I had a ring sized, it fits perfect and the price was great.Im having another ring repaired. Staff are friendly helpful. Will definitely be using them for all my jewelry repairs. Fantastic customer service!!

I LOVED THIS ZALES!! I got both my wedding band and my finances wedding band set at a great price. They have the most attentive staff as well. very respectful and Courteous to my budget and idea of what I wanted to get for my future wife. :) will be going back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Employees need better training in customer service. Questions werent answered in a way that made me want to spend my money in their store. . Ill take my business elsewhere.!

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I went to pick up my ring because I had it resized, went in and was standing in line for about 10-15 minutes. There was a couple behind me but I am guessing because they were better looking (i.e., not POC) they were approached 3 times to see if they needed assistance. While I kept trying to get the attention of a sale rep on the floor. The lady walked right by me and ignored me when I asked to be assisted. One of the other girls who was on the floor finally approached me when I stated I guess no one wants to help me. I regret going to Zales. This was my first purchase with them and my last...they really know how to keep their customers coming back! Their jewelry looks over priced and the customer service is horrible. I am paying off my ring and closing my account. When the time comes to get my wedding bands I am going elsewhere. I am also writing a complaint on the BBB website. I keep seeing all these negative reviews for them I am surprise they are still in business!

I dont know the name of the girl who took care of me but she wears a scarf. Her customer service was great, very personable and you could tell she knows what shes doing.

Horrible experience. I ordered my ring (custom/special order) and took over 2 months to get in, but the throughout the 2 months the sales people did not know where the ring was or when the ring would come in. Every person Ive talked to had a different time line on how long the ring should take. Ive been told 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, all the way up to 14 weeks. No one is on the same page. The employees have been so incredibly disrespectful the entire time. I have had the employees roll their eyes at me, brush me off, refuse to get the manager for me, cancel my order on me, refuse to call the vendor to check on the order, etc. Every time I called or went in to check on the status of the ring, the story always changes. When my custom order ring did finally arrive, it needed to be shipped back out to be resized because they are unable to make this special order ring my size. The employees, and the manager, kept telling me that it was my fault because I should have went and talked with the same salesperson every time BUT the salesperson I originally ordered the ring with was never there! They would always tell me that I should call back when they are but when I called they werent working and should call back at a specific time but was again told that the women was not there. The manager and the employees are extremely rude and disrespectable with no regards to the customer. I called customer service twice and was brushed off by the district manager both times. They only care about getting your money and commision and never want anything to do with you again. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER buy another thing from this store EVER again.

I have my wedding band from Zales. I called to ask to get it connected to my engagement ring and how much the cost would be. The lady was very short and rude to me and hung up very quickly. Thats okay, therefore Ill get it done somewhere else :) on the plus side... The ring is gorgeous, the customer service is just pretty bad.
