Great place to shop. Great prices and really good at fixing jewelry. I took my Rolex to them to repair. He sent my watch to Rolex to have it fixed and it was $$$ cheaper. I have not had a problem in over a year with my watch. Great people!!!

Robin was such a pleasure to work with! I was looking for an engagement band to match my ring, I told him what I was looking for and he was able to get me EXACTLY what I wanted and it matched my ring perfectly. He made the process so easy and painless and the prices are extremely reasonable. The other staff is also very pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely be back here for any future jewelry needs!!!

He was very thorough when explaining the different options and really worked with the budget I had. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced and Robin did an amazing job designing my Fiancé’s ring.

We use Robin for everything related to jewelry and design. Example: we have six grandchildren. My wife wanted a grandma ring which contained the birthstone of each grandchild. Robin worked with my wife, designed the ring, priced it out (really reasonably priced), and created the ring. She loves it. For insurances purposes, Robin will sent the piece to his recommended appraiser. It returns with a copy for us, a copy for our insurer, and a copy for Robin. We need only return in five years, and the piece will be reappraised (without having to send out the piece a second time ). Great customer service. Pleasant staff, and surroundings. You cant miss with this true professional.

We had our wedding rings produced by Robin. From those outstanding results, we have had many other pieces produced for a variety of occasions thereafter. Best I have ever known!!!
