entire life of seeing other optometrists. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, not only is Dr. Jones great, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, plus they have a great selection of frames. If you want to actually understand the health of your eyes, come here.

The staffs suggested me the best in my cases instead to wear a eye glasses they give a chance to wear a contact lens for make me feel much comfortable..

Dr.Jones is awesome! Really takes time to explain and is super relatable. I wish all doctors were like this!

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Jones! He was great with my children! My five year old was kind of nervous for her first eye doc appt. but once Dr. Jones started talking to us she was fine while laughing and smiling! My 10 year old needs glasses...the way Dr. Jones explained to us how his eyes are working and why he needs glasses was so easy to understand! Thank you!

Bad experience with the glasses I bought here. Went in several times and they couldnt get it right. I finally had to go somewhere else and get them to fix my glasses. Unfriendly staff especially the guy behind the counter. The Doctor was great but the staff will ruin the business.

Spent over $1,000 on glasses guy said they would not scratch when I brought them back because they had scratches guy behind counter gives attitude don’t need that kind of treatment guy needs to learn customer service won’t be buying anything there

Really poor customer service, especially by owner/ manager. Will not be returning.
