I had my late mothers signature made out of gold as a mothers day gift for my sister. They did a excellent job! The prices are reasonable for the amount of gold you get. Great product selection, I have not had an in person purchase experience from this store I bought all the pieces from them over the phone and I would say their customer service needs to be improved, not very responsive if you have a question or product inquiry it made me feel that they don’t care about my purchase or earning my business which is something most retailers here in the US are very careful about

Exceptional service from the Yasini team, especially Mr. Saif who has sold me many pieces of jewelry throughout the years. Huge selection to chose from, and I heard they’re about to start stocking up on men’s watches too. I’ll definitely have to remember to check them out for that later on.

Horrible service! they dont give out receipts and cheat you out of your money! i bought a bracelet for over a thousand dollars and it kept bending so i took it in, they claimed that it was only worth $700 and they wouldnt do anything about it. they didnt even try to fix my problem and were very rude about it too!
